HEHEHEHE of course you'd ask for the mans himself- This post wont make sense to anyone but you or me but here we go!!

First of all, you have unlocked a freshly cleaned up playlist. (Though, while it used to just be Wither-Grian, it's now very much in Wither/Watcher/sort of Deity/Headcanon Grian territory lol. It's also in chronological order from the main timeline that we've talked about - best I could manage, at least.)

For more specific songs- I'm not sure if I have any that i associate with only the wither, rather than wither-watcher Grain man, but let's see... 1 - There's Terrible Things by Brick+Mortar, which is mostly about just the Wither and Glitches influencing his mind and worsening during Third Life and Last Life. Those two series specifically because the song mentions things happening in the person's dreams/sleep, and I'm still running with the headcanon where _Life SMP seasons happen while Hermits, Emperors and the others are asleep in Hermitcraft, Empires or whatever their base world is right now. (YouTube link for the song is here if you don't have spotify) 2 - Arsonist's Lullabye by Hozier is about Grian's relationship to his Glitched Wither condition and the destructive powers it wields. If I recall, you actually were the one to suggest me this song for my Grian, and it worked really really well, I do have to say.

4 - Ok this one probably only fully makes sense if you live in my brain but while I was cleaning up the playlist I looked for a song with "ban" in the name and found this song called Banish the Banshee and I just feel it fits Wither!Grian's ban from hermitcraft so much. look the lyrics make sense in my brain ok kfsdkjfh-- oh yeah and in my brain the first part of the song is abt him getting kicked out by the watchers bc he draws a lot of parallels between that and the hc ban in his mind

5 - Animal by The Living Tombstone. I don't think I need to explain this one much. It's him while he's losing control over his wither side and causing bloodshed, as well as drawing parallels to and asking himself if he's become just like Herobrine; "I try to talk to myself, but the voice I hear sounds just like you" // "I have become something new / Or am I turning into you?" Good shit. (YouTube link here if you don't have spotify) 6 - Finally, I wont really comment on why for this one but Sing To Me by MISSIO was the first one I thought of. I imagine this one for the period on Hermitcraft S8, after Last Life, where him and the other Lifers end up distancing themselves from each other and much of the server, Wither!Grian in particular isolating himself pretty badly.

Gonna spend some time cleaning up the Secret Life Spreadsheet for the final post but I just need everyone to see this absolutely WILD graph that was so insane I had to triple fact check to make sure I wasn't losing my mind.

Also fun tidbit: all three of Etho's deaths were because of Scar. He killed that man three times. Etho is the only person who died the same way every time.

If there's anything that this session has taught us, it's that the life series has the amazing and completely unintentional power of foreshadowing, poetic cinema, and the butterfly effect. There's:

The wither painting in the roommates' home.

Mumbo: "...pressing shift economically would be a skill [that I wish I had]..." -> running off the edge of a platform into lava

Joel recruiting Lizzie to hurt/kill Scott leading her to go to the End to try and kill him, which led to her death.

The two wooden fence posts that Mumbo placed as a joke to stop Martyn being the thing to ultimately seal Mumbo's fate.

Grian failing last week's task without realizing it, making him roll for a hard task this week, thus making him have to get the Wither and Warden with Etho that killed Jimmy and Mumbo.

Edit: Lizzie's poem to Joel from Session 1: "You won me a bone, I'll never leave you alone. / I hope you stay alive and also thrive. / Don't forget to shift, when you're near a rift."

There's probably more I've forgotten but this session in particular has been CRAZY with all of this.

I think what we can gather from this gritho team up (finally) is that they are essentially efficient and coordinated chaos
