Willow heads off back home after hanging out with the Emerald Entrails. It was just Hunter and Gus.

Hunter waved goodbye to Willow, "Bye Captain!" He laughed to himself, "Oh good times."

Gus teased, "Uh-oh."

Hunter raised a brow, "What?"

Gus further teased, "Someone's in love!"

Hunter denied, "Yeah right... I just think Willow's cool. It's not like I lay awake thinking about her."

Farewell to You, ch 10

A few weeks later, the party went off without a problem. Everyone gave Ash their congratulations. Even all of the population of Pallet Town, for representing them for so long. Ash thanked them all, clearing his throat. It was time for the toast. Everyone raised their glass, looking at their new world champion.

He smiled at the group as he addressed, "Thank you all for always believing in me. Even though I had made so many questionable moves."

Iris teased, "No kidding! You are such a kid!"

Everyone laughed. Cilan smiled at his girlfriend.

He pointed out, teasingly, "You're still younger than me!" Iris wanted to retort back but decided not to. She wanted to let Ash continue his speech. So that's what he did. He continued, "First, of course, I wanted to thank all of my Pokemon for always being there for me. The ones that are here. And the ones that aren't..." Ash got sad for a moment and cleared his throat. He added, "Anyways, I wanted to thank my Mom, all of my friends, and my rivals. For pushing me in the right direction."

Delia smiled at her son proudly. He had come a long way since he first got a Pikachu that wouldn't listen to a word he said. Now the two were very close friends. She thought, 'Oh David, if you could see your son now. You wouldn't see a very stubborn boy. He's become much more than that. He's become a man. And hopefully, Misty can join our family soon.'

As soon as Ash saw his mom start to cry, he thought of his dad. He had a feeling, and Delia did too, that David would've been very proud of his boy. He thought, sniffling, 'I knew that I'd make it someday. And who would've predicted my start, though...'

Gary saw that Ash was also on the verge of tears and decided to change the subject. He winked at Ash, "Someone has to Ashy-boy."

With that, Ash snapped out of his sadness. That's when everyone laughed again.

Ash took Misty's hand, "And most importantly, I want to thank you. For pulling out of the river out of those years ago and beyond."

Misty had tears in her eyes as she laced their fingers together, "Oh Ash..."

Ash gave her a kiss, one which Misty happily returned. Misty held him close. Ash did the same thing.

"Pi pika chu!" Pikachu said, giving off its victory pose.

"Piplup!" Piplup said.

Dawn stated, "All's well that ends well."

Ash and Misty broke out their kiss, still holding hands. Togetic was happy for her Mama. Pikachu was happy for them too.

Lily teased, "So when's, like, the wedding?"

To that, Ash and Misty both blushed. "We're not getting married yet!"

Violet rolled her eyes jokingly, "Oh great, now they're gonna deny when they are tying the knot now."

Max laughed, "Just when we thought it was going to get easier."

Molly blinked, "It never gets easier. Does it?"

Max just shrugged.

May asked, "So what's the plan for the future?"

Drew flicked his hair out of his face, "It doesn't matter, as long as we all together."

Years later, Ash and Misty were finally married. They had a beautiful 3 year old named Trina. She had short raven hair and chocolate brown eyes. Misty was pregnant with their second child, a son. Paul and Ranee had a handsome 3 year old named Justin. He had short brown hair and green eyes.

Pikachu had settled down with Buneary. Dawn was married to Kenny but they decided against children. Drew and May had two children: Matthew and Katie. Matthew looked like his mother with brown hair and green eyes. Katie looked like her father with green hair and blue eyes. Matthew was 4 years old and Katie was 2 years old. Todd and Zoey were also married but they didn't have any children yet.

Brock and Lucy were married too. They had only one child: Fester. He had light brown skin and Brock's eyes. He is 4 years old. Solidad and Harley were engaged. James and Jessie were married. They were expecting a daughter. Tracey and Daisy were married but they didn't have any children. Max and Molly were traveling around together, dating. Bonnie hadn't found anyone yet, nor did Mahri. Rudy and Melody were married too.

Goh and Chloe were engaged. Barry and Bianca were married and were expecting a son. Clemont and Serena were also engaged. Kiawe and Olivia were married. Looker and Anabel were married but they had no children. Ritchie and Duplica were married and had one daughter: Amy. Amy has brown hair and hazel eyes. She is 3 years old.

Lance and Prima were married. Gary and Erika were married and they were expecting a daughter. Professor Oak had passed away a bit after Gary and Erika were married. Steven and Cynthia were engaged. Steven had lost his father way before the events years ago. Yoni was still in jail and Lawrence was on a very tight parole. Reggie and Maylene were married.

Brandon and Luka were engaged. Violet and Lily were still single too but they were okay with that. Delia had come over earlier that day to spend time with her grandchild. Delia had gray hair now but other than that she had not changed all that much. She was chatting with Misty as Trina was having a nap. Ash didn't know what was going to happen next but at least he had his family.

Wishmaker1028: There we have it! The end of Farewell to You! I really enjoyed working on this fanfiction. I originally wanted to have a moment where Team Rocket decided to let go of Lugia (2,000) like they did in the movie. Ash  and Pikachu are complete tears as they watch them drop down to the ocean yet again. But it didn't make much sense for this to happen again since they didn't have to do that (in this story) so I scratched it. I wanted to share that. I am going to miss these characters and I hope you all have enjoyed this fanfiction. Please read and review! And always think outside of the box!

Everyone brought out their Pokemon to fight. Gary brought out his Blastoise. Erika brought out her Venusaur. Clemont brought out his Luxray. Serena brought out her Delphox. Anabel brought out her Alakazam. Looker brought out his Poochyena. Gladion threw a pokeball and out came Silvally. Kiawe brought out his Alolan Marowak. Olivia brought out her Lycanroc. Sophicles brought out his Togedemaru. Lana brought out her Primarina. Mallow brought out her Tsareena.

Ranee took out a pokeball and out came her Infernape. Paul threw a pokeball and out came Torterra. Dawn let go of Piplup. Kenny threw a pokeball and out came his Breloom. Barry took out a pokeball and out came his Emploeon. Bianca threw a pokeball and out came Zebstrika. Zoey took out a pokeball and her Glameow appeared. Todd threw a pokeball and out came Kori. Misty brought out Togetic. Brock out Steelix. Lucy brought out her Milotic. Jessie brought out her Seviper. James brought out his Carnvine. Brandon brought out Registeel. Rudy brought out his Starmie.

Rudy turned to Melody, "Please be careful."

Melody promised, "I will."

Ash urged Pikachu to go with him, "C'mon, Pikachu."

"Pika!" Pikachu said.

The two got on Silver. Silver swam off, since it was much more of a powerful swimmer.

Misty whispered, "Be safe, Ash."

As the group was fighting the airship, more and more Legendaries and Mythicals came. Manaphy came next. Yoni was sending out more floating stones. She wanted to collect Kyogre first. But it was giving her trouble. She gritted her teeth.

She said, "This is going to be harder than I thought."

As she said that, she noticed that the group was attacking her airship. She growled. As if she didn't have enough problems. She was going down but she wasn't going down without a fight.

The computer stated, "30% damage to the airship, Yoni."

Yoni said, "I figured. Let's boost the engine's power."

The computer did as it was told. The engine's power was boosted as she kept going after Kyogre. But the Water type was going faster than she expected. She growled more. She was going to collect them all. No matter what it took. The attacks kept coming at the airship. More Legendaries and Mythical Pokemon appeared to challenge Yoni. Yoni knew what she had to do. So the floating stones she had flew down, trying to slow down the heroes and collect the Pokemon. Melody and Ash both screamed in fear. Pikachu was scared so was Silver. Silver was trying its hardest to avoid them.

Brandon sneered, "Someone has to get up there."

Anabel told him, "Leave that to me." She turned to Looker, "Cover me!"

Looker promised, "I will!"

