Hypothetically speaking... If the boys switched aesthetics for day... what might their outfits look like? Hypothetically speaking of course...
Doesn't need to be hypothetical! <3
Both Sun and Moon have some alternating styles in their closet - Moon still has to attend some formal work events every now and then, and Sun does enjoy parkour occasionally! (He'll enjoy it even more when he's not doing it alone <3)
Moon prefers simpler suits, and rarely opts for a three piece. Jacket and slacks are enough for him, especially with a nice matching shirt! The nightcap stays on, too, unless he really has to part with it - can't go without his gimmick, after all <3
Sun's parkour clothes are a bit more eye-catching than Moon's, at least color wise! He's blending in well with joggers or runners that are out and about, and still follows his little rationale of "No one will suspect me if I don't look like I'm trying to be sneaky" <3
They do prefer their own styles, mostly, though a part of it is familiarity and the adaptation to their specific field of expertise.
(Dear Y/N has a simp crisis both times they see them sport the other aesthetic the first time, because it's unfamiliar, but still good?? They did not ask for those feelings, dammit!!)

I love the crocodad theory a lot but I fear that the fandom will start misgendering him or respect the character less because of transphobia.
Oda have written queer characters before who are respected by the fandom such as Bonclay but for Crocodile its another story. He is their alpha male badass character and adding queerness to his character might make them mad. Not that I care about those bigots feelings but its already not easy to navigate this fandom without queerphobia being thrown in your face.
Ppl can digest a queer character who fit in the stereotypes but once they dont, its another story.
Same, people are weird as fucking hell and gross about Crocodile maybe being trans already, we can be sure it would get worse if him being trans was confirmed in the story, there would be absolutely no avoiding it
But at the same time...
Transphobes are gonna be transphobes regardless, and I don't want that to become a reason for any storyteller to not create trans characters. I don't want Oda to bend over backwards to please the transphobes when they're the ones in the wrong. If anything, I want Oda to just go all the way with the message of queer liberation and freedom in One Piece. Like it's not perfect, but it's already there, but it's so subtle many queerphobes have been able to ignore it this whole time and I don't want Oda to let them ignore it anymore. I want him to rub it into their faces so hard they'll start complaining about "Oda going woke"
And like, let's be real. If Crocodile was trans and Oda pulled it off just right (without falling into certain pitfalls that he's be stumbling with this whole time with queer rep), that could unironically be like. Great not just trans rep but trans masc rep in particular
Like maybe it's just the media I've consumed but trans masc rep is typically very non-existant and/or very much like Yamato, who, while valid as hell, might not be how many trans masc people want to be seen as by others (as in, "confused girls")
We've known Crocodile as a character for 23 years at this point, and for the first 8-9 years of that he was very much seen as A Manly Cis Man (like you said) without a hint of a doubt (until Impel Down). If it turned out he had been trans this whole time, that would force people to rethink how they view trans people.
As just regular fucking people
That person you knew for years turned out to be trans? So what? What does that actually change about them? It's still the same person deep down. Those are the things Oda could force people to think about.
And honestly? If that helped convert even just a single transphobe, or educate someone without an opinion on trans people, to just letting trans people live their lives in peace, I think it'd be worth it
But like, yeah. The transphobes are gonna be loud regardless. It fucking sucks, and I hate the fandom for it. But, damned if you do, damned if you don't, there's no avoiding it. And I think the potential positive impact would outweight the already festering negativity.

Honestly I think it's awesome, reinforces the fact they're cyborg computers and can just dump infected body parts out of the can !
Imo Pebbles may have dropped his labs first, realized he still got rot cysts crawling on parts he cannot just throw away, then started to resume giant water intakes to flush whatever clung on away. Moon collapses afterwards.
If anyone would like to give me an iterator anatomy lesson I'd actually love you so much I'm neither good enough at biology or technology stuff to know anything.
ANYWAY I don't know if there's any other part of Pebbles he has actually thrown out that we can see but hm...
I wonder if this little guy had selfish little thoughts. Not born out of malice, but fear and frustration. I mean his project has failed, everything is going WRONG.
Now.
Moon is already in a horrible state. She's not stable, she's also part of why this is happening. The water he could stop taking wouldn't do much for her, she's a lost cause.
But he's still functional. He can still try and finish his work. I mean it makes sense why he shouldn't stop. Moon will collapse anyway. While Pebbles has the chance to solve the problem still.
He was this close after all.

