I am so proud of myself. I did another 46 hour fast, so I could eat something with friends before a party (only one portion and a piece of birthday cake). And at the party I had 100ml of REGULAR cherry coke and after that only water. I was the driver so nobody noticed.
And then I resisted all the temptations in the house: cake, chocolate, leftovers, pizza..
I just went to bed, with stomach cramps from that one meal as a reminder that hunger hurts less than food 🎀

Do you guys think bone smashing really works? Cause I hate my face so fucking much/my rib cage. I can’t live with it. I’ve starved them to the bone and realized I HATE the bone structure, could I smush my ribs in/ correct my cheek and jaw bone definition or is it totally fake and I’m in a deep pit of self hate