She turned to Alakazam and commanded, "Teleport me up there, Alakazam!"

"Ala!" It said, teleporting her up to the airship.

Yoni wasn't paying attention to what was happening on the ground. When Anabel appeared into the airship, she quickly went over to the Legendary Birds.

She promised, "Don't worry, I'll get you out."

She grabbed the rope and pulled hard on it. Zapdos watched her carefully. Anabel was gritting her teeth. Zapdos decided to help as it started to break the rope with its beak. Soon enough, the rope broke. Zapdos shrieked happily.

Anabel smiled, "You're free!"

"Not for long!" Anabel turned on her heel, seeing Yoni right behind her. She had a Meowscarada with her. Yoni told her, "You are going down, Salon Maiden!"

Before Anabel could react, Zapdos did. It used its Discharge attack to hold back Yoni and Meowscarada. Anabel was worried but saw this as her chance. She helped Moltres next. She called on her Espeon to help, so she could get them free faster. Espeon worked on getting Articuno free. Zapdos was still battling Meowscarada, using Drill Peck. The Grass/Dark type used Flower Trick. Zapdos shrieked. Just then, Anabel and Espeon freed both Moltres and Articuno. The two of them flew over to help Zapdos. As they all battled together, Anabel and Espeon worked on both Lugia's next.

As the fight continued, the airship was starting to crash land. Anabel saw this and hugged her Espeon tightly. She wasn't going to let her Pokemon get hurt. Both of the Lugia's used Psychic to protect each other and them. The airship crashed. Yoni and Meowscarada were knocked out. Anabel got up, smiling at the two Lugia.

She said, "Thank you both."

Lugia regarded, "You're welcome. And thank you, Salon Maiden."

Anabel told Lugia, "I prefer Anabel."

It was at that moment, Anabel had gotten them free. That's when she heard footsteps coming up from behind her. When she noticed that Espeon wasn't protecting her, she figured that it was one of her friends.

"Anabel! Oh thank goodness!"

Nope, it was Looker. Looker, Alakazam, and Poochyena.

She turned, "Looker?"

Looker came over to her, hugging her tightly. "I'm so glad that you are alright."

Anabel returned the hug, sniffling, "Thank you, Looker."

Looker kissed her head. There was no way he was losing her. Salon Maiden or not. That's when they came out of the airship, hand in hand. Alakazam had teleported Yoni and Meowscarada to International Police HQ. Anabel perked up as she heard that Lugia's song started to play. The rainbow light went away in the water. Both Lugia started to feel better. So did the three Legendary Birds.

Anabel kissed Looker, surprising him. Looker held her close, blushing. As the song played, the birds all started to fly towards the altar. Silver, Melody, Ash, and Pikachu were there. They looked like they had barely made it. Ash waved at the Legendary Birds. He was so glad that it was over. All of the Legendary and Mythical Pokemon were starting to leave. Everything was starting to go back to normal.

Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres flew around happily. Lugia offered them a ride back to the others. Ash, Pikachu, and Melody got on. Lugia took off. The second Lugia flew off too as Silver followed in the water. Once they got back to the others, Melody got off and Ash offered his hand to Misty. Misty blushed as she took Ash's hand. The three of them flew around on Lugia's back.

As they flew around, Misty held onto Ash from behind. She wrapped her arms around his waist, making them both blush. Pikachu giggled at them. Ash turned to her, cupping her chin. Misty blushed, looking at him. Ash was blushing too. They moved towards each other, meeting in the middle, and kissed each other. They held each other close as Lugia kept flying. Pikachu just smiled.

Farewell to You, ch 8

Just then, a Stone Edge saved Pikachu. A Tyranitar came over with a powerful looking Seviper. That's when Brock and Lucy came over. Behind them were Brandon and Luka. Brandon had brought out his Regirock.

Misty blinked, "Wait, wait. Brock, you have a Tyranitar?!"

Brock confirmed, "Yep! Caught it when it was Larvitar with my Heavy Ball!"

Ash regarded, "Nice! Pikachu, Iron Tail!"

"Pika!" Pikachu said as it landed an Iron Tail.

The Steel type move took out more floating stones.

Brandon commanded, "Regirock, Focus Punch!"

Regirock did just that, knocking away more floating stones. Luka was impressed, she was blushing at him.

Lucy commanded, "Poison Tail!"

Seviper did as it was told and it destroyed more floating stones.

Brock smiled at her, "Great work, babe!"

Lucy blushed. Yoni was getting annoyed at being ignored. Especially when she was getting so close. She looked down at her pokeball in her hand. She knew what she had to do. She came down out of her airship, surprising the group.

She told them, "You have all come a long way to annoy me. But now I will collect my prize and leave you in the dust." That's when she threw her pokeball and out came a powerful Tinkaton. Ash was confused as to what that Pokemon was but Yoni acted before he could find out. She commanded, "Flash Cannon!"

Tinkaton launched the powerful Steel type move, hitting Regirock. The super effective attack did a lot of damage and blew away Regirock.

Brandon breathed, "Regirock!"

Yoni smirked, turning to Brock's Tyranitar, "Now, time to Play Rough!"

Tinkaton did as she was told, going over to Tyranitar. It launched the powerful fairy attack, sending Tyranitar back a bit.

Brock blinked, "Tyranitar!"

Lucy growled, "Flamethrower, Seviper!"

Seviper launched the Fire type move. Yoni was ready for that.

She commanded, "Protect and then Skitter Smack!"

Tinkaton did as it was told as she fired the Bug type move. It didn't do much but it did send Seviper back a bit.

Lucy said, "Seviper!"

Yoni smirked, "See? This Tinkaton knows what to do."

"So do I!" Yoni turned to Ash. Ash commanded, "Pikachu, Volt Tackle!"

"Pika!" Pikachu said, running towards the Fairy/Steel type.

It landed its mark.

Yoni gasped, "Tinkaton!"

Misty went next, "Gyarados, Flamethrower!"

Gyarados fired it, towards a very dizzy Tinkaton. Yoni quickly recalled it, switching out for a Wugtrio. The fire type move did nothing against the water type. Misty growled.

Yoni smirked, "Got to do better than that."

Misty told her, "I guess I will." That's when Misty recalled Gyarados and called on Togetic. She said, "I think it's time we get some needed battling."

Ash was about to protest but saw some floating stones around Articuno. He warned, "Articuno! Look out!"

It was too late, the Ice/Flying type was caught. Not only that but more floating stones caught both Lugias. Silver quickly went into the water, trying to avoid the floating stones.

Brandon growled, "It was all a trap!"

Yoni stated, "Of course, you'd think I would fight you without a plan? I might have lost the rook but at least with this power, I can call all of the Legendaries and Mythicals to Shamouti!"

Brock told her, "You've lost your mind!"

Yoni replied, "Not the first time I've heard that."

With that, she went back into the airship and flew off.

Ash gritted his teeth, "Looks like Looker called that one." He turned to Pikachu and asked, "Are you okay?"

"Pika." Pikachu nodded.

Luka stated, "I'm sorry about all of this, Brandon. If I was a trainer, I could've helped."

Brandon reassured, "It was none of your fault, Luka. You've done your best." He turned to Regirock and added, "And so have you."

The group recalled their Pokemon (except for Pikachu).

Lucy asked, "You think you can get us to Shamouti fast, Luka?"

Luka winked, "Watch me."

With that, the group started to go towards Shamouti. Ash thought, 'Hang on everyone, we're coming.' Unknown to them, Silver was following them.

...

Gary, Erika, Anabel, and Looker had arrived on Shamouti Island. Rudy, Melody, Mahri, the Kalos gang, the Alola gang, and the Sinnoh gang had already arrived. With them was Team Rocket. They didn't know how they could help but they wanted to.

Gary stated, "Glad to see everyone."

Erika blinked, "But it seems you have bad news."

Clemont told them, "Articuno and both Lugia's have been collected."

Anabel did a double take, "And Silver?"

