weight loss plan - 75 days to loose 15kg / 33lbs🎀

cw - 60kg / 132lbs

gw1 - 55 kg / 121lbs
gw2 - 50 kg / 110lbs
gw3 - 45 kg / 99lbs
rules -
♡ cal limit 800, 1200 on saturdays for maintenance
♡ 3 meals a day, skipping leads to bingeing and mum gets too suspicious. unless made to eat something where i cant count cals, eg going out with friends, then do omad
♡ 2-3L water a day, can add lemon, lime, mint or cucumber. 2 cups of herbal tea a day, acv 2-3x week, diet soda 2-3x week
♡ walk 1-2 hours daily, 10000 - 20000 steps
♡ 20 mins pilates in the morning, 10-20 mins yoga or stretching in the evening. working out too much leads to burn out then skipping. consistency is better
♡ dont eat before 7am or after 7pm. give food time to properly digest
♡ if experiencing binge urges study, drink lots of water, go on a walk, browse tumblr lol, tidy your room, list reasons for loosing weight, self care, avoid the damn kitchen
♡ photograph and log everything you eat. eat slowly, count chews, drink 0.5L before meals, sip water between each bite