What do you think of cannon Half Moon?
Not a fan!
I don't like any of the cats that are introduced in Jayfeather's time travel mission. All of them felt completely pointless. I don't care for Fallen Leaves either, not the random shipping with Hollyleaf or the implication that the loss of this (all things considered) completely random Softpaw caused the Sharpclaws of the lake to consider leaving their ancestral homeland.
So on the subject of shipping, I can't bring myself to care about Jay's relationship with her even at face-value. There's no chemistry. I don't care about their dynamic when they're on-screen because it's not unique in any way.
But unlike the others, Half Moon isn't JUST relegated to Jayfeather's distracting subplot.
She gets to show up in DotC-related books too, as an ancestor in StarClan. I've already mentioned my distaste for the entire arc and my intent to not be faithful to it, so I won't get into it here...
But it'll help understand where my distaste for Half Moon comes from; so much of the ancient culture is poofed into existence by StarClan, and Half Moon is always present when it happens. So in my head she feels like the emblem of that.
God, not to mention Moth Flight's Vision, where she and a bunch of other StarClan cats dogpile and condescend Acorn Fur when Moth Flight comes up with that ridiculous, spiteful rule. It reads like the authorial intent is that these 'wise and noble' cats are finally calling out a woman who's entitled and backing up Moth Flight, who's been disrespected and talked over in the entire book
BUT. IF THAT WAS THEIR INTENT THEY DID A REALLY BAD JOB.
Because instead it just looks like Acorn Fur being forced into celibacy or else leaving SkyClan without a medic because Moth Flight doesn't want this child she was jealous of to be happy with Red Claw, the person she blames for Micah's death.
(conveniently clear sky doesn't catch consequences despite ordering the stupid tree battle. nor is he blamed later when his xenophobia gets his child killed horribly. """Redemption Arc")
And Half Moon is here, joining in on this extremely frustrating dogpile, which you could interpret as being because Jayfeather taught her that medics are supposed to be celibate... but it's not on the page. It's just Half Moon joining in to dunk on this poor woman who has the GALL to suggest that maybe Moth Flight is making a bad rule.
TL;DR Moth Flight and Half Moon should hold hands and take a long walk off a short pier

You know here I was thinking to myself Crocodile would have no fucking way in a million years to get Pluton, because to get Pluton Momonosuke would have to order Zunesha to open Wano, and Momo would never just let Crocodile have the weapon, plus there's no way Crocodile could actually find out Pluton is in Wano
But actually
Some people have been wondering if the person Caribou is working for is actually Crocodile. Since last we saw Caribou, he mentioned he needed to let "that person" know about Pluton's location
Like I still feel a bit doubtful the person Caribou is talking about is Crocodile?? Like I'm not sure Croc would employ such a nasty bastard?? But also all Crocodile does give a shit about is whether or not the guy gets the job done so??? (But also not only does Caribou ALSO have a Logia DF but also a Quite Moist One at that, and IDK I feel like that could be a disadvantageous "underling" for Crocodile to have considdering the moisture is like His One Weakness?? IDK)
But the only other person (as far as known-characters go) I could see Caribou having ties with is Blackbeard but IDK if BB would be interested in getting Pluton in his hands? Though god knows BB is a wild card, who the fuck knows what his next move is. (I don't really think BB cares about getting One Piece either, like all we really know is that he wants Fullalead to become a part of the World Government as a proper country)
But one of his ships has just arrived at Egghead, which means if Caribou was allied with Blackbeard, this would give Caribou a very quick and easy way to report back to his boss?
But the other thing is; Buggy wants to get One Piece. Buggy might actually be aware of how they need the Road Poneglyphs to find it. Even if he doesn't have them yet, with Big Mom gone they could probably get the one from Whole Cake Island pretty easily right now
But more importantly
Because Buggy was on Roger's ship
Buggy knows the Minks and he knew Oden
Buggy unironically actually has the connections to access the Poneglyphs from Zou and Wano
And god fucking knows, if Buggy is dragging Mihawk and Crocodile to Wano anyways, and if Crocodile found out about Pluton being there--
Good dear god, what kind of fucking chaos are we in for y'all
My only Side Note to this idea is that, if either Blackbeard or Cross Guild is going to head to Wano to get Pluton (or hell, why not both, Buggy could head there just for the Poneglyph and they could just run into Blackbeard wrecking havoc trying to get it for himself and CG could just find out that way), regardless it would result in either
A) Someone actually obtaining Pluton
B) The Strawhats finding out about someone going after Pluton and heading back to Wano to stop it (god knows Luffy and Robin wouldn't want neither BB or Croc to have it)
But considdering the Strawhats JUST LEFT WANO I can't imagine them going IMMIDIATELY BACK either
So???