Before Clemont could answer, the airship appeared. The ocean had been awfully choppy but Luka's boat had made it too. The waters had turned a rainbow light, making everyone gasp.

Looker said, "The water is glowing!"

That's when Silver came out of the water.

Serena smiled, "Hey, there's Silver!"

Bonnie gushed, "He's okay!"

Silver whined happily but before it whined worried.

Lana commented, "Sounds like it's worried."

Mallow promised, "Don't worry, we'll get your mom and the others back."

Silver whined.

James told Jessie and Meowth, "Wow, that baby Lugia has really grown."

Jessie stated, "Sure has."

Meowth replied, "Maybe it can help us."

Silver whined, scared.

Sophicles pointed out, "It sounds afraid."

Olivia responded, "Won't blame it. All of the birds did get collected."

Kiawe said, "And Yoni won't give up until she has all of the Legendaries and Mythicals."

Dawn gasped, "Look!"

"Pip?" Piplup said.

That's when they saw the rainbow light was starting to work. Kyogre was the first to show and it was mad.

Kenny breathed, "Kyogre!"

Melody pointed out, "This can all be stopped if we can get to the altar. But since the water has been so choppy, how are we going to get out there?"

Rudy thought for a moment, eyeing Silver, "I have a small idea."

Mahri asked, "You think Silver can get you out there?"

Barry pointed out, "But Silver is so little. Even if he got someone on his back, it would have to be two people at most."

Bianca stated, "Well we know Melody is going."

Paul replied, "It's going to be obvious that Ash is going. And the rest of us try and get the legendary birds free while they do that."

Ranee responded, "It's a good plan."

Zoey said, "Better than no plan."

Todd was taking pictures, "Just be careful, Ash."

Ash slightly teased, "Hey, aren't I always?"

Misty giggled, "Nope, never."

"Pika pika!" Pikachu said.

Brock frowned, "But how are we going to get up there?"

Lucy said, "We don't have to. We can psych out Yoni so she can bring down the airship."

Brandon was on board, "Then let's do this."

Luka blushed, "Ooh this is going to be great."

Farewell to You, ch 7

Ranee shot Paul a look. "Never say that again!"

She took out a pokeball and out came her Infernape. Paul threw a pokeball and out came Froslass. Dawn let go of Piplup. Kenny threw a pokeball and out came his Breloom. Barry took out a pokeball and out came his Emploeon. Bianca threw a pokeball and out came Zebstrika. Zoey took out a pokeball and her Glameow appeared. Todd threw a pokeball and out came an Alolan Ninetales, an oddly colored one.

Zoey did a double take, "You have an oddly colored Alolan Ninetales?!"

Todd blinked, "Yeah? Is that a bad thing...? Her nickname is Kori."

Zoey breathed, "She's beautiful."

Before Todd could compliment her again, he saw a floating stone going near her and Glameow.

He reacted, "Kori, Dazzling Gleam!"

The Alolan Ninetales did as it was told and the floating stone was destroyed in a beautiful rainbow light.

Zoey turned to him, with a light blush on her face, "Thanks."

Todd said modestly, "Thanks."

Articuno was fighting the floating stones as well, using its Ice Beam and Blizzard. Paul turned to his Froslass.

He commanded, "Shadow Ball!"

The Ice/Ghost type obeyed, using the hail to its advantage. It went faster and destroyed more of the floating stones.

Ranee asked, "Is that why you are using Froslass?"

Paul answered, "Well, yeah, why wouldn't I?"

Ranee blinked, "Huh. Pretty smart." To that, Paul just blushed. Ranee commanded, "Infernape, Mach Punch!"

Infernape did as it was told, taking out more floating stones.

Barry commanded, "Metal Claw, Emploeon!"

Emploeon's claws glowed white as it also took out more floating stones.

Bianca commanded, "Discharge, Zebstrika!"

Zebstrika did as it was told and shocked more floating stones.

Dawn commanded, "Piplup, Whirlpool!"

Piplup gathered its energy, summoning a giant whirlpool.

Kenny commanded, "Energy Ball, Breloom!"

Breloom did as it was told, the Energy Ball gaining more memento in Piplup's Whirlpool. It was like it was a move from a contest. It took out even more floating stones.

Paul sneered, "Give up, Lawrence! We got this covered."

There was a laugh, gaining everyone's attention.

"Silly boy. I'm nothing like him." That's when Yoni activated a hologram. Everyone gasped. Yoni added, "I'm nothing like my cousin."

"Cousin?!"

Yoni confirmed, "My name is Yoni. And after borrowing some of his plans, I was able to make my own airship. I plan to do more than him. After collecting what he failed to keep, I plan to collect all of the Legendaries and Mythicals in the world!"

Ranee stammered, "T - that's insane!"

Yoni shrugged, "Can't reason with crazy." That's when she noticed that Articuno had flown off. She snarled, "Grr... well that's just fine. I could always go after the king, queen, and rook now."

The hologram stopped and the airship left. Dawn sighed sadly.

She said, "That isn't good..."

Kenny wondered, "I wonder if it went off to warn or find Lugia."

Todd blinked, "But it seemed like it didn't know where Lugia was either."

Zoey pointed out, "That and from what Yoni said, it sounded like she was going after Silver and his mom."

Barry stated, "Oh man, I'm so going to fine her the next time we battle her!"

Bianca teased, "Yeah, ahuh. Sure you will."

To that, Barry shot her a look. Paul walked over to the altar with Ranee. She had found Articuno's treasure. She took it and it shone brightly in front of her and her friends. She gasped, it was beautiful. Everyone returned their Pokemon (except Piplup) and called it in. Looker advised them to go to Shamouti too.

...

Back near Ogi Island, the group had divided up to find Lugia, Silver, and Silver's Mom. Brandon had gone with Luka, blushing a bit at her. Brock went with Pike Queen Lucy. Ash had gone to Misty. Misty looked at Ash, very furious. He seemed to be ignoring her ever since they've been on this mission. She pulled on his ear, like she would with Brock.

She huffed, "Would you stop ignoring me already?!"

Ash blinked out of confusion, "Was I ignoring you...?"

Misty was furious, "Well, obviously! I keep trying to ask you if you are dating anyone and you keep changing the subject! Are you going to tell me who you are dating already?!"

Ash looked at her, point blank. He told her, as if it was obvious, "I thought I was dating you?"

Misty turned beat red upon hearing that. Ash wasn't pulling her leg, was he? When she saw his serious face she knew that he wasn't lying.

Misty stammered, "W - what...?"

Misty didn't know what blew her out of the water. The fact that Ash wanted to be her boyfriend or to the fact he actually figured out his feelings.

Ash took her hands and looked into her eyes. He stated, "Everything is so crazy right now, and I have no idea what my future holds, but it would be so cool if you were in it, so um... do you want to be my girlfriend...?"

That's when Misty kissed his cheek, smiling.

She teased, "Does that answer your question?"

Ash smiled wide as he took Misty's hand. Misty laced their fingers, keeping Ash close. Ash, Pikachu, and Misty kept looking around for the Lugia family. That's when they heard a shriek. They both looked up, seeing Articuno.

Ash breathed, "Articuno...?"

"Pika!" Pikachu said.

To that, the Ice/Flying type shrieked.

Misty stated, "You did know where Lugia was!"

Articuno shrieked. Before anything else could happen, a water tornado appeared. Ash and Misty gasped as Lugia emerged. With him was another Lugia and a small baby Lugia. Silver.

Ash breathed, "Lugia! Silver!"

"Pika pika!" Pikachu said.

Misty added, "We found them!"

Quickly, the Water type gym leader brought out her Pokenav.

Lugia asked, "What are you doing here, Chosen One?"

Ash answered, "We've come to warn you. Lawrence's cousin, Yoni, is coming here to collect you and your found family."

The other Lugia did a double take. She covered Silver with her wing. There was no way she was losing her baby. Not again.

Lugia turned to Pikachu and Articuno, "Is that true?"

