BSD: Ability Categories & Subcategories

Part of being a writer that specializes in worldbuilding, I get really curious about the ins and outs of the stories I consume. Since I’ve been in a researching mood, I thought it would be fun to group together and categorize the different types of abilities we’ve encountered in the Bungou Stray Dogs timeline.

This listing isn’t thorough. Had it were, there would be way too many subcategories branching out. I wanted to keep things simple, but still highlight a few subgroups that I could identify. Each subcategory has a very general definition of what it is, and it gives y’all some insight into how and why I grouped characters together.

If Q didn't use his ability, Atsushi would've adopted him. This is his little gremlin murder brother now.

Dazai: can't comprehend what he's seeing Atsushi, you need to hand him over, he's dangerous.

Atsushi: eating crepes with Q if dangerous, why friend shaped?

Q's just like this guy is werid... But he's nice, this is nice. I suppose I will not torture him.

Q just sticks his tongue out at Dazai when Atsushi's not looking.

It's gonna be so cute to see all BSD kids in one official art with them at a carrousel ride i imagine that Kyouka would hold a crepe, Kenji and Aya having fun, Kyusaku holding their doll, Elise smiling so happy and mori and atsushi would take photos of them!🥹💗
