We have an announcement! 🌟 After a lot of people waiting and asking, we're finally opening commissions for faun/satyr legs! 🦌 These start at $2.5k and are available for our current opening, either custom or artistic liberty. The form has been updated, so send them in! https://www.cfstudiosonline.com/quote-form
Thank you to everyone who's been waiting, we've been doing R&D for a long time and ultimately what works best is making a custom sculpt for each person. These orders will require a duct tape dummy! We kept trying to make a patterns that were versatile for sizes, but to make something that would need to be adjusted for each person anyway was basically the same amount of work as a custom pattern (and didn't look as nice, either!)
We're really excited to make more fun fantasy costumes and can't wait to see your characters!

Another favorite project of mine from last year, I designed and made this gambeson for a client based on their original character. We went through a couple of sketches and this is what we arrived at.
The piece itself is linen with a cotton twill lining and a wool blend bias binding.

One Dress a Day Challenge
August: Fantasy & Sci-Fi
Warcraft: The Beginning / Ruth Negga as Queen Taria Wrynn
This beautiful grey velvet dress appears in the epilogue, at the king's funeral. Queen Taria was a new character created for the movie, meaning there was no animated version to draw upon and they could design her look from scratch. It's hard to see in the actual film, but she has the lion of Stormwind worked into the back of the gown!

My recent renaissance faire costume, which is a recreation of the tunic from the Fool major arcana from the classic Rider Waite tarot deck.
Featuring my beloved partner @mothgeist from the Washington renaissance faire last year, who made their own costume!
I take costume commissions, so if you're interested in a costume like this for renaissance festivals or similar events feel free to email me at
