first post!!

I’ve been trying to shift since 2020 when one of my friends told me ab it. I’d like to think I’ve come close since then. I’ve often taken long breaks (5 months or so) and then come back to it. I’ve done a few methods— though I’ve come closest with the Raven method and Julia method. I’m getting a journal in a few months, so until then I’m going to post here about my thoughts and feelings on it. I have a pretty good life, and I know that it’ll come to me when I feel ready… or something. I’ve had dreams about my DRs multiple times, and that really solidifies my beliefs on this.
