The theology of Attack on Titan

I am not a theologian, so my knowledge may be wrong and is based on books I have read so far. Please don’t blame me.

I have already written two posts on possible theological reasons for Attack on Titan. Continuing to read I found several other issues that seem interesting to me. It will certainly not be my last destination in this regard, but I like this topic too much and I wanted to introduce it anyway.

First of all, Ymir Fritz is introduced as a mythical ancestor similar to the one of the Abrahamic religions, Christianity, Judaism and Islam. Despite her design, which recalls Norse mythology, her place in the three monotheistic religions is indisputable because the ethnicity to which she refers. Eldians are an allegory of the Jews and not only under a theological point of view, as Paradis is an allegory of the State of Israel from a political point of view. King Fritz seems to be the bearer of a Zionist-like ideology, since he took a land for his own needs but with other ethnic groups present on it: this is because the Eldians - like Jews - evidently felt they could not live with other populations and the need to take refuge in a part of the world to live in peace. The power of the Giants in Marley's vision (placed in a WWII setting is a bearer of Nazi ideology) could symbolize the great Jewish financial power of those years.

Eldians also call themselves "the people of Ymir", as Jews define themselves as God's people. The Eldia restoration movement is convinced that it is chosen by the forefather Ymir. In the biblical tradition the giants are called “Nephilim” and are the consequence of a carnal relationship between fallen angels (i.e. the legions of the devil) and mortal women. There is no need to specify that from a religious point of view, the carnally union between the spiritual world and the physical world is considered blasphemous and can only generate curses. Other theories see giants as historically existent people with an extraordinary strength, just as Ymir is experienced both as a spiritual and mythological being and as a historical figure. Her being the Abrahamic progenitor is based on her historical dating in the universe of Shinjeki no Kyojin, i.e. 2000 years before the events narrated and the birth of Eren (which in the series represents the messiah), exactly as the figure of Abraham is dated 2000 years before Christ.

The various depictions of Ymir see her entertain some kind of relationship with a demonic figure and her name varies in the literature from Ymir to Krista. Therefore, it is not to be excluded that the monster and Ymir had some relationship, from which the curse of the giants was generated and that, therefore, according to the biblical tradition, it was a relationship between a demon and a mortal. There is no doubt, in fact, that the giants are a curse and is confirmed by the testimonies of different characters in the series. Even Frieda is described as "possessed" in some moments, as if she suffers a demonic possession: whoever is possessed by the power of the giant lives a state of such profound desperation (which someone in theology defines as "the dark night of the soul") that does not leave other solution but suicide.

In almost all the confessions of Christianity, original sin is the one that Adam and Eve, forefathers of humanity according to the biblical tradition, would have committed against God, as described in the book of Genesis. This is in fact the genesis of the Jewish religion and its people, such as the relationship with the demon of the earth and the sin committed by Ymir (of which the apple is a symbol in rock painting). In any case, Jews do not believe they have inherited the "guilt" from Adam, but only the consequences of his reckless choice. In the same way Eldians do not have a real fault for the sins of Ymir (even if they have decided to expiate it), but they suffer the consequences. In any case, Adam is recognized by some currents as the one who brought death into the world through his disobedience. Another issue is the concept of expiation proper of the Marley's Eldians, who pretend to take on their shoulders the sins of their predecessors in order to extinguish them definitively. In the Jewish doctrine, unlike the Christian one, there are no sins that can not be expelled and everything can be extinguished through repentance and sacrifice. This is what Marley's eldians do and in particular we are made clear by Gabi in her speech with Kaya. In this sense also the number 13, which are the years of life remaining to those who inherit the power of the giant: the number 13 is the number of death and rebirth and who lives under the number 13 has the possibility to conclude what is left unfinished by its predecessors.