To that, both Pokemon nodded. The other Lugia turned to Silver, worried. Before anything else could happen, the airship arrived.

Misty paled, "Oh no."

Ash put Misty behind him as the floating stones started to rain down. Ash turned to Pikachu.

Ash commanded, "Thunderbolt!"

"Pika...chu!" Pikachu said, shocking the floating stones.

Misty threw a pokeball. Out came her Gyarados.

She commanded, "Dragon Rage!"

Gyarados did as it was told and it destroyed more of the floating stones. Articuno was using its Ice Beam while both Lugia's were using their Hyper Beams. Silver was using its Hydro Pump attack. Some of the floating stones were destroyed but some of them were headed towards Pikachu.

Ash cried out, "Pikachu!"

Farewell to You, ch 6

 Togetic flew over to Misty, tears rolling down its face. Misty was frozen for a second before she started to cry tears of happiness. She gushed, "You came back!"

Mitsy hugged Togetic so tightly as both mother and daughter both started to cry. Misty pulled out of their hug.

Lucy asked, "But what is Togetic doing here? Wasn't it supposed to stay in the Togepi Paradise? Isn't that what you told me, Brock?"

Kenny pointed out, "Maybe it sensed what was going on here and wanted to help."

Goh stated, "That's a good point."

Misty turned to Togetic, "If you are, that's wonderful news!"

Chloe frowned, "I think it wants to stay."

Misty's eyes widen as she turned to Togetic, "Is that true?"

To that, Togetic nodded happily. Misty had tears in her eyes as she brought out a pokeball. Togetic went in it and the red light dimmed. Ash was beyond happy for Misty.

Solidad stated, "Now that's what I call a happy ending."

Harley added, "Got that right, hun."

Brandon told them, "It still doesn't change the fact that we have no idea where Lugia is."

Luka thought for a moment and said, "We might." Everyone looked at her and she explained, "Lately Silver has been having a visitor. Another Lugia." Everyone gasped. She added, "And no one knows where it came from."

Anabel admitted, "It's a bit of a stretch but I think we should check it out."

Ash told everyone, "Let's split up. Dawn, Kenny, Paul, Ranee, Zoey, Todd, Barry, and Bianca will check out Mount Coronet. Misty, me, Brock, Brandon, Luka, and Lucy will check out near Ogi Island. Everyone else stand-by here in case something go south."

To that, everyone nodded. Dawn recalled Buneary. Dawn gave Johana a hug before she left. Johana returned it, kissing Dawn's head. They parted from their hug. Dawn went over to Ash.

Dawn told Ash, "Be careful."

Ash replied, "You too. You got this."

"Pika!" Pikachu said.

"Piplup!" Piplup said.

Barry said farewell to Palmer, who waved goodbye. With that, Dawn's team headed out. The weather had stopped changing for a few minutes as Ash turned to his mom. He gave her a quick hug. She returned it.

Delia whispered, "Be careful, Ash."

Ash winked teasingly, "You ought to know me better than that."

Delia laughed as she messed up his hair. Ash laughed as he turned to his team. They all nodded and then started to head out.

Misty told her sisters, "Wish us luck!"

Daisy, Lily, and Violet all said, "Luck."

As Ash's group left, Delia was crying. She was proud of the man that her son had become.

Palmer told her, "You know that they're going to be okay."

Delia sniffled, "I know... But you know as well as I do, I still worry."

Johanna admitted, "And that's when Dawn says not to worry, I still do. There's nothing wrong with that, Delia."

Professor Oak said, "That's so true. I worry about Andrew and Gary all of the time." He paused and slightly teased, "Someone has to."

Gary shot his grandpa a look, "Oh ha ha, gramps."

To that, Professor Oak chuckled. Max turned to Molly.

He asked, "Are you okay, Molly?"

Molly admitted, "Yeah, guess so. Thanks for checking on me, Max."

Max blushed, "Anytime."

To that, Molly blushed.

Anabel told Looker, "I think we should go to Shamouti too."

Looker nodded in agreement, "If anyone else wants to go with us, they are more than welcomed to."

Gary and Erika decided to go with them. The rest of them stayed behind, just in case.

...

Back with Dawn's group, they were climbing Mount Coronet. Dawn had grabbed her heavy coat from her backpack and put it on. It was starting to get really cold. Everyone had done the same thing. Kenny was wearing a light green heavy coat. Paul was wearing a dark purple heavy coat. Ranee was wearing a dark purple heavy coat. Zoey was wearing a yellow heavy jacket. Todd was wearing a red heavy coat. Barry was wearing an orange heavy jacket. Bianca was wearing an orange and white heavy jacket.

Dawn was clutching Piplup close. So close that Piplup was struggling in her grip.

"Pip!" Piplup complained.

Dawn perked up, letting go of her Water type.

She apologized, "Sorry."

Kenny asked, "Are you alright?"

Dawn admitted, "Not really... Just stressed. And scared..."

Kenny raised a brow, "This coming from the girl that says 'no need to worry' constantly? And the one that helped save the world more than once?"

Dawn blushed, "Kenny..."

Kenny told her, "Listen Dawn, there's nothing to be worried about. We have amazing teammates and an amazing leader. I know we can do this. We can do this together."

Dawn kissed him, making Kenny blush. Dawn pulled out of the kiss. She smiled at him.

She said, "Thanks Kenny."

Kenny stated, "Anytime, Dee-Dee."

Dawn flushed out of embarrassment but didn't protest.

Paul asked, "You two done yet?"

Dawn and Kenny both blushed as the rest of the group laughed.

Todd stated, "I can't wait to see Articuno again. Maybe I could get its picture again."

Zoey asked, "You really like taking pictures of Pokemon, don't you?"

Todd answered, "Well, yeah. It's always been a passion of mine."

Zoey stated, "That's pretty cool."

Todd blushed as he admitted quietly, "You're pretty cool."

Zoey perked up, "Wait, what?"

Todd faked a cough, "Coughing! I was coughing! Those weren't words."

Paul groaned, "I'm surrounded by idiots."

Ranee pointed out, "You're dating me so what's your point?"

To that, Paul flushed. Everyone laughed. Barry had Bianca's hand, smiling at her. Bianca laced their fingers, keeping him close.

Barry asked, "Are we getting there?"

Bianca admitted, "Not sure cause it seems like this mountain keeps going."

Barry stated, "I hope we don't get there too late."

Bianca shuffled herself a bit closer to her boyfriend, "Same..."

A shriek caught their attention. The team perked up. That's when they saw Articuno.

Todd breathed, "Articuno..."

Zoey stated, "It's beautiful."

Barry told the Ice/Flying type, "Articuno, we've come to warn you. The other legendary birds have been collected."

Articuno perked up, shrieking in surprise.

Bianca confirmed, "It's true. And we've come to protect you as well."

Dawn asked, "Do you know where Lugia is...? Maybe it can help?"

"Pip!" Piplup said.

Articuno shrieked as if it didn't know.

Kenny frowned, "That sounded like a no."

Before anything could happen, the weather changed again. This time, it was hailing.

Paul groaned, "Oh great, as if things couldn't get any worse."

That's when the airship appeared.

Farewell to You, ch 5

Back with Yoni, she arrived at the location of where Zapdos was located. It had found its new home in an old power plant. She launched a bunch of floating rocks towards the Electric/Flying type. Zapdos used its Thunderbolt to stop the floating rocks but several surrounded it. The rocks crushed in, hitting the legendary bird rather hard. Zapdos cried out in pain. The rocks kept doing that, even though it was low on power. The rocks then turned into strong, rubber rope. The strong rubber rope surrounded Zapdos and brought it into the airship.

Yoni commented, "Well, that was rather easy. I was expecting more of a fight. Next is Moltres and then Articuno. That should flush out the queen and the rook. And then the king itself."

The computer stated, "Now charting a course for Wela Volcano Park in the Alola Region."

That's when the airship took off.

