Please tell me in the tags what made you choose them your second time through. 😄
edit: Just realized I forgot to do a show results button. If you haven’t done a second playthrough just pick who you would romance. 😅

I've seen "draw Your character as a villain" used on various sites as a fun character design excercise, but when I've deeply considered the turn of events needed for Igna to become a villain it turned out that a) I've avoided it narrowly b) I've ended up with an AU that's very interesting, but also it's so dark I'd feel miserable if I had to actually write it in heavy detail.
For it to happen, the only prerequisite would be that Argo would fail to get her out of inprisonment, which could easily happen for example if he'd keep his original promise to her and would keep his mouth shut about the fact she's a spellbreaker. As much as Igna is only a pawn and at times treated like a highly valued but ultimately expendable soldier, it would result in a catastrophic cascade of events.
No help gained in a trial to break her out -> no expedition intending to do it, and in a result the Covenant wouldn't form a spellbreaking unit either. Theria wouldn't get an ultimatum preventing her from being executed. The main problem with Igna remaining at Yrreth's mercy is that Yrreth's perfectly aware of the nature of her talents and a part of his original plan for her was to use her for his cause. Igna isn't very susceptible to blackmail, but considering Yrreth's dabbled in the manipulation of living beings' live magic, with unlimited time on his hands he would find a way to break her, either with torture or with specialised spells meddling with the target's perception and free will (possibly both used in concert). Maintaining a permanent mind control spell would cost him a lot, but he'd probably deem it worth the price anyway.
Tumblr media
A few months pass, and the Covenant's troops become a subject of immensely precise, harrying attacks targeting especially magic defenses and battle mages' units. They are always accompanied by the reports of a warrior clad in a black, rune-inscribed armor that seems to be completely impervious to magical attacks.
As rumours spread, something piques Argo's suspicion. Perhaps it's the fact that Aquila (who's still alive, proving that her rider still lives) immediately perks up mere minutes before the attack, or the fact that the description of the abilites match perfectly, he manages to cross Igna's path on the battlefield. Surviving the encounter by the hair's breadth, he realises she acts against her will. Feeling guilty for being unable to help her while he should've and still having an unpaid life debt to her, he decides to try and pull her back from under Yrreth's influence. The process would be long, arduous and deadly while Igna would remain on Yrreth's leash, and if he'd manage to get any help in it, the Covenant would sooner see her dead than captured.
But even assuming he'd be successful, that each curse binding Igna to Yrreth would be broken, she'd still be considered a traitor - even if she acted under a magical influence, at this point she's killed dozens, and has done enough damage that even if she isn't executed on the spot, the Wanderers won't ever take her back in due to her reputation. Hunted by Yrreth from one side, rejected by the other, her honor stained and her future ruined, she has nothing to come back to and no aspirations left. Except maybe a burning, animalistic need for retribution for how much has been taken from her.

Propaganda for Roach (The Witcher): Roach is actually more of a group of horses, because Geralt names every horse he owns the same - but it's sure that wherever the witcher wanders, so does his horse.
Roach does a tough job accompanying her rider throughout the dangerous terrain infested with monsters, and no less dangerous encounters on the road. Her most iconic depiction are the lovable chestnut from the 1st season of the Netflix series (played by a male horse named Zeusz) and the bay from Witcher 3, altough the Roaches from the earlier TV series and movie also deserve a mention. Her name in Polish (Płotka) has a double meaning - it's a diminuitive of płoć, a feminine noun and a name of a small fish species, but it's also a stand-in for a small catch, or an irrelevant person.
In the game she is truly the impressive jack-of-all trades, carrying heavy trophies, acting as Geralt's warhorse and taking a pretty fair amount of time in the presence of actual monsters before she spooks. She's potentially the fastest racehorse in the Northern Kingdoms and she faithfully finds her rider when she's called (not without the iconic shenanigans, of course). Her ability to spawn in the weirdest places and positions has become a meme that added an unintended comic relief to the game, and it's referenced in her Gwent card. She's the reliable, silent companion throughout the game. Well, mostly silent, because in one DLC quest she speaks. Or rather, Geralt can hear her speak. I thoroughly recommend watching the scene in Polish dubbing, it's hilarious - her voice actor is a radio presenter, who definitely has a lot of fun. (if you don't mind occasional commentary, I was able to find the scene with polish dubbing and english subtitles: https://youtu.be/lGnVZ-Vt7Lo?si=R-Tq7TqakegAxNTO&t=746)
Roach's presence in various Witcher media has always underlined the humanity of her owner - Geralt, who's perceived in-world as a cold-blooded mutant and sometimes expected to be deprived of human emotions cares about his horses, despite the utilitarian nature of the relation. The horses also treat him like an ordinary human. The fact that he names all of his horses the same is also one of his humanising quirks that his friends make fun of. The fact Roach is always a mare also is a subversion of expectation - in a grim, medieval high fantasy world one would expect a hypermasculine hero to ride into battle on a back of a stallion - but Geralt is a deconstruction of a classic high fantasy hero, and he prefers to ride mares because he considers them more reliable.
So to sum up, Roach is a horse with many faces, a faithful companion, a mischievous comic relief, an important narrative tool, a feminist icon and a very good girl!

Do saratoans associate the shades of ashy brown that are natural to their species' skin under the magical pigmentation with death? Sorry for the kinda morbid question, I was just thinking about how controversial open-casket funerals are in some cultures (as one does) and your guys crossed my mind in context with that.
Not generally - it's considered an inappropriate color for say, a saratoan dolly, since that makes it look like a corpse, but shades of gray and taupe are popular for clothes where it's just judged to be a nice neutral tone that their bright skin colors pop against.
It takes a bit more effort to choose accessories that read as symbolic of death to them. Their funeral rites are themed around the color the deceased was in life, mourners bring items of the same color to place by the body, creating a cluttered collection of items of the same color
Tumblr media
The symbolism of death is a little more individualized as a result. The color of "goth" for Saratoans is just whatever color they are + excessive clutter
Tumblr media
Dressing like this is ironically considered off putting by younger adults and is accepted more warmly by elders rather than being a way to shock and rebel against elder generations.
Elders generally read an outfit like this as "funeral director" which is a role not considered totally necessary to the management of rites, but are a welcome relief to overworked household leaders to have someone experienced available to support them.

A 5200-year-old pottery bowl from Shahr-e Sukhteh bearing what could possibly be the world's oldest example of animation. It shows 5 images of a wild goat leaping, and if you put them in a sequence (like a flip book), the wild goat leaps to nip leaves off a tree. Museum of Ancient Iran

Minthara learning that thousands of powerful, yet uniquely psychologically malleable people (possibly invisible to infravision!) are moving into the Underdark, led by her new companion Astarion: How do you feel about drinking blood. A lot of blood. Specifically the blood of my enemies when I march back to Menzoberanzan and stage a coup. :) After that it's deicide.
Astarion, who would kill for a decent shower and some new shoes: Will there be fancy wine and silk sheets?
Minthara: You may have the wine and bedding of the highest ranking noble you kill.
Astarion: Sold.
