KALUSUGAN at KAANGKUPANG PISIKAL (2K's)

Alam niyo ba kung saan galing ang salitang "YOGA" ? Ito ay hango at nagsimula sa salitang Sanskrit na ',Yuj' na ang ibig sabihin ay 'magsama' o 'magkaisa'.
Hali kana at subukang alamin ang kagandahan na maidudulot ng Yoga sa ating katawan!
Oras na para gamitin ang iyong yoga mat at tuklasin ang kumbinasyon ng mga pisikal at mental na ehersisyo na sa loob ng libu-libong taon . Ang kagandahan bg yoga ay hindi mo kailangang maging isang yogini upang umani ng mga benepisyo. Bata ka man o matanda, sobra sa timbang o taba ng katawan, ang yoga ay may kapangyarihang kalmahin ang isip at palakasin ang katawan.
Maraming benepisyo ang makukuha natin sa pag yoyoga at ito ay ang nakakapagpabuti ng lakas, balanse at kakayahang umangkop o maging flex. Nakakatulong din ito sa pananakit ng likod. Maaari ring mapawi ng yoga ang mga sintomas kagaya ng arthritis at nakakabenepisyo rin ang kalusugan ng ating puso. Ang pagsasanay sa yoga ay maaaring mabawasan ang mga antas ng stress at pamamaga sa buong katawan, na nagbubigay lusog ng puso. Ang ilan sa mga kadahilanan na nag- aambag sa sakit sa puso, kabilang ang mataas na presyon ng dugo at labis na timbang ito ay maaari ding matugunan sa pamamagitan ng yoga.
Ano ang mangyayari kung araw araw ika'y mag yoga? Isang resulta nito ay ang paglakas ng iyong metabolismo. Ang pagsasanay sa umaga ay ginagawang mahusay ang isang tao sa kanyang bokasyon at sa gabi naman ito ay nag aalis ng iyong pagod sa araw at ginagawang sariwa at kalmado ang isip.
Kaya simulan na nating mag yoga para tanggal pagod at makapagpahinga. RELAXatmagYOGA!

Utpluthih We are always coming out. We need safety out there to tell our stories, some will remain personal but many emerge as perception of safety reaches a threshold. Back in June 2020, I decided to stop drinking alcohol and join conversations that assist to remain this way. While I did not think of myself as an alcoholic, I thought it was no longer serving me any purpose, rather was activating some personality features that was not contributing to my wellbeing. I joined a community of people that remain abstinent of alcohol because alcohol was toxic for my health. The decision process involved awareness of why, when, how and what I drink. Hello everyone, this is my healthy living blog. For something more alternative check out my main blog: lunaroa.tumblr.com
Back to the title of this post.. YoYoga! On Monday I payed R100 for a week of unlimited classes at YoYoga. My friend and I (Lucy) have been doing the Bikram classes everyday and today was our third class. LADIES & GENTS!!1!!11!1!! It's so worth it. I feel:
healthier
happier
skinnier
prettier
more energised
& finally.. i feel like i have more purpose in my life now
This could be all horse shit but honestly I'm so happy Lucy dragged me into this and when the week is over I want to do it at least once a week. Wish me luck xxxxx
