Forgot to post this here's chytrid au raian

Explanation: In the chytrid virus au, octopus are more vulnerable to the virus, also a infected as more time goes on will get more hostile and will slowly start to lose all sense of self, a infected will go from slightly scratching a itchy spot on their arm to ripping the flesh and skin away from that arm. They also claw at other stuff too like their tentacles and clothing, and also other non infected.

I don't wanna spoil everything, so for now here's abit of new lore about TCV! (The initial post I made explaning the virus is now non Canon, don't use that for references as there is new lore and stuff)

i wanted to show some changes in the lore of The Chytrid virus AU soooo here

Tw: severed octopus tentacle (no image)

• this all begins in splatsville national science department.

These 4 scientists in the SNSD had just discovered a capsule from the humans time, curious to see what's inside, they opened it. Inside they found multiple things in the human language that they couldn't read or understand, notes, little rips of paper, etc etc.

Eventually they find a small container at the bottom of the capsule, the container is see through, when the scientists look at it, they gasp...!

Inside the container is a ancient octopus tentacle from the humans time, it looks very different to what their used to but it's a big discovery! One of the scientists opens this container to examine the tentacle further, as soon as the scientist grabbed the plate the tentacle was sitting on in the container, a whole bunch of flakes and dust came from the tentacle, the scientists turn to shock, then laughter as they realised they just got spooked by a ancient civilization! Surely nothing bad will happen right?

Well as it turns out, these ancient flakes carry the chytrid virus, and every single scientist who breathed in those flakes are now infected, but they won't know they have it until 4 weeks later.

Meanwhile, the Splatsville grande museum have a truck load of visitors! The humans notes on display and the octopus tentacle are bringing in lots of visitors! And ofcourse the scientists come to see the crowd! However, something sinister is happening behind the scenes...

The infected scientists have now walked into a room of squids and octolings and others... unknowingly also infecting them, however they won't notice until 4 weeks have gone past!

Anyway uhh I'm tired and I have school tommorow, tommorow I'll explain how the virus works and the different stages of it
