[ID: Dark gold oval pendant wrapped in crossed silver wire.]
Back to the classics - I hadn’t wrapped in this style in a while (I’d got into a groove with tentacles) then I ran across a picture of an older pendant and thought I’d bring it back.
Not going to do too many in a row, my eyes were crossing trying to fit that framing wire to the exact correct shape and size, but I’m really happy with how it came out.

Tried my hand at making a circlet for my daughter who is heading to a Ren Faire tomorrow dressed as an elf cleric. She worked on her costume and this was my contribution.

Snake bone special! I got a large quantity of rattlesnake ribs and vertebrae and have been making jewelry like crazy, especially pleased with the necklace with the hand drawn mushroom pendant (decay is an extant form of life!) Link in bio if you're interested in any of these or message me for custom pieces!

[ID: Very small blue labradorite drop pendant wrapped in delicate silver wire, next to a penny coin]
I’m so pleased with this. My usual wirework in this style uses 0.4mm wire wrapped around 0.8mm. This is done with 0.2mm over 0.4mm. Half the size, and behaves very differently, but I love how it turned out - it really does look like it was done by the faeries.

now this isnt what i normally post but i just finished a project i have been working on for about 8 months on and off and im realy proud of myself!!! it took roughly 30-35 hours of work, and its one of my favorite dragons ive ever made! i usually make them much smaller than this, and they usually only take me 2-4 hours to make for refrence. now i havent taken super great pictures of it yet, but i just wanted to show off my Ranboo dragon sculpture!!!!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
i’ll probably rb later with better pictures but these are just the pics i took when i finished at midnight.
im just so proud of this!! ive been wireworking for about two years, and making dragons since may of last year. i taught myself almost everything i know through trial and error, as well as picking up some tricks from tiktok and youtube. its all jewelry wire and beads, including obsidian, carnelian, adventurine, howlite, bassalt, tourmaline, and assorted glass and plastic beads as well. in full honesty it took me ages to figure out how to get the shape of the legs right lol.
im hoping some day i can go to a con to gift it to ranboo or something :)
also thinking of making some other content creator inspired peices sometime maybe!!!
