crazy how the time flies...
I rediscovered this account after many many years and finally remembered the email and password associated with it.
I created this account when I was 21, and now I am 28 - I must say a lot has happened since then. Back then my heaviest weight was 28lbs and current weight was 24.5lbs. Since then I actually hit my goal weight of 107lbs on keto... and I was super happy with where I was, even went off keto and was able to maintain a healthy weight while maintaining a balanced. then of course, life happened. most painful break-ups and heartbreaks happened. then I hit the heaviest weight of my life which was 138lbs after going through severe depression and anxiety. I basically went from 107lbs to 138lbs within 5 months in 2018. 
In early 2019, I tried to get back on keto, but I would end up binging and purging once I screw up just once. I was the lowest point in my life and struggles with binge eating and bulimia. I knew it was bad for me, but I just couldn’t help it.
Mid 2019, I decided to exercise more and try to not restrict myself from any food - this lead to more stability in my mental state because I have a personality in which I want things I can’t have even more than when I could freely have them - hence binging. With this method, I was able to drop 10-15 lbs and I am in much happier place.
And now fast forward to April 2020, I am still feeling insecure since I had the taste of being goal weight - I was less tired, more happy and light on the feet. Ever since I gained the weight back, I’ve been having knee issues from the extra weight. I just want to feel that again - to feel confident and healthy, but not really finding the motivation yet. From my binging past, I still have control issues over food. However, even though I tend to binge, I am maintaining 125 since I try to exercise every day.
now the question is how to find the motivation and how to push myself to be my goal physique again without extreme measures...

03/05/2017:
A lot has changed since my last progress post in Oct 2013. I gained my weight back and now around 122 lbs. I have lost strength in my lifts too.
Posting this so that it is a reminder to myself that I need to get back on track.
Latest update
My weight is now 111.8lbs (107lbs when I stepped on the scale at first, but then it was a lie lol)
And I am as strong, or stronger, as when I was 126lbs. My guns are bigger.
I beat my personal best for deadlift: it is now 165lbs.
I can now do 3 pull-ups with perfect form, 4 with kicking hehe. Ultimate goal for pull-ups increased to 20 because a girl from another team did 15. Must beat her number.
I just love progress :D

It’s amazing what a little effort & determination can do 🙌 Today I’m officially 20kgs less than my highest weight, I don’t think I’ve been this tiny since I was about 15, and I’ve sure as hell never had abs like this!! Pretty bloody stoked at how my comp prep is tracking, can’t wait to see what my amazing coach gets out of me in another 10 weeks when I hit the stage!
