Pro tup if ur starting out with ana ed don't fast straight of the bat cause trust me you'll end up binging and gaining a he'll ton of wight start with convincing your body that it's still receiving food but at dramatically low calories I eat 3 times a day for breakfast 2 rice cakes lunch 200gram cucumber and night 1 cup plain yogurt which is a total of 195 calories

Fasting Sweetspo Motivation
My lovely, you’ve been working and fighting so hard to get where you’re at. Are you hungry? That’s okay, I’ll tell you what to do. Get up slowly. Now as you walk feel how light you are without having eaten. You glide across the floor and leaving no sound or mark behind you. Make yourself your favourite tea. Focus on the progress: the water boiling, the tea brewing how water changes colours. Pick you cup up and glide across the house as the light being that you are. Have a sit, cover with a nice warm blanket, play your comfort show and drink that lovely tea. Feel the warmth slowly washing that hunger away. Remind yourself how far you’ve come in your fast. Lastly, what doesn’t challenge you won’t change you.

why do i wanna be skinny?
- i wont have to worry about my camera angle, i will look good anyway
- i wont have to pose to look skinny
- i will fit in with all my other skinny friends
- i wont be the fattest student in class
- i will have an amazing social life
- i wont end up in a chubspo or fatspo
- i might end up in a thinspo
- sitting, standing, and laying in any position in front of people without looking stupid
- no longer feeling excluded in clothing stores
- not having to drive 24193257 miles just to shop from a plus size store
- not having to feel embarrassed as i shop from the plus size ssection
- society accepts being skinny as beauty
- love is easier to find
- clothes will fit me and look good on me
- less humiliation
- even oversized clothes will look good on me
- i can tuck in my shirt without looking stupid
- my bra size will get smaller, so smaller bras will be easier to find
- i wont be stared at when the teacher talks about anything weight related
- people will take my emotions seriously
- i wont be judged when i eat
- itll be easier to lift me up
- not being used as a pillow
- less guilt
- not feeling embarrassed for asking for a larger size in the fitting room
