yesterday was an extremely hard day for us. we had an overwhelming therapy session, sudden changes in our life/support system, and then as a result, rapid switching and panic attacks all day, until we went to sleep early. by the end, myself and ❤️ took the front in hopes of being able to calm our nerves down enough to fall asleep and allow everyone else to rest in the headspace. in the process though, we discovered a new little (🐣) we were unaware of until now. he's a very kind boy, an absolute delight, and i believe him also being at the front with us is what allowed us to finally calm down.

we had split recently though, with two new young alters (⚫ + ☀️) forming. unfortunately, ☀️ wound up taking the brunt of what happened yesterday and broke down. there are possibly more drastic changes happening in the near future, and we're all various degrees of scared, confused, and worried. granted, this is a part of the healing process, but we were all caught unaware by what was going to happen until it did.
