Kemarin aku baca buku judulnya: Niko Draws a Feeling

Buku ini menceritakan tentang Niko yang sukaaa sekali menggambarkan all feelings around him. Dia gambar the hardwork of mother bird building her nest, the warm of the sun on his face, atau bahkan the ring-ling of the ice cream truck. Tapi waktu dia liatin ke teman-teman, keluarga, dan gurunya, ternyata gaada yang paham apa yang Niko gambar. Dan Niko jadi sedih karena itu.

Lalu satu hari, ada tetangga baru namanya Iris. Iris pengin lihat gambar-gambar di kamar Niko, tapi Niko ragu. "Dih, emang ngerti ya" gitu kali ya suara hati Niko wkwkwk. Tapi waktu Iris lihat-lihat tu, dia ga komen masaan. Niko tungguin kok ga komen atau tanya2 kaya yg lain, tapi Iris cuman mengamati gambar-gambar Niko satu-satu. Benar-benar mengamati. Sampai Iris ngelihat gambar yang Niko sembunyikan di belakang pintu nya:

Dari buku ini, aku jadi paham kalau emang ga harus semua orang menerima kita. Ada yang paham, lebih banyaknya tidak paham. Ada yang mungkin pura-pura paham, untuk jaga perasaan kita. Bahkan ada yang bertanya-tanya, atau malah menyudutkan kita untuk berhenti dari apa yang kita perjuangkan sekarang. Tapi suatu hari nanti, pasti akan ada seseorang yang gaperlu banyak tanya, tapi dia paham. Dia yang mungkin belum kita kenal sebelumnya, tapi rasanya sudah kenal kita sejak lama. Kalau besok akhirnya ketemu sama orang-orang ini, pukul pundaknya terus bilang "oii kemane aje lu???!!" wkwkwkwkwk

Walaupun masuk genre buku anak, tapi menurutku cerita Niko ini dekat banget dengan hidup kita yang uda tua kaya gini. Niko yang ngajarin untuk ga berhenti berusaha, dan Iris yang ngajarin gimana berkompromi dengan banyak hal:") waw bisa ya ternyata kita belajar dari banyak hal xixi

Being 28 in pics

Semakin dekat dengan the big 3-0, mari embrace my final years of being in my 20s.

Hari ini diawali dengan ingin menjadikan hari ini lebih produktif dibandingkan dengan hari-hari Minggu biasanya. Haha. Bangun jam 8-an pagi, lalu jam 9 pergi ke Borma Dago untuk belanja Maizena pesenan mama. Seperti biasa selalu tertarik untuk beli hal-hal baru, dan tadi nemu Yakult warna biru less sugar, jadi aku beli deh. Nggak lupa beli bleach Miranda yang ingin aku pake untuk memutihkan kembali sol-sol sepatuku yang sudah mulai menguning. Karena 30ml ternyata banyak banget jadilah sekalian aja nge-bleach 4 sepatu. Hasilnya tidak mengecewakan hehe:

Jam 12 siang berangkat ke Siliwangi untuk jemput aki-nini, lalu kami berlima (aku, mama, bapa, aki, nini) pergi ke PvJ untuk makan di Justus. Leika udah mulai kerja di Jakarta dan Arka seperti biasa lagi melanglangbuana. Makan tenderloin steak entree yang kok kayaknya agak mengecil. Tapi tetap enak. White mushroom sauce + balsamic salad + wedges will never go wrong:

Terus dari PvJ minta mampir dulu ke Periplus Setiabud karena biar sekalian aja - mumpung ulang tahun lagi ada diskon 15% dan minta mama beliin buku aja untuk kado:

Milih bukunya juga agak yaudah bismillah wg - semoga seru deh. Ingin jadi kembali lebih rajin membaca seperti diriku yang dulu. Huhu. Makin tua entah kenapa attention span makin buruk dan makin susah ngeberesin baca buku :< Ini Crying at H Mart sama Quran versi translasi-nya Oxford aja gak beres-beres aku baca. Terus karena kemarin abis nonton video-nya Joram van Kleveren, aku minta minjem buku Muhammad-nya Martin Lings sama Karen Armstrong supaya bisa aku baca sekalian. 

Abis itu pas nyampe lagi di rumah akhirnya aku nge-dye atasanku yang warna putih nya putih banget udah kayak baju seragam sekolah. Gak suka. Nonton video youtube aja how to dye clothes with tea leaves. Hasil before afternya kayak gini, pasti luntur sih tapi semoga nanti akan berakhir menjadi warna broken white yang cakep:

Abis nulis ini mau ngecat rambut sama beresin The Nakano Thrift Shop - baru beres seperlima jadi belum tau akan seru atau ngga, tapi lumayan lah a break from Murakami’s weird (but somehow comforting) plot.

Makin tua makin mencari contentment aja di hal-hal kecil yang mundane. Today was perfect.

