Metabolism Day
It was my mom’s friendsgiving today at a local brewery so I planned my metabolism day for today !
Breakfast: coffee with sugar free creamer, 30 cals
Lunch: egg white, turkey bacon, and low fat cheese sandwich, 207 cals
Dinner: two slices of thin crust pizza and a tart cherry cider, 823 cals
Total: 1060 cals
Definitely a little more than I wanted to eat today, but I took a laxative which is reducing my anxiety about it. I’m also doing a little 24 hour fast before my girlfriend comes this weekend and when she leaves I’m going to try my first 36 hour fast!

My OMAD rules:

3. Must have either a fruit or vegetable.
4. Must have a form of grains.
5. Drink 8 oz of water before and after meal.
6. Take any vitamins or appetite suppressants after.
