Meet the cast! Zach Thompson is a Seymour native. Born and raised here. Involved with JCCT as well as Actors Community Theater of Seymour in addition to acting at Fear Fair since 2005. He spends a lot of time watching horror films, classic and new alike. He is currently an accountant in Columbus, Indiana. It’s something dull to balance out the excitement of performing. The Outsider opens Friday! Meet the Cast! Larry Hartley will be playing the part of Arthur Vance, one of the most experienced and successful political consultants in the country. Arthur’s overbearing personality and confidence in his own opinions over the opinions of others, should make him dislikable, but his ego is more than tempered by the joy – even glee – he brings into the room. He’s a showman, but his excitement is 100% genuine, and it’s contagious. Larry is a retired technical salesman for a fluid power company. He and his wife of 48 years, Pamella, moved here from Wichita to be closer to some of their 15 grandchildren who now serve as his full time job. In his bio in the program you will see that Larry has been active in theater since 1968 as an actor, director, and producer. What might surprise you is that he is a musician as well, arranging and conducting orchestra music. He likes to stay active by playing pickleball. https://www.instagram.com/p/CibeXO6ukR4/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Jackson County Community Theater's production of The Outsider invites you to Meet the Cast Paul Angle will be playing the part of A.C. Peterson, a TV cameraman. A working man, and – for most prople – the guy you didn’t notice was there. Which is fine with A.C.; he has a low tolerance for idiocy, and would rather not interact with anyone. His near silence doesn’t make him seem unfriendly, just a bit of a mystery. Paul was born in St. Louis, MO, but is a 1991 graduate of Seymour High School. He is currently employed by the Guitar Center Company as a call center supervisor. Paul has two kids, a son in the Army and a daughter who is a senior at Plainfield High School. Although involved heavily in theater at JCCT since 1991, this is Paul’s first acting role this millennium. His hobbies outside of work are theater, writing, and occasionally playing the guitar. https://www.instagram.com/p/CiRNvuvuVRn/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Meet the Cast! Amanda Dick will be playing the part of Louise Peakes, a temporary employee hired as the Governor’s office assistant. Ms. Peakes is personable, likable, impressively confident and entirely inept. Without knowing it, she has the air of a politician about her. The friendliness of her smile and the confident way she looks you in the eye would make you think “I’d vote for her.” Amanda, originally from southern Illinois, has lived in Seymour for 12 years. She is a practicing general surgeon with an interest in breast cancer treatment. She and her husband, Andy, met in medical school and lived in Charleston, SC for 5 years during residency training. Her days are usually filled with taking care of her 3 children (Sullivan, Elin and Finnegan) and her patients. She enjoys running, reading, cooking and yoga.