Ymir, however, is used by the peoples according to the cause and nothing is actually known about her and her truths. It could also be considered a founder really existed, unlike Abraham which is part of the myth and not historically proven. Unfortunately nobody knows the truth and probably nobody will ever know it. I have already mentioned in a previous post that for me Attack on Titan is the story of a people passing from the Old Testament to the New Testament. This is based on the religious vision within the walls, which is much more similar to the old beliefs than to the new ones. At the beginning of the series, when the giants break through the walls, a man makes a speech about how they are deserved, because they have sinned in different ways. The concept of "bad people happen bad things and good people happen good things" is a custom, probably dating back to a pagan period, in which if a lightning struck your home was because you had sinned against the gods and were punishing you. This concept is discussed in the book of Job, in which this upright man is struck by one misfortune after another and not because he has sinned against God; rather, he is described as his most faithful servant. Representing Eren a messianic archetype, and being the protagonist and therefore the one who is destined to resolve the story, the idea is about a travel from from the ancient testament of Abraham (Ymir) to the new testament of Eren. The division of the world of Eren in black and white, as a matter of fact, is continually discussed and criticized and must learn to love his enemy and understand it, and this is the supreme teaching of Jesus Christ himself. Eren, however, is a bridge between the religious vision of Christianity of Messiah chosen by God (since it would seem that all events are controlled by Ymir or a higher spiritual force) and the atheist one of Buddhism, in which through its path will ascend how to be perfect (eliminating its narrative flows). Moreover, it would also seem to be in common with the Davidic messiah, who opposes and defeats the opponents and even the first King presents similarities with the figure of David (David fought against the giant Goliath, but he was a man like Marley's men): the final Jewish goal is realized in a Davidic monarchy that the messianic advent should restore. The oppression of the giants settled on their land deprives the liberals of the eldians of Paradis like Roman people settled Palestine in the times of Christ. The Jewish messiah refers to a human leader, a physical descendant of the lineage of King David, who will rule and unite the people of Israel and lead him to a messianic era of global peace, and this is also what Grisha and Dina saw in Zeke. The Jewish messiah, unlike the Christian one, is not considered divine.

The departure of the Eldian people as people of the Old Testament is also underlined by the original Nine giants: as the Jews originate themselves from the twelve tribes of Israel, it seems plausible that the Eldians originated from the nine giants. The third ending, then, represents a mass exodus (where the diaspora is the symbol of the Jewish people and its sufferings) in the desert and towards a light. The desert is a place of expiation. The end of the ending shows a painting by Ymir with the Giant Nine, but there is a fracture on her face. Giants are considered chaotic beings, but the term "chaos" has not always meant disorder and originally meant fracture.

About a possible conclusion of the series, I like hazard a theory. According to some biblicists, the struggle between Gog and Magog described in Ezekiel should take place at the end of the days, where this term means an event with catastrophic consequences at the global level, such as to cause the destruction of the earth and the human species. The threat of the giants inside the walls that will devastate the world can not be left to a mere quotation, but given the cumbersome presence in the series it is highly probable that this will actually happen at the end (moreover the walls will somehow have to be turn down). Gog and Magog up to the legendary populations of Asia, cited first in the biblical tradition and then in the Koranic tradition as wild and bloody people, source of looming and terrible threat or however identifiable as negative entities. These are the two mutually contrasting factions, as Marley describes eldian people with millennia of rapes and devastation behind them and which threatens the world with the giants, while eldia from Paradis sees the Marleyans as people without hearts and bloodthirsty who unleash on the island giants without brains and really violent.

Then, from that failed Tower-of-Babel attempt, “the children of Israel, ended-up in “Egypt” as “slaves,” after they had sold Joseph, their brother, into slavery to the Ishmaelites — “Egypt,” that is, representing, symbolizing, and pre-figuring “the world system,” again). Then, from “Egypt” to “the Wilderness;” from “the Wilderness” to “Jerusalem” – “City of peace;” (City of Jebus, in Canaan, belonging to the Jebusites) which God had “allowed” the “Israelites” to “capture by the sword.”

And finally, from “geographical Jerusalem” to captivity in “geographical Babylon!” From “Eden” to “Babylon!” But that is not “God’s plan” for Humanity! “The house of Israel” had also tried to “make a king” of Jesus when He dwelled on the Earth; but Christ explained to all that His kingdom “is not of this world!”

The “house of Israel” had refused God’s calling to dwell in the world as “sojourners” on the Earth sent-forth by God to be “missionaries” amongst “all the Gentiles” so as to become “a light unto all the nations!” “Because of you my name is cursed amongst the Gentiles!”

Now, as heaven beckons and Earth awaits the Lordship of Christ Jesus Messiah, “the children of the house of Israel” are feverishly targeting “Babylon the great, the mother of harlots” as a final “place of comfort and wealth” in this material world! And then what? No U-haul behind a hearse! No immortality is ever obtained from any earthly possessions! “Fool, this night your soul is required of you!”

Now, even after Christ came, died for us, and rose from the dead: Zionist Jews still want to “make it,” again, from Jerusalem to “Babylon the great, the mother of harlots!”

So you see, my dear brother, without Jesus Christ Messiah, the world remains on a horrible almost never-ending journey of bloody aggression creeping from failure to failure: From “Eden” to “Egypt;” and from “the Wilderness” to “Jerusalem;” and for finally “landing in Babylon” as their frightful journey is climaxing, terminably, as revealed in the book of Revelation, to the “one-world governance system:” “Babylon the great, the mother of harlots!”

But meanwhile, we are commanded by Christ to be “in the world but not of it!” To be born anew of the Spirit is to “do the truth in love” and “to love in deed and truth,” not only in words (1 John 3:18, KJV). We are not to continue to wallow in corrupt fleshly gain, which is “the mammon of unrighteousness,” while coveting “total-world control!”

