You ever create an OC and then forget about it for months to years? That's the case with this guy. This is Toledo, a mustang! That's about all I got for him, haha. I revisited him to tweak his design, and I think he's neat.
This gelding is one of the Sand Wash Basin horses that was well documented on the range - he was called Rendezvous.
8 YEAR OLD ROANRED GELDING HORSE (8485)
2013 gelding - Sire Tashunka - Dam Kangee - BLM aged him 1 year younger than he is
Said about him in 2020: "Rendezvous pushes his large band away from the road, they were very spread out and he got nervous and went out to collect them and bring them together. Rendezvous attached himself to the Willie Nelson band a couple of years ago and over the winter successfully took a large portion of them. Willie is left very thin and rather a ghost of his prior self, but he does have some band members left. I had the occasion to watch Rendezvous several times while darting mares the last few weeks. He is a very good band stallion, runs a pretty tight ship."
He is also my absolute fav of the auction. Someone want to scoop him up for me???
Przewalski's Horse
Equus ferus przewalskii
Family: Equidae
Genus: Equus
Subspecies: 03
Feed: Herbivorous
Habitat: Temperate Steppe
Status and Conservation: Critically Endangered
This is the only remaining species of wild horse. The other two wild horse species have already become extinct. One of them is the Tarpan (which was mentioned in a previous post), and the other is the European Wild Horse, which went extinct during the Pleistocene era. The other horses that roam in the wild are considered feral, which means they were once domesticated horses that have reverted to a wild state.
The Przewalski Horse was also extinct in the wild at one point. However, thanks to various breeding programs and the efforts of different zoos, it has been successfully reintroduced to its natural habitat in Mongolia and China. It is still classified as Critically Endangered."

Boundary Peak is a mountain in Esmeralda County, Nevada, United States. With a peak elevation of 13,147 feet (4,007 m), it is the highest natural point in the state of Nevada.
Boundary Peak is the northernmost peak of 13,000 feet or greater elevation within the White Mountains. The summit is located in Esmeralda County of southwestern Nevada, and is within the Boundary Peak Wilderness of the Inyo National Forest. It is less than half a mile (1 km) from the California state line, which is how it derived its name.
While it is the highest point in Nevada, the considerably taller Montgomery Peak (13,441 feet or 4,097 metres) is less than 1 mi (1.6 km) away, across the state line in California. By most definitions Boundary Peak, which has a prominence of only 253 ft (77 m), is considered to be a sub-peak of Montgomery Peak.
Boundary Peak is only 82 feet (25 m) taller than Wheeler Peak, which is located in Great Basin National Park, White Pine County in eastern Nevada. By most definitions, Wheeler Peak is the tallest independent mountain within Nevada.