...

A little further down from the old power plant; Clemont, Serena, and Bonnie were still headed that way. They had heard from locals that the old power plant had come back online a while ago.

Clemont asked the two girls, "You two doing okay?"

Bonnie confirmed, "Yes, doing okay."

Serena frowned, "I wish we knew what we were looking for. I know we're supposed to look for Zapdos but is that it?"

Clemont stated, "Well, if Lawrence did escape from jail, he would be in a huge airship."

Bonnie pointed out, "Wouldn't that be a bit obvious...?"

Before Serena could say anything, they saw an altar up ahead.

She asked, "What is that...?" She walked up to it, seeing the lightning treasure in it. She wondered, "What's that?"

Clemont stated, "Not sure but it is pretty."

Bonnie added, "I was going to say that."

Clemont just chuckled. Serena didn't know what it was but something told her to go ahead and take it out. So that's what she did. She showed it to the siblings and to their shock, the treasure started to glow in their presence.

Serena breathed, "Oh my gosh...it's even prettier."

That's when she put it in her bag.

Clemont blinked, "This is odd, where is Zapdos, if it was here?"

Bonnie stated, "Good question. I think we should call Looker and Anabel."

To that, Serena nodded. She brought out her Pokenav as the three of them started to leave the area. Serena went over to Clemont, nervously. Clemont saw how nervous she was and let Bonnie go ahead.

He asked, "Serena, what is it...?"

She blurted out, "Do you wanna go out with me?"

To that, Clemont turned a beat red. So did Serena. Clemont nodded before she could hesitate further. Serena breathed a sigh of relief, giving Clemont a kiss. Clemont returned it, holding the performer close. Bonnie saw them from afar. She was trying not to squeal too loudly. She thought, 'It's about time, brother. It's about time.'

...

Back in Alola, Gladion had gone off with Lillie, Olivia, Kiawe, Mallow, Lana, and Sophocles to find Moltres. Professor Kukuki, his wife, and his son had gone back to the lab. All of them were noting how strange the weather was becoming. First it was hot then it was hailing and now it was windy. The wind even pushed Lana a bit.

Lana groaned, "This weather is not helping the situation."

Mallow stated, "Got that right but there's not much we can do."

Sophocles added, "Especially since Zapdos is missing."

Kiawe said, "In either event, we're nearing the Wela Volcano Park."

Olivia frowned, "Yeah but no sign of the airship."

Lillie commented, "But there's Moltres."

True to her word, the Fire/Flying type was there. It was sitting near the altar. The legendary bird looked at its visitors, tilting its head to the side.

Gladion said, "Doesn't look like it was expecting us."

Lana blinked, "Doesn't it know about Zapdos?"

Moltres shrieked at her, sounding surprised.

Kiawe answered, "Guess not."

Olivia took a step forward, "Dear Moltres, we've come to warn you. The person that once collected you is coming back."

Moltes shrieked at her in a bit of fear. The legendary bird was afraid of this. The other legendary birds and itself hadn't done a lot of training over the years. Just then, the airship arrived. It looked smaller than the one that was described to them.

Lillie was confused, "That seems...smaller than we were expecting."

Gladion threw a pokeball and out came Silvally. Kiawe did the same, sending out his Alolan Marowak. Olivia brought out her Lycanroc. Sophicles brought out his Togedemaru. Lana brought out her Primarina. Mallow brought out her Tsareena. Lillie was tempted to bring out Snowy but decided against it. She didn't know much about battling anyways.

Gladion was the first to attack, "Silvally, Multi-Attack!"

Silvally launched the attack as the floating rocks came down. It managed to destroy a few but more surrounded it.

Kiawe commanded, "Shadow Ball!"

Alolan Marowak did as it was told. It covered Silvally, to which Gladion was grateful for. Olivia went next as more floating rocks came down.

She commanded, "Stone Edge!"

Lycanroc fired its Stone Edge. It destroyed the floating rocks but there were some starting to surround Moltres. It was using its Flamethrower to get out of danger and its Aerial Ace.

Sophicles commanded, "Pin Missile!"

Lana commanded, "Disarming Voice!"

Mallow commanded, "Trop Kick!"

All three of the attacks destroyed the floating rocks but it wasn't enough. Moltres was being surrounded. The attacks kept coming but it was of no use. The rocks turned into a non burnable rope and surrounded Moltres. It flew back up to the airship. Wasting no time, the airship was out of sight.

Sophicles admitted, "T - that is not good."

Kiawe grumbled, "Anyone wanna call it in...?"

Olivia offered, "I will."

Lillie had gone over to the altar. 'What was Moltres hiding...?' She thought. That's when she saw the treasure. Lillie took it as it started to glow in her and her friends' presence. 'What in the world...?' She thought, putting it in her bag. Everyone called their pokeballs back to their pokeballs.

...

Back at the party, everyone had been informed that both Zapdos and Moltres were taken. But Ash was relieved that Serena and Lillie had the treasures. Though he was a bit curious on how the treasures glowed in the presence of his friends. He thought, 'Maybe they are Chosen Ones too! Or maybe Lugia didn't want me to do this on my own.' Looker had advised the teams to go to Shamouti, just in case.

He finally spoke, "Alright, we need to address the Weavile in the room. We still don't know where Articuno or Lugia is."

Ritchie spoke, "I have a theory. Articuno may have gone to the highest point in the world to hide. Think about it, the higher the altitude, the more snow you'll get. It would be the perfect place to hide."

Duplica winked at him, "Yeah, there's my beau! Always thinking!"

To that, Ritchie blushed. Sparky laughed a bit. Mini Dit did the same, still imitating him.

Misty teased, "Unlike some people."

Ash shot her a look, "Very funny, Mist. Very funny."

Before Pikachu could say anything, his ears perked up. "Pika? Pi pi pi?"

Pikachu turned on its heel as a porthole opened out. That's when Misty's Togetic came out of it.

"Togetic!" It said, happily.

Piplup and Buneary were both curious of the Fairy/Flying type. But Buneary was being more shy.

Dawn asked, "Where did that Togetic come from...?"

Brock started to say, "Could it be...?"

Misty whispered, "Togepi...?"

Farewell to You, ch 4

"Toge?"

A Togetic perked up, sensing something terrible coming. Seems like she wasn't the only one. A few other Togetic perked up too. This was the Togepi Paradise, protected by Misty's Togetic. But several of the Togepi had evolved into Togetic and the eldest had evolved into a Togekiss. The Togekiss flew over to Misty's Togetic. She seemed to be sensing the same thing. She seemed to have nodded to the guardian. It was time. The guardian seemed to have understood and made itself a portal. She knew what she had to do. She had to find Mama.

...

Pikachu, Buneary, and Piplup were starting to sense it too. Ash and Dawn both perked up.

Dawn asked, "Piplup? Buneary?"

Ash asked, "Pikachu?"

Misty frowned, "Their faces look familiar."

Brock agreed, "Yeah, they do."

Brandon turned to Anabel and Looker, "Didn't you two have news?"

Anabel explained, "Yes Mr. Nanu had told us that the temperature in Alola, near the Wela Volcano Park had been increasing."

Looker added, "We originally thought that Solgaleo had been up there but that didn't make any sense."

Lillie was admittedly worried about Solgaleo. She had a feeling that the Psychic/Steel type had gone back to Ultra Space with Lunala. Gladion saw her face.

He asked, "Worried about Nebby?"

Lillie answered, "Yeah but I'm pretty sure it went back to Ultra Space with Lunala. So it couldn't be our suspect here."

Looker stated, "Oh, we know. We think Moltres is hiding there."

Lucy frowned, "Moltres?"

Anabel confirmed, "Yes and not just any Moltres. The one you and your friends encountered years ago."

Tracey started to say, "You mean where..."

Anabel interrupted, nodding, "Where Lawrence was starting to collect the legendary birds."

To that, everyone paled.

Daisy pointed out, "But isn't, like, he still in jail?"