I am a faithful Christian who is also an active representative of Christ Jesus Messiah in the world and on the Earth, and I am also committed to obey our Lord’s commands to be peacemakers in the world. Jesus’ own words in Matthew 5:9, KJV commands us to be peacemakers and we shall be called “sons of God,” even as we are practicing our righteous faith in love, compassion, and meekness.

We have been empowered by our Lord Christ Jesus Messiah of all flesh with “a spirit of power, love, and sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7, KJV) in order to “do the Truth in love;” for perfect love casts out fear and the whole law is summed up in this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself! (Galatians 5:1; 13-15; Colossians 3:12-17; Philippians 2:3-4; 1 John 4:18, KJV).

I am a faithful Christian follower of our Lord and Savior Messiah Christ Jesus! American constitutional law of the United States, public acts, and laws pursuant thereof, protect all Human Rights and Civil Rights of all its people, not only Christians, but also all other religions and people-groups under its lawful jurisdiction and authority, except Satanism accompanied by cruel abusive rites of torture, Human sacrifice, and intensive drug abuse!

By all our understanding of the Scriptures, “the Zionist State of the Jews,” is “the abomination of desolation which standeth in the holy place,” as prophesied by Daniel in the Old Testament and as brought to our remembrance by Jesus Christ Messiah in the New Testament, is representing a sign of “the time of the end,” whereby Antichrist will attempt to take-over, extort, expropriate, command, and control “Babylon the great, the mother of harlots,” which is the “one-world system of total governance” lusting after a “one-world government,” as upheld and enforced via one-world religion, one-world currency, one-world language, and one-world global economy.”

Knowing this then, — that the piece of land over which Zionists rule with warlike cruelty and violent hostility is “the abomination of desolation standing in the holy place, — puts us faithful Christians in a humbling position of divine responsibility to fulfill our Christ-centered obligations on the Earth while living as “sojourners” and “strangers” as we duly escape the enthrallments of “the world system” that is “in the making” — “Babylon the great, the mother of harlots” — “the new world order;” or “Globalism,” or whatever label Satan would put on it.

Because of their obstinate rebellion against the Messiah of God, Christ Jesus as promised through all the Scriptures, what has happened to Humankind is “pre-figured” by “the house of Israel,” “the Israelites,” “the children of Israel,” as they have been “journeying from “Eden” to one “Babylon” or another! Let he who has ears hear and understand!

And only Jesus Christ Messiah can “put a stop to it!” But neither the Zionist Jews nor the Palestinian Arabs have Jesus Christ Messiah, and therefore, neither people-group “has the Father!” (John 1:1-18; John 17:3, KJV). Hence, the complexity of our works of faith on the Earth in the name of Jesus Christ Messiah of all flesh!

Because I do not share the “Ba’al-worshipping agenda” to which “the house of Israel” continues to cling — Remember, from “the golden calf” and materialistic attachment to corrupt earthly gain, “the mammon of unrighteousness” that proceeded from “Egypt” to finally climax into “Babylon the great, the mother of harlots,” — such a thing as the so-called “sovereignty of Israel,” is an oxymoron (actually, a misnomer having nothing to do with “The Israel of God” prophesied to us in the Scriptures — Galatians Chapters 3- 6, KJV)!

“Physical-Geographical Israel” no longer exists: Once Christ rose from the dead by fulfilling God’s plan of Salvation for Humanity as laid out under the Old Covenant, God willed that in A.D. 70, the Roman General, Titus, of the Roman Empire, destroyed both “the temple of stone” and the “city of Jerusalem!” The Apostles were first called “Christian” in Antioch, Syria! (Acts 11: 25-26, KJV). We are the temple of God wherein indwells His Holy Spirit in Christ Jesus Messiah — 1 Corinthians 3: 16-23; 1 Corinthians 6: 19-20; 2 Corinthians 6: 14-18, KJV! God’s commandments are, not on “tablets of stone,” but “written on tablets of human hearts!” (2 Corinthians 3:1-3, KJV).

We are commanded by God in the Holy Spirit of Christ Jesus Messiah to be in the world but not of it! God's kingdom is "not of this present Jerusalem," nor of this present world, nor of this present "Babylon!" We await the Jerusalem from heaven! We walk by faith not by sight!

God bless America, the land of the free and the home of the brave! A shining beacon of God-given Liberty on the face of Planet Earth until Christ our loving Messiah and Lord returns to establish "a new heaven and a new earth!" ***

SITREP: A false flag attack on a USN ship next?

The USS Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group left the east coast Naval Station Norfolk, VA on 11th April.

