. Good morning...keto fam!! It's almost Friday 🙌 I was scrolling through my pictures and I came across this one from November of 2018. I was 2 months in to my keto journey and I was so proud of myself! I had never been so motivated to keep going. I feel so much more confident this time around because I know what to expect. Plateau update! The 36 hour fast did the trick! I've lost 3 lbs since Monday and I feel SO much better. I wore these same jeans on Monday and I felt like a busted can of biscuts 🤣 I have eaten more whole foods this week, less dairy, I have used pink Himalayan salt rather than electrolyte powder and I have not had any keto treats, or pre-packaged keto friendly food. If you're at a plateau, I would highly recommend to change it up and go back to basics. It may take some time for you to figure out what works for your body, but please don't be discouraged.
