“Mother.” I could imagine the anguish in his voice as he dropped to his knees in front of the throne where she sat. “I cannot leave the kingdom. A monstrous white beast, sleek as a snake, blocks my path - it’s the Lindorm of rumor. He claims…" 

 No doubt her face went pale, and her hands shook as they grasped the arms of the throne, tight as chains. No doubt that he noticed, and that his heart sank at her reaction, even as his father - our father - questions what the matter is. 

 "Mother. Answer me truthfully: is he my twin?" 

 A adaptation of a tale about a noble prince, his beastly brother who desires a bride, and some cows.

Hello, sorry about the long wait! I've had... significantly less time to organize things over the holidays than I anticipated. Plus S8, you know, happened, so that was a thing.

But for posting, since this is a smaller bang, we'll be leaving you to organize your posting dates among your groups. You're free to post whenever you're ready, so long as artists and writers post on the same day.

Writers, you're free to stagger the updates of your chapters if you prefer to.

I realize that I never got back to you all about betas. This is because we got maybe three betas that signed up who weren't already pre-assigned to an author. If you don't already have a beta and still need one, I can put you in contact with those we have, but you're free to look elsewhere if one doesn't suit your needs.

One more thing, is that we're still looking for an artist to pinch hit for story E2 ( https://sites.google.com/site/altshirobbclaims/e-18-only ). I'm doing half of the required art, so you would only be committing to two pieces. If you're interested, PLEASE reach out to a mod so we can get you in contact with the author.

Similarly, if you're not able to get in contact with one of your teammates, please let a mod know so we can get you a pinch hitter.