The aircraft carrier is accompanied by the guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy, the guided-missile destroyers USS Burke, Bulkeley, Forest Sherman and Farragut, and the destroyers USS Jason and The Sullivans. The strike group carries 6,500 sailors and Carrier Air Wing One.

Recent announcements about Russia’s hypersonic Kinzhal (‘Dagger’) missile system having made these vessels effectively obsolete, this means that the ships and their crews are essentially being sailed into a bloody scrapyard.

Even without the recent upgrading of the Kinzhal system, the experience of the British fleet in the Falklands conflict illustrates the vulnerability of warships to low-flying missiles. In addition to the sinking of the HMS Sheffield and Sir Galahad, virtually every British ship was hit by at least one of Argentinian’s French-made Exocet missiles – a weapons system which was already 20 years old at the time.

Reportedly the only thing that saved the UK force from obliteration was that the Argentinians had got their missile altimeter settings wrong. The Russians will not make the same sort of error!

These facts are of course known to the US military planners and – one would assume and hope, for it is duty to know – by Donald Trump. And yet the US fleet is now nearing the coast of Syria, where it will met up with American and other NATO warships already in position. Together, they will make one big flock of sitting ducks.

If the people pushing Trump manage to get him launch a new strike on Syria (and we must expect a new false flag attack) and if the massive increase in NATO firepower means that enough missiles get through to enough targets to kill Russians, then Putin really has no choice but to sink the US fleet.

No choice because, whatever the danger of doing so, failure to respond would signal Russian defeat and retreat in Syria, which would of course lead to a rapid escalation of military pressure against Lebanon and Iran, and mean that when the Empire then rolls on to strike Russia, her most reliable allies will already have gone and her ‘soft underbelly’ will be seriously exposed.

So Putin orders the destruction of the US fleet, and an hour later all that is left is debris and mangled corpses in some oil slicks – and some ‘great’ photos and video clips to illustrate Trump’s declaration of war on account of “Russia’s deadly sneak attack on a US humanitarian force”.

Sounds familiar? It should do. Because we’re not just thinking here of the USS Maine, the Lusitania and the Gulf of Tonkin. The Washington habit of using sunken ships as the causus belli also of course included Pearl Harbor.

Just in case you need a reminder, here’s just one example of the many short videos out there on the truth about the Japanese attack on 7th December 1941 which explain how Roosevelt had advance intelligence of the planned attack, but decided not to pass it on to the anchored sitting duck fleet:

The more or less official excuse (the President’s guilt never having been formally acknowledged) is that to have alerted the fleet would also have tipped off the Japanese that their naval codes had already been broken. But the truth is of course that deliberately didn’t warn the fleet because he knew that the sacrifice would goad the American people into a war against Hitler to which he and those around and behind him were committed, but which the American people opposed.

The circumstances this time are of course somewhat different, not least that everyone with even a passing knowledge of the Russian missile capability already knows that 6,500 sailors are “on their way to Samara”.

Which makes Donald Trump either a criminally incompetent fool, a bad poker player or a wholly controlled puppet of the psychotic Anglo-Zionist elite. If he is one of the first two of these, then there is of course still a chance that he might respond to the disaster by blinking and retreating. In which case, the Beltway elite will use the human tragedy and his humiliation to remove him from office (not a bad consolation prize, from their point of view).

But if he is the third, then the ‘shock’ blitz on the US fleet will lead to the immediate declaration of World War Three.

Indeed, if things get that far (and we’re probably 48 hours and one White Helmets’ video away from it) then the only thing that realistically stands a chance of stopping the racist Anglo-Zionist psychopaths in their tracks is if the Russian attack and its result are such a devastating show of ‘shock and awe’ as to make it impossible for them to ignore a simultaneous public warning by Putin to Netanyahu that any further US hostile response will place Israel directly in the firing line as well.

That might JUST be enough to make the Neocons back off. If not, then World War Three it will be. It might not go nuclear straight away, but even while it is conventional EVERYTHING will change:

Dissident anti-war voices such as this will rapidly be silenced by blanket censorship and internment; your sons and daughters will be conscripted; your taxes will go through the roof – and you will have to live with the ever-present fear that, once China enters the war against Washington and its client states, the tide will run so fast against the ‘democratic allies’ that their ‘humanitarian missiles’ will end up with nuclear tips.

If that disturbs you (and it surely should) then all I ask is that you take the Pearl Harbor analogy and get busy spreading it on social media RIGHT NOW. Because once those young sailors and airmen have been sacrificed, the demand for a war of ‘revenge’ will be unstoppable. But if the warmongers realize that plenty of people have already understood the plan, it might just spook them into backing off.

In which case the fleet can do a few face-saving manoeuvres and then sail home again and we can look forward to a summer which may be warm, but not as uncomfortably hot as it could otherwise become!
