Come little children, I'll take thee away, Into a land of enchantment. Come little children, the time's come to play, Here in my garden of magic. Come little children, the time's drawing near, Halloween night is waning. Come little children, ride with me tonight, It's not a night for abstaining. Come little children, now follow me home, Not a one of you need worry. Come little children, the time's come to roam, Come follow me now please hurry. Come little children, there's magic to see, Here in my garden of mystery. Come little children, in to my abode, Tomorrow you all will be history.
Garden of Mystery (Author unknown; if you can uncover them lemme know)

To all my followers who don’t know, I’m Pansexual 🏳️‍⚧️• @livelyghosts 🏳️‍🌈𝑷𝑹𝑰𝑫𝑬 𝑪𝑶𝑳𝑳𝑬𝑪𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵 drops Friday at 12pm PT🏳️‍🌈 Earlier this month we put out a post searching for queer models for our pride shoot and WOW did y’all raise a hand in PRIDE to be a part of it! 💖 So honored to have an entirely LGBTQ+ lineup of models for our new pride collection ✊🏻✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿 We put so much thought into designing a Pride Tee that was meaningful 🫶 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗽 𝗮 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘄. hi!! For the movie thing... what type of violence? I havent seen it and im just a bit worried about it triggering me. im so sorry
That’s an excellent question; my warnings there were kind of vague. I couldn’t quite remember the specifics, so I did a quick re-watch. Here’s a more complete list of potentially upsetting things that the The Occult Experience contains:
Screaming, crying, some weird monster-y noises
General spookiness - artwork of skeletons, beasts, even some art from the Alien franchise (?? I swear to god, I’m not joking).
Nudity: I forgot how much there was, and there’s a decent amount - nothing full frontal, but if you’ve ever wanted to see Janet Farrar’s boobs for some reason, now’s your chance, I guess?
Mentions of spiritual pregnancy and childbirth
A dude who seems a bit too happy with the fact that nazis were into the occult
Violence/physical harm: fire-eating, putting pins in a man’s face, rolling on broken glass, someone’s arm being gently whipped once with a flogger (as a demonstration of kind but firm leadership, I think?)
An intense born-again Christian group performing exorcisms on folks (but it sort of painted them as being the weird ones, so that’s cool)
Period-typical white shamanism, heteronormative stuff, etc
(Also, the film is Australian in origin, if that’s helpful to you in any way, haha.)
So, there you go! I hope that’s specific enough to be helpful.

The full moon is a hazy cream-colored glow in the dark sky. It’s hot out, perhaps this is what is causing the slight cloudiness obscuring it. A song is on during the drive home and it draws my eyes back to the moon over and over. There’s something primal about the look of it. And there’s this wild urge deep inside to go into a dark forest or field and dance underneath the glorious soft light.
Perhaps too often nowadays we don’t (or aren’t able to) give into urges that call to us. Maybe it’s pulling us farther from where we really come from.