Looker stated, "You are right Daisy but we don't want to rule anything out."

Melody told them, "Lugia did ask for the trio to go hide elsewhere since Shamouti was no longer safe. And to take their treasures with them."

Rudy commented, "So we at least know where Moltres is. Just in case things start going south."

Mahri turned to Melody, "Guess you practicing for hours on end might be coming in handy."

To that, Melody blushed.

Lily said, "But we only know where Moltres is. Won't we also, like, need to know where the others are too?"

Before anyone could say anything, Looker's Pokenav rang.

He answered, "Hello?"

Nanu said, "Looker. Anabel."

Anabel blinked, "Mr. Nanu!"

Nanu stated, "Heads up. We've got an airship heading towards Lumiose City in Kalos."

Clemont was confused, "Why would someone be headed towards our hometown?"

Bonnie thought for a moment, "Wasn't there a lot of surges of power there before we left...?"

Serena confirmed, "Bonnie's right. Maybe Zapdos is there."

Ash stated, "I think we ought to split up. If this is really starting again, I'll need more help."

Pikachu said, "Pika pi."

Piplup said, "Piplup!"

Buneary said, "Bun!"

Nanu commented, "Good luck kid."

With that, he hung up.

Professor Kukuki asked, "Want us to check out Wela Volcano Park?"

Ash answered, "Yes please. And be careful."

Professor Kukui nodded as the Alola group headed out first.

Goh asked, "Where do you want us to go?"

Ash told them, "I would rather some groups hang back. We still need to find Articuno and Lugia."

Chloe stated, "We could do that."

Ash regarded, "Thanks."

Clemont told Ash, "Then we'll head out to Lumiose City."

Ash said, "Thanks Clemont. Be careful."

To that, he nodded. Bonnie and Serena followed him. Serena had a blush on her face when Clemont passed by her. Misty saw that and grabbed Serena real quickly.

Misty whispered, "Tell him!"

Serena yelped, "Right now? While we're on a mission?"

Misty stated, "You'll regret it if you don't."

Serena replied, "Speaking from experience much?" To that, Misty didn't deny it. She added, "Look, my crush on Ash ended a long time ago. When I realized that he had feelings for someone else, it took me a while to move on. And when I started to, Clemont was there for me." She blushed again, "And you know something? I'm glad. It means you can finally ask him who he has feelings for."

Serena gave Misty a quick hug before running off to catch up with Clemont and Bonnie. Misty knew that she was right but how was she going to ask... Before she could say anything, that's when they saw the weather changing. It was starting to rain. The population of Pallet Town ran off inside.

Delia stated, "I can't believe that this is happening again." Ash hugged his mom. Delia returned the hug, starting to cry. Ash rubbed her back, holding her close. She sniffled, "I miss your father."

Ash admitted, "Me too."

Pikachu looked up at the two humans sadly. None outside of Pallet Town actually knew what had happened to David Ketchum. Not even Misty knew.

Iris was very hesitant in asking her question, "So, if I'm asking the wrong thing, just let me know. But uh..." She paused as she played with her hands. She looked Delia in the eyes and finally asked, "What happened to your husband? Ash's father?"

Delia looked at her son for a minute, the tears in her eyes. There were tears in Ash's eyes too. Professor Oak looked at the two, as if he was seeking permission to tell the group. It was Delia who nodded.

The professor answered, "He died...a long time ago. When Ash, Gary, and Erika were all three years old. He had cancer."

...

Everyone was oddly quiet. They had no idea. Misty placed her hand on Ash's shoulder. Ash looked at her, sniffling. Misty gave him a small smile.

She admitted, "At least you remember your father. I...barely remember mine."

Daisy started to say, "Misty..."

Misty looked to her oldest sister, seeing the sad look on her face. Lily and Violet had the same look.

Gary asked, "I hate to ask but what happened to your parents anyways, red?"

Misty looked at him, back to her sisters, and then back to him. Daisy placed her hand on her little sister's shoulder.

Daisy answered, "Our mom was in a bad accident. And our father tried everything to help us but...he eventually left."

Erika raised a brow, "He just left?"

To that, Daisy just nodded very sadly. Tracey was instantly at her side.

Daisy sniffled, "Sorry, I don't like talking about our parents much."

Erika understood that so she just nodded. She decided to change the subject, "So...what now?"

Ash sniffled, "Not sure, Erika. Not sure."

Farewell to You, ch 3

They turned, seeing that Ritchie, Duplica, and Todd also arrived. Ritchie and Duplica were holding hands.

Brock smiled, "Hey Ritchie, long time no see! I didn't know you were dating Duplica."

Ritchie blushed, "Well, we've been keeping it quiet for now. This is our first event together."

Duplica winked, "You got that right!"

Sparky did a peace sign, "Pika pika!"

Mini Dit had transformed into a version of Pikachu, intimidating Sparky. "Pika, pika!"

Todd took their picture, "They are just so photogenic."

Dawn walked over to him, "You look familiar... Are you Todd Snap?"

Todd replied, "That's me!"

Dawn squealed, "Eep, you're the photographer that Hermoine asked to come?"

Todd confirmed, "Yes, correct."

May was a bit confused, "Wait you meet thee Hermoine from the Hearthome Collection?"

Dawn turned to her friend, "Yeah I met her, Paris, and Paris' Lopunny when the Collection started. They wanted nothing but the best photographer for the Poke Chic magazine!"

Todd modestly stated, "Well I don't know if I am the best but I do a pretty decent job."

May responded, "Didn't Ash once tell me that you took a picture of an Articuno?"

Dawn gasped, "Whoa, for real?"

Todd nodded, "Yeah, I even brought the print. Hang on." Todd searched his pockets for a minute before he finally took out a small, faded print. He told Dawn, "I had planned to use this picture to help win over the job but it doesn't feel like the edge they are going for."

Dawn breathed, "It is beautiful..." She gave the print back to Todd and offered, "Maybe seeing a contest might give you an edge?"

Todd thought for a moment, "It's not a bad idea but right now, I'm not sure if it'll help."

Zoey teased, "I think Dawn just wants to do a contest right now."

To that, Dawn blushed out of embarrassment. Todd just chuckled, slightly blushing at Zoey. Dawn perked up. She thought, 'Does Todd like Zoey?' That's when the population of Pallet Town arrived too. Everyone greeted each other. They started to laugh and talk. Even though the guests of honor hadn't arrived yet, everyone seemed to be having a good time. Scott had finally arrived. With him were: Palmer, Johanna, Norman, Caroline, Brandon, Luka, Lance, Prima, Steven, Reggie, Maylene, Cynthia, and Wallace.

Max teased, "I think you brought the crowd there, Scott."

Scott laughed, "Yeah, you aren't kidding."

Paul turned to his brother, "Glad you came."

Reggie smiled, "Hey thanks, me too."

Ranee told Maylene, "I am so happy for you two."

Maylene blushed, "Thanks Ranee."

Cynthia stated, "It seems almost everyone is here and everything is done."

Steven replied, "Yeah, you're right about that. I was hoping we got here earlier though. I would've liked to set up."

Delia offered, "You can always help with the cleaning."

Steven responded, "I would love to help you with the cleaning, ma'am."

Cynthia told him, "See? It all worked out."

Steven said, "I know, you are right."

Cynthia teased, "Aren't I always?"

To that, everyone laughed. Steven took Cynthia's hand, lacing their fingers. Cynthia squeezed his hand gently. Norman and Caroline smiled at them.

Johanna stated, "I am so glad that Cynthia is happy."

Dawn teased, "You're not happy for me, mom?"

Johanna giggled, "I'm always proud of you, sweetie. And yes, I know you're teasing me."

Dawn smiled, "Of course."

Dawn and Johanna had a hug, both of them smiling. They parted from the hug.

Palmer commented, "I am glad that I could make it."

Barry said, "I was worried that you wouldn't, Dad."

