dinner: half pack of pasta zero w/ ground chicken and veggies- 150cal

starting tomorrow i’m going to completely cut out carbs/sugar again. i remember when i was doing no carbs or sugar before that i felt way less urges to binge and was sticking to my restriction plans best. so we’ll see if my urges go away and if it helps me stay on track.

recipe for this meal!
1 pack pasta zero (spaghetti)- 45cal
abt 1/4cup tomato sauce- 50cal
less than half of a zucchini (maybe 1/4)- 9cal
small bit of onion- 5cal
about 4 mushrooms- 16cal
i added some parmesan cheese- 30cal
side note- you can totally use only half a pack of the noodles too! i didn’t realize how filling they’d be but i think i’ll probably do half a pack from now on🤍

breakfast for today (130cal). {this yogurt is so yummy bc it has stevia added and it’s only 90cal. i totally recommend! also plss ad the stuff i did or at least cinnamon it’s amazing<3} was kinda nervous to have this because i’ve been eating only a hard boiled egg and coffee every morning for the past week and was scared changing that might make me gain. but it’s healthy and low cal and logically i should be fine as long as i continue to restrict throughout the day.

experimented with some baking today bc was craving a fall treat and made this low cal mini cake. only 219 cals total!! + 11g of protein! i rlly like it it is low carb as well and satisfying.
ingredients
one egg white- 17cal🤍
one tbs peanut butter- 94cal
2 tbs monk fruit zero sugar sweetener- 0cal
(or use your preferred zero cal sweetener)
1/4 tbs baking powder- 1cal
1/4 tbs cinnamon- 4cal🤎
1/4 tbs coca powder- 3cal
2 1/2 tbs almond flour- 100cal
bake at 400F for 15-20 mins depending on your pan!

low cal (198) dinner for tonight (n_n) todays total cal intake was roughly 500cals. i count everything except i had a bite of zucchini with unknown sauce that my fam made. i also did a 100cal workout though. so i suppose i’m sitting at about 400cals. that’s too much considering i should be putting out what i’m putting in in order to lose weight fast. but anyways i probably won’t do incredibly in depth summery’s of my day like this regularly because that’s boring. but since i’m just starting out my blog i figure i should have something to talk about. if you’ve read all the way to here i’m always looking for others the same to help stay motivated :) so pls interact/reach out
