New dnd boss concept: the Train Toad. Allow me to explain.

Your players approach an old, run down yet still functioning train station. It’s completely empty, save for a Bullywug standing there. He is short, and wearing a suit and tie. He is extremely friendly with the players, stating he is waiting for the train to arrive.

But not to ride it.

If/when the train arrives, he transforms into a Froghemuth, and eats the train whole. From then on, he then goes back into Bullywug form like nothing happened.

This character is so versatile, as he is nice and kind towards the players, but consumes a vehicles with tens of civilian lives. So the options are to kill him (but who would kill a cute little frog in a suit and bow tie), adopt him (but how will he get his food then?), or leave him (to continue his cycle of consumption).

In every salon are the seats arranged human-flier-human-flier- so bonds always sit next to each other and same species friends sit across??

Do fliers hang from the ceiling and the stylist has a step ladder? ?? Would a little thing like Aurora get one stylist whereas Ares would get two or three?