Palmer stated, "Same, Barry. But Scott has an important announcement later today."

Bianca pointed out, "You know, I noticed something. Where are the other Battle Frontier Brains?"

Before Palmer could answer, Scott did. "They didn't come. It's because I'm thinking of closing up the Battle Frontier operations in both Hoenn and Sinnoh. It's no secret that I'm getting older and I don't have anyone to take over for me."

"What?!"

Paul asked, "Does that mean I won't be able to challenge Brandon ever again?"

Scott answered, "Well, I won't close it down just yet. It will happen more at the end of the year."

Paul just kept quiet. While he did want the Battle Frontiers to close down, he saw Scott's point.

Ranee asked, "So does that mean the other Battle Frontier brains aren't coming?"

Scott admitted, "No, they are starting to close up shop."

Ranee stated, "Understandable."

"Hey everyone!"

That's when Ash, Pikachu, and Misty arrived. Her Azurill had evolved into Marill.

"Ash!"

Everyone went over to them, congratulating the new world champion.

Ash smiled at everyone, "Hey thanks everyone! But all the credit goes to my team. Especially Pikachu."

To that, Pikachu blushed but proudly.

Dawn told the Electric type, "Oh, someone's been waiting to see you!"

Pikachu perked up before he blushed out of love. Dawn threw a pokeball and out came her Buneary. Buneary looked around.

"Bun?" She asked. That's when she saw Pikachu. She covered her eyes with her fur, shyly. She said, "Buneary!"

Pikachu ran over to Buneary happily. "Pika pika!"

As the two got acquainted again, Misty watched Ash. She couldn't help but wonder...

"Hey sis!" Violet said. "'Bout time you and your boyfriend got here!"

Misty turned red as did Ash, "We're not dating!"

To that, Violet just giggled. It was just too easy.

...

As the party started in Pallet Town, in a far off corner of the Orange Islands, Lawrence III was looking out of his jail cell window. It had been a long time, at least it seemed that way to him, that he'd be in here. He often wondered if she ever found his records. He had hoped not.

...

Sadly, she did. Her name was Yoni, Lawrence's cousin. She had short light green hair, blue eyes, wearing an orange long sleeved blouse, a short orange skirt, and short orange boots. She was wearing an orange medaillon and long orange earrings. She had found Lawrence's notes and had created her own airship. It looked a lot like her cousins but it was smaller in appearance. She didn't want to attract any attention.

She said to the computer, "Soon, we collect the three pawns, the rook, and the queen. And that should flush out the king."

The computer said, "Analysis shows that there is a high voltage coming from Lumiose City in Kalos."

Yoni told it, "Then let's fly that way."

The computer did as it was told and headed in the direction of Kalos.

"Someone page me?"

Max turned, seeing Brock had arrived. With him was Pike Queen Lucy.

Everyone exclaimed, "Brock!"

Brock stated, "Hey everyone! I want everyone to meet my girlfriend, Pike Queen Lucy."

Lucy greeted, "Hello."

Everyone blinked in confusion, "You have a girlfriend?!"

"I know, it surprised us too."

Professor Kukuki and Professor Burnet had arrived with their son, Lei. With them Lillie, Gladion, Sophocles, Lana, Mallow, Olivia, and Kiawe arrived.

Drew said, "That must be the Alola group."

Lillie confirmed, "Yes, we are."

Gladion asked, "Are you Drew then? Aren't you the Prince of Hoenn or something?"

To that, Drew blushed modestly. He cleared his throat, "Yes, I am."

Olivia teased, "Just had to be the prince, huh? To be closer to your princess?"

Drew and May both blushed at that. Everyone laughed.

"And here we thought Molly was a princess."

Professor Hale had arrived with his wife and daughter. Upon seeing Molly, Max blushed.

He said to himself, "Uh oh."

Brock stated, "Glad to see you, Professor Hale."

Hale regarded, "Same to you, Brock."

Lucy looked at his wife and said, "And this must be Krystal?"

Krystal replied, "Yes, ma'am. And you are one of the Battle Frontier Brains, right?"

Lucy confirmed, "That I am."

"And you are so cool!"

Barry and Bianca had arrived. They were also holding hands.

Dawn blinked, "Wait, you two are dating?"

Barry confirmed, "Yes we are!"

Dawn was confused, "Is anyone else dating that I oughta know about?!"

To that, everyone laughed. Olivia turned to Kiawe, smiling softly. Kiawe smiled at her. Dawn's eyes were wide. There were a lot of couples.

"Dawn!"

Dawn turned, seeing Zoey there. With her were Paul and a teen around their age. She had short brown hair, green eyes, wearing a silver locket around her neck, a white short sleeved shirt, a purple skirt, and a purple pouch with white shoes. Her name was Ranee Katina. They were also holding hands.

Dawn complained, "Oh come on! Even Paul's dating?!"

Paul gruffly stated, "Yeah, what's it to you?"

Ranee started to say, "Paul..."

Paul interrupted, "And in either event, you're one to talk. You and Kenny are dating."

To that Dawn and Kenny both blushed. Ranee giggled.

Zoey put her hands behind her head and admitted, "To be fair, I'm not dating yet."

Lillie scratched the side of her head, "Neither are me and Gladion."

Gladion huffed, "Not a lack of trying."

"That leads to desire."

Daisy, Tracey, Lily, and Violet had arrived. Daisy had an engagement ring on her finger.

"Eek, are you and Tracey engaged?!" May shrieked.

Daisy giggled, "Yes, we are!"

Everyone offered their congrats to the newly engaged couple.

Harley asked, "When did this happen, hon?"

Daisy answered, "It was a while back, before Ash became World Champion. He was so nervous!"

Tracey blushed, "Of course I was nervous! It's so hard proposing to a beautiful lady like you."

Daisy was the one to blush now.

Solidad pointed out, "You two are so cute."

"Not as cute as my brother!"

Rudy, Melody, and Mahri had finally arrived.

Solidad teased, "Eh, Harley is cuter."

Harley wound up blushing, only for a minute. Solidad giggled.

"I got to say this is turning into a massive party."

Goh and Chloe had arrived.

"Hey Goh. Hey Chloe." Max greeted.

Chloe stated, "Greetings, Max."

Max blinked, "I thought Gary would be with you two."

Goh clarified, "He said that he'd be late getting here. He wanted to pick up Miss Jones."

Olivia asked, "Whose Miss Jones?"

Kiawe was about to answer when they heard a voice.

"That be me!"

Gary and a teen around his age had arrived. She had long brownish hair, blue eyes, wearing a green blouse with quarter inch sleeves and sky blue sparkles on it, short brown jean skirt, black nylons, white shoes, and a sky blue headband and on it was a green Pokeball pattern. Her name was Erika Jones.

Gary introduced, "Everyone, please meet my girlfriend, Erika Jones."

Erika waved, "Hello everyone!"

Everyone greeted her happily. It was at that time where Ms. Ketchum and Professor Oak had come over.

Oak smiled, "You are doing a splendid job setting up."

May turned to the professor, "Thanks, Professor."

Delia told them, "I must agree but we'll need some help with the food now. Who wants to help?" Everyone raised their hands, making Delia giggle. She teased, "I don't think I'll need that much help."

Brock stated, "Lucy and I could help, Ms. Ketchum."

Cilan replied, "So can Iris and I."

Delia responded, "That would be great, thank you. The rest of you can finish setting up."

Brock, Lucy, Cilan, and Iris all followed Delia back to the kitchen.

May thought for a moment, "I was just thinking. Where is Misty? I thought she would be here by now."

Gary told her, "I asked her to try and delay Ashy-boy until we get everything set up."

Dawn giggled, "Ashy-boy?"

Kenny teased, "Dee-Dee is a way better nickname."

To that, Dawn blushed out of embarrassment and love.

"I still can't believe that the twerp is now the World Champion."

Jessie, James, and Meowth had arrived. They had left Team Rocket recently so they hadn't changed out of their uniforms. They still had their Pokemon.

