frigga and thor's reunion in endgame is a really underrated scene for so many reasons.
she immediately knows it's not her thor. but instead of raising the alarm or, worse, recoiling in horror at his unkempt appearance as the avengers, she simply points out the truth: "the future hasn't been kind to you." no, it has not.
she tells him he better leave the sneaking around to his brother. thor spares her the knowledge that in the future, his brother, her beloved younger son, gets killed by a mad titan while thor watched helplessly. he spares her the knowledge of odin's death, hela's return or asgard's destruction. but he tries to at least warn frigga of her approaching death, which, i think she already knew. she was, as she said, raised by witches. instead, she reassures him that whatever fate is about to befall her, she's ready for it, because she doesn't want to add to future thor's overabundance of guilt and regrets.
but most importantly, thor sticks to the mission at hand. he doesn't let himself get distracted by his need to save frigga, despite knowing his departure all but sealed her death for a second time. he lives with that knowledge but he respects his mother's decision to face her fate, he doesn't impose her will on him and jeopardise ebedurhkng else to try and save her to make himself feel better.
tl;dr i really liked that scene.
