One of the challenges I faced when learning Italic handwriting was learning to write Italic letters with a monoline pen after more than 30 years of using only broad edge for Italic calligraphy. I recently added color coding to my trackers, and I was inspired by @buujooo to add pain levels to this Sleep & Steps tracker to see if there’s any correlation over time. I use a Tombow Dual Brush Pen for the pain level and Staedtler Triplus Fineliners to plot the sleep and steps points.
