Had my 3rd session on my chest tattoo on April 2nd. 😁 It's looking amazing!! Just 1 more session to go and it should be done, we'll see. My Tattoo Artist Melissa at Starting Line Tattoo in Dodge City is absolutely the Best!!

I can't wait to see this one completed and then to start on a new tattoo project with her. 😊

Meet Appa!

He is a Danniff. Great Dane/French Mastiff Cross. He is 3.5 months old. He's such a smart and cuddly guy. He and I are doing twice monthly professional, private training sessions. The goal is for him to be my mobility Service Dog in 2 years.

Today I went to Dodge City and sat for my 2nd tattoo session on my chest. 😁 I have at least 1 more appointment, but have 2 scheduled, just in case. 😊 there's not too much more left to go... I can't wait till it's done!! It's so awesome already.

Howdy Everyone! Been a while since I've updated. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I'm 34, living in Washington state. My health is on a Rapid decline! 😢 I was diagnosed with Epilepsy in March of 2021. I also have Severe Scoliosis that needs a Full Spinal Fusion. I am no longer able to do basic self care on my own. 😭 But I'm Very blessed to have found my Soulmate!!💞 Z. Is an amazing man!! We got engaged on November 17, 2021. I don't know where I'd be right now without him. I love him so much!!💞💞

Howdy! Dr. Schmidek is amazing. Loved her and her staff. She was willing and able to answer all my questions... Even the stupid ones. Lol I wasn't put on a wait list... But did have to wait a month longer as I had to have thyroid surgery and recovery from that first. If I remember right I only waited a few months. I did document my Top Surgery journey on YouTube... Transgender Day of Visibility!!

I am Transgender.

To be specific, I am a transgender male. That means I was born female but now identity as and am male.

I'm the eldest of four. I was born April 1987, in Texas, to two loving parents. They were happy to have a little girl to raise.

I was brought up Southern Baptist and was Home Schooled from Pre-K through high school graduation.

I remember most growing up in the country. I played in the dirt, the creek, the fields and the lakes! I loved it!!

I graduated high school in 2005.

I came out as transgender in 2009.

I was prescribed and started doing testosterone injections in May 2015.

I went by a few different names but in the end chose a name that was given to me by my grandfather who had passed in 2000. He had always called me Daric (though he spelled it different than I do now) and introduced me to his friends as such. ☺️

I legally changed my name in early 2017 to Daric Lee Weir. I also changed my gender marker in early 2017.

I had my Top Surgery in July 2017 and a Full hysterectomy in May 2018.

Good morning y'all,

It's my shot day today... Almost 4 years on T.

I can't help but look back and see how far I've come in 4 short years.

I used to look in the mirror and dream of the man I wanted to be. Now when I look in the mirror, I smile. Not because I am that man in my dreams but because I see a man blooming into so much more than I could have ever dreamt of.

I'm going to pick up my writing again. My story is one that needs to be heard... At least that's what I've been told.
