How I stopped binging
I really don’t wanna make this post really long but I feel like I need to give the definition of binging  it’s basically eating a lot of food in a short amount of time and not being necessarily hungry and eating more than a normal person would eat in one sitting or just throughout the day, eating fast plus feeling like you’re not able to stop , feeling uncomfortablely full or ur going to get sick Y’all gonna hate me for saying this but in order to stop bringing is to stop
 restricting/ trying to losing weight
Because the only reason we binge is because our body feels deprived of something if you have been restricting or cutting out a certain type of food group
But it can also be like a coping mechanism so like eating when you’re bored what are you to feel some thing or you eat because ur feeling a negative emotion ( but if that’s the case you don’t have to heal from that to stop binging ) 
One more thing I want to add do not give yourself like a period of time where are you stop binging or like a period of time are you gonna start losing weight again because that’s kind of restriction thinking again 
2.stop feeling ashamed of how much u ate or regret or just a negative emotion about it
I know it’s hard but like because those negative emotions It make you want to binge more
3. Stop working out if you’re not enjoying it and if it’s only think about to burn calories
 i’ve said this before more negative emotions the more the urge to binge
 4. Don’t listen to the urges
Separate yourself from your urges you’re not your urges Binging is an addiction make like other addiction the more u listen to it the harder it will gets
Also don’t think there’s like anything wrong with you it’s normal everyone has binged or gone through it before 
5. know what are your triggers are to binge
For example you had a piece of chocolate and then u had The urge to eat the whole bag start to notice those triggers and you have to remind yourself every time you get them that the chocolate will be here it will be here tomorrow food has no control over you and u don’t need to eat the all of it right now
6. You need to stop seeing good as bad or good it just food
It just food it doesn’t make u bad if u eat something unhealthy ur giving ur body energy that needs and craves
7. Listen to ur cravings
Your body is craving a cookie then have the cookie
Oh my raising your body is craving sugary foods it’s because it’s easier to break down to energy faster than any other food
8. Eat balanced meals
You need to make sure that you have protein with every meal , fiber and carb and eat until your full And stop 
( pls pls listen to brain over binge to help u get a better understanding it really helps )
To end this post do not go hard on yourself it’s OK to start off with your safe or comfortable meals at the start until you feel comfortable to start facing some fear foods that you’re scared of losing control over and try to have them in safe times like around the daytime 
Just start this is going to be hard because you probably have binge the night before but that’s OK you can still have your meals you won’t gain weight try not to weigh urself if it’s gonna trigger u
Honestly I’ve started this understanding of binging and stopping around like three months now so you may not stop binging right away but I will definitely help to get them a bit under control until they stop so whenever you do binge you’re gonna say to yourself it’s OK I’m gonna try it again the next time no negative emotion it’s OK we’re gonna try again
So don’t have high expectations but you can do it it just takes time
You could stop binging right away tho

not getting worse
at this point Idk what to do I binge I eat I can't fast I'm always dizzy but my blood test came out normal so I'm not sick so what wrong with me I want to be sick but no matter how much I try i end up binging

I’m back
I'm done with recovery it not for me anymore
I have lose 2 kg so far well not counting cals
Went from 56 to 54 now goal in 2 weeks to be 52/51

 So I’m finally serious about weight loss this time but I have school and I really want to get grades and since this is like my last year I’m a senior I need to do really good so I’m gonna do a really healthy calorie deficit because I have been gaining and it’s annoying but yesterday I finally ate like a normal person like not over ate or under ate I was eating when I was hungry and stopped when im full kinda like that
So here’s my plan
It’s gonna take longer of course because I’m doing in a healthy way but the good thing about it is I’m gonna be be able to maintain it longer which I feel is better than losing a lot of weight fast and getting stretch marks and then just getting it all back in like three days so since it’s Ramadan my calorie deficit is gonna be since is 1,00 /1,200 cal my maintenance is my maintenance is 1,500 so I should lose at the end of this month around two KG‘s so like 53 so in May and June my calorie deficit my stay the same but I might do a reverse diet in June because I’m gonna have finals and I’m not sure if I’m gonna be able to continue losing weight
end of may weight should be like 52
I’m gonna be done with finals around the end of June so that’s the time where I can lower strict and use an excuse for like my great graduation party
gw to be under 52
So goal weight on July would be in my 40s
My birthday is in sep and I can be 40
My ugw is 38 and can be in sep
Maybe I’m like overthinking and planning
But the thought that I can be at my under go away and my birthday month were just September and it’s exciting to me because I really wanna be in my 40s
