I end my day at 903 kcal. it was a pretty hard day. I had a little binge at lunch on cheese and brioche. I still managed to limit myself and do sports in the afternoon. I really recommend, it's one of my safe foods. otherwise I think I could have done without the crepe but I wanted to end my day on something sweet. also it was my first time trying to make a milkshake, it was pretty good. pretty happy with my day. otherwise I feel quite stressed for tomorrow, I'm going to sleep at my best friend's house. she knows about my ed and I explained to her that I was stressed, so we planned the meal in advance (pumpkin soup yum). i love her soooo much omg

ok so here I’m again after a few days of eating like I don’t want to reach my gw lol. Seriously, I'm so scared to weigh myself. before the last few days I weighed 53 kg but I think I gained a lot. so this time I'm getting back to it seriously, I'm taking back control and I’m applying rules that I'm going to follow
Eat 1000 kcal max per day
Bodycheck every morning
Drink 2.25L of water
Intermittent fasting (15:9)
Stomach vacuum every morning
No snacking (except liquid)
Do sports every day, 300 kcal min
Save my diet report on Tumblr
So I'm really excited to start my diet again. Tomorrow I'm going to go rock climbing, it's been several months since I did. This week I'm on vacation so that means more time at home and therefore with my parents. It's going to be complicated but I think I can do it. Wish me luck :)
