So I finally had a free day today, (because I have work in both an elder carehome, and a supermarket, so life has been a bit hectic) so YAY Easter and all! But I used today to reread all of check please, while drinking quite a bit of wine(again, hectic life lately) and I just can not explain how happy this story has made me. 

I stumbled upon this lovely story a few years ago, through tumblr and I love the feeling it gave me. It just pt thi shuge smile on my face and whenever was feeling a bit down i’d go back to it and it never failed to lift my spirits. It doesn’t matter how many times I read it I still squeal like it’s the first time I read it.

And between updates and hiatuses I would go on tumblr and find these amazing stories and arts by incredible people, that just would make my day so much better.

I can’t thank Ngozi enough for taking us on this incredible journey and being able to give us a story with an ending that we all are happy and satisfied with.

I’m gonna miss all these characters so much, but I take heart in knowing that we can go back to them whenever we need them and the fandom will live on and keep giving us amazing content.
