501 with @ciarralifts_808 ・・・ GUYS I GOT 501!!!! Easily the slowest deadlift I’ve ever hit but I knew it was mine. I’ve never fought for something so hard in my life and I cried actual tears after. 😠😠😠 Dangit! @ciarralifts_808 ・・・ Possibly my favorite AND least favorite lift of the day. I pulled 501 fast as fuck, but got redlighted for downward movement. Since I derped my second attempt (Will upload later. The ultimate #CiarraPls moment) I ended with just my opener of 446.