Bonnie admitted, "And it's hard to believe that you three hadn't left Team Rocket sooner."

Jessie stated, "Yeah, we know."

James added, "But it has been a part of our lives for a long time."

Meowth responded, "There's no way that we can catch that Pikachu now. We realize that now."

Gary shrugged, "Well, better late than never."

Dawn gasped, "Was that a poem?"

Erika huffed, "Hey, back off, he's my boyfriend!"

Brock replied, "Don't worry, she does this all of the time."

Dawn just chuckled sheepishly. Piplup giggled at its trainer, earning a glare from the Coordinator. Piplup stopped, just smiling at her.

Dawn teased, "I'm watching you."

"Piplup!" Piplup said, giggling a bit.

...

Later on that day, Anabel arrived. She was holding hands with Looker. She had started to work with the international police.

May blinked, "I didn't even know that you were interested in working with them, Anabel."

Max added, "Yeah and what about Scott? Does he know that you are working for them?"

Anabel told the siblings, "Actually it was Scott's idea in the first place. He wanted me to help with the international police because of my ability to sense others feelings."

Looker stated, "It's been really amazing seeing her in action. She even gave me a Poochyena as a partner." He turned to Anabel and asked, "Isn't Scott coming to this thing?"

Anabel frowned unsure, "He said he might not be able to make it. He said he wanted to get to Twinleaf Town to check on Palmer? I'm not sure."

Lucy was about to say something to her fellow Battle Frontier member when she heard a voice.

"Hey everyone!"

Farewell to You, ch 1

"Do not disturb the harmony of fire, ice or lightning, lest these titans wreak destruction upon the world they clash. Though the water's great guardian will arise to quell the fighting, alone its song will fail, lest the earth shall turn to ash. O Chosen One, into thy hands, bring together all three. Their treasures combined tame the Beast of the Sea."

A girl, around 17 years old, was remembering that prophecy. She was wearing a black tank top with some blue jeans and white slippers. At first, she found it silly. She thought it was just a legend, a story. But she was quickly proven wrong.

"Melody?"

Melody turned, hearing her boyfriend calling for her. There was Rudy. He is 18 years old now. Melody had earned the heart of the young gym leader.

He asked, "What are you doing here again?"

Melody honestly answered, "Just going down memory lane."

Rudy questioned, "You worried about the parties coming up in Pallet Town?" When she didn't respond, the gym leader knew that he had his answer. He added, "I know you had a thing for Ash and I had a thing for Misty but it is time to move on."

Melody waved her hands in front of her, "I wasn't arguing that but I can't shake this feeling that something is coming."

Rudy thought for a moment before he replied, "Well, if something is coming, I'm protecting you."

Melody slightly teased, "You sure I won't be the one protecting you?"

To that, Rudy could only laugh. It was at this point, Mahri had found them. She is 14 years old now.

Mahri told them, "You two coming or not, big brother?"

Rudy replied, "Don't worry, Mahri. We're coming." He then turned to Melody, offering his hand. He teased, "May I escort you to the airport, me lady?"

Melody rolled her eyes but took his hand, lacing their fingers. "You are so lucky you're handsome."

To that, Rudy laughed more. With that, they walked off, Mahri right behind them.

Mahri turned to Melody and asked, "So why were you down at the shrine again?"

Before Rudy could shoo her away, Melody looked at Mahri. She admitted, "I just have a bad feeling."

Mahri understood that as she just nodded. She stated, "Well, look at the bright side, at least the legendary birds don't live around here anymore."

To that, Melody was grateful. Lugia had arisen from the deepest of the ocean to tell Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres to leave the area. It didn't want another fight to break out between the legendary birds and it would be safer for them to just leave the area. So that's what they did. No one knew where the birds were now, except Slowking and Lugia. Melody never asked either of them where they went as she didn't think it was important...

"Melody?"

The musician perked up. She saw that Rudy and Mahri were looking at her with concern. Apparently the three of them had made it to the airport.

She apologized, "Sorry, just on edge."

Rudy reassured, "Don't be sorry, you're leaving this island for the first time in a long time. There's nothing to be sorry for."

Mahri replied, "Big bro is right. We should get to Pallet Town and join the party."

Melody hugged them both, kissing Rudy's cheek. She was lucky to have them.

...

"How's the decorations coming, Max?"

Max turned to the voice in question, seeing that it was his sister talking to him. May, Drew, Harley, Solidad, and him were helping Ms. Ketchum decorate.

Max reported, "So far so good. Treecko and I are getting the balloons set."

Treecko said, "Tree!"

True to his word, there were balloons filled with helium. They had two balloons on each table and two at the entrance. Max turned to his sister.

He asked, "How's it going with you and Drew? Getting the tables set?"

May said, "Yeah with Blaziken and Roserade's help, this is going much faster."

Blaziken said, "Bla!"

Roserade said, "Rose!"

Solidad teased, "I'm surprised Ms. Ketchum didn't ask you for your help with the food, May."

To that, May blushed out of embarrassment.

Harley added, "Oh, come on, hun. You know as well as I do that May would eat more than help."

Solidad giggled when she saw May flush more. Cacturne and Slowbro were helping their trainers too. They were putting up the chairs and more tables. Before May could say anything else, they heard a familiar voice.

"That more sounds like Ash."

Everyone turned, seeing Dawn and Piplup there. With them was Kenny.

"Dawn!" May gushed.

"May!" Dawn gushed right back, hugging the brunette.

"Piplup!" Piplup said, running off to join Blaziken.

Dawn said, "I'm so glad to be here!" She turned to Max and asked, "Is this your brother?"

May answered, "Mhm, that's Max and his Treecko."

Max waved, to which Dawn had eagerly waved back.

Kenny asked, "Is there anything we can do to help?"

Drew told him, "Well, we could use a hand with setting up more tables. Ms. Ketchum said that there were a lot of people coming."

"Hello everyone!"

Everyone turned, seeing Iris and Cilan arriving. They were holding hands.

May smiled, "Hey Iris and Cilan!"

Dawn blinked, "I can't believe it! Are you two together?"

Cilan confirmed, "Yes, we've been together ever since Iris became champion of Unova."

Iris admitted, "What a day it was."

Max asked, "So where's Alder these days anyways?"

Iris answered, "Last I heard that he was taking a much needed break in Kalos."

"I can confirm that."

That's when Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie had arrived.

Harley waved, "Ah, there they are. The Kalos gang."

Solidad replied, "Glad to see you all here."

Serena responded, "Thanks, Solidad. I'm so excited for this party."

Clemont nodded in agreement, "Perhaps we could help, what do you think, Bonnie?" He looked around, seeing that his sister was gone. He asked, "Bonnie...?"

Serena tapped on his shoulder. Clemont looked at her and saw that she was pointing. That's when he looked, sweatdropping as he did. Bonnie was near May, Solidad, and Dawn. She was going to go over to Iris too but saw that she was holding hands with Cilan. She bent down to the three of them.

Bonnie gushed, "Would any of you beautiful ladies be interested in dating my brother...?"

Before Clemont could react, Max did. He pulled Bonnie by her ear.

He said, "Good grief, you are worse than Brock!"

Everyone sweatdropped, Clemont was ever so grateful to Max.

Scooby-Doo: Mystery Incorporated

So I'm rewatching my favorite series yet again. I don't know or can't remember if I had pointed out in a previous post but I'm going to point out something. In Season 2, Episode 1 The Night the Clown Cried Shaggy's Mom was surprised to see both Shaggy and Scooby had returned to Cystal Cove.

So surprised that she said this, "Norville? What are you and Scooby doing out of the prison and the pound? I mean military school and the farm?"

I did a total double take. I was very sad for Shaggy and Scooby here. I couldn't believe it. His parents were jerks and that's me putting it lightly.

On a side note, Mark Hamill does an amazing job as Cry Baby Clown. And the general at Shaggy's military school. I love this series so much.
