TOS for Commissions (2022)

Method of payment: Venmo, and only Venmo for the time being. There may be more options in the future, but for right now it’s just Venmo. Said Venmo will be provided in DMs.

Will draw: Humans, anthro characters (furries/scalies), slight nudity, light blood/gore

Will not draw: Quadruped/“feral” characters, mecha, incredibly complicated designs (designs with too many small details, designs with intricate patterns, etc.), or explicit NSFW. I can otherwise refuse any commission for any reason.

All of the prices shown are for if you want me to draw one character. I will draw more than one character (the maximum I will draw is two characters), it just costs double the price of whatever option you were looking at.

You must have a reference of the character/characters you want me to draw (if you want me to draw you, I’ll need either a reference of your persona or a real-life reference with the outfit you want to be drawn in) with a reference of the outfit you want them drawn in. If you need me to use specific pixel measurements, then let me know (the size of the canvas I use often varies, but I usually start with a canvas that is 2048 x 2048 pixels)

All pictures of characters that I draw will be exported as transparent .png files. Please let me know if you need a different type of file exported.

I may open design/redesign or character reference sheet commissions in the future, but for now, they are not open. Please do not ask me to design/redesign a character or make a reference sheet of a character for you.

It’s likely that when you commission me, I’ll already have a self-imposed deadline of some sort, but if you want it by a certain day, let me know. The soonest I can have your commission done is within three days to a week. If it shifts to sooner or later than that, I will let you know, and if you need the commission done within two days or less, it will cost you an extra $10 per day taken off.

Unless I have to stop work on your commission entirely, you don’t get any money off of it. Do not ask for a discount or refund of any sort.

If you use my art anywhere (as a header, icon, etc) on social media, you must credit me. Please do not repost my art without asking me for permission first.