Pernah ngga sih lagi santuy santuynya browsing internet entah itu scrull scrull instragram, x, youtube atau yang lain sebagainya terus nemu konten misteri. Siapa coba yang ngga penasaran dengan konten-konten misteri. Terlebih lagi kebanyakan orang Indonesia suka sama yang namanya konten misteri.

Udah setuju aja dah, ntar aku kasih cilok goreng, ahahaha

Reaksi ku pas ngeliat judulnya pasti, wih apaan nih? masak iya? kek gimana si?

Kalau kamu kaya gitu juga kan ya (?) berarti alhamdulillah aku aman, masih normal, ngga napa napa.

Kala itu aku nemu judul konten tentang dunia sebelah sana yang bersinggungan sama metafisik. Masak iya udah lebih dari 10 tahun diganggu coba. Ngga kebayang si gimana rasanya digangguin terus. Sampe hapal gangguannya.

Tapi tetep aja sosok astral tu gangguin terus kadang gangguannya seru gitu sampe dobrak dobrak meja, buka laci, sekalian aja megang gagang sapu terus nyapu ato gagang pel terus ngepel itung-itung ntar bisa aku kasih imbalan cilok goreng.

Aku salut bener sama orang-orang yang kayak gitu tetep sabar, tabah, keep smile sambil usaha buat ngilangin para icikiwir yang tak pernah lelah, letih bikin surpise dunia manusia.

Selama aku nonton konten itu aku bisa tarik benang merah kurang lebih setidak-tidaknya ujian tiap orang beda-beda, ada yang dikasih harta banyak, harta sedikit, ilmu banyak, ilmu pas-pasan, nah kalau ini dapat jatah ujian digodain seperti itu.

Ada tipe tipe godaan para icikiwir ini di dunia manusia. Tipe pertama yakni dengan merasuki tubuh manusia melalui celah-celah yang ada di manusia. Tipe kedua berlawanan dengan tipe pertama yakni tidak merasuki ke tubuh manusia langsung, icikiwir di luar tubuh manusia tapi bisa mengganggu hati dan pikiran manusia. Alhasil untuk tipe yang kedua ini walaupun sudah di ruqyah berkali-kali pun tidak akan ada reaksi apa-apa.

Sengeri-ngerinya orang yang di ruqyah ada yang ngereog, loncat-loncat, jumpalitan, dan lain sebagainya perlu diketahui kalau manusia itu lebih mulia dibandingkan para jin dan anteg-antegnya. Ditambah lagi kesadaran bahwa kita memilih tuhan yang menciptakan segalanya, yang Maha Segalanya.

Bisa dibilang kalau godaan para icikiwir itu lemah. Mereka akan menargetkan orang yang memiliki badan lemah, gampang sakit, psikologinya tergganggu dan ciri-ciri sepadan yang lain. Emang paling bener membentengi diri kita dalam aspek rohani dengan penguatan ibadah, penguatan fisik dengan olahraga, makan yang baik dan teratur serta tidur yang teratur pula.

Oiya satu tambahan lagi, ini yang kata orang-orang tua sering mewanti wanti ke anak atau cucunya. Jangan pernah keluar mendekati maghrib. Kaitannya dengan hadits dari Rasulullah adalah jangan pernah tidur sehabis Ashar dan Maghrib. Karena di waktu-waktu tersebut banyak gesekan dengan dunia si icikiwir ini. Banyak dari tim mereka yang berpencar dan aktif. Aktifnya si makhluk ini akan menyerap energi dari manusia.

Jadi jangan heran kalau di jam-jam ini kita bakal ngerasain nguantukk yang amat sangat.

Kita harus bangkit kawan, lawan rasa kantukmuuu!

Pernah nih ada orang yang membiasakan diri entah itu emang sengaja atau sedang melakukan eksperimen untuk membuktikan kebenaran hadits dari Raslullah atau memang rasa lelah yang timbul. Tahu ngga hasilnya gimana?

Dalam waktu sepuluh hari beliau membiasakan tidur setelah Ashar, beliau ini terlihat ling lung. Bisa jadi energinya masuk ke dalam dunia mereka ini.

Making fun of NFL Players

Hello everyone and welcome back. Again there were some NFL players that forgot how to play football this week and let's make fun of them.

Let's start off with the QB’s again. Josh Allen contenus to absolutely boom in the best possible way. Dude is putting every team on lookout. Especially if your team didn’t vote for a new overtime rule. Lamar Jackson also decided he wanted to be amazing and show why he's worth the contract extension. Now I dont know whats going on inside the Ravens office but they better be offering him everything he wants. Even though Lamar decided to go crazy it still wasn't enough to beat the most accurate QB in the NFL Tua Tahfkshbehgf. I don’t know when he decided to actually use his amazing WRs but its good he finally did. “He’s the best QB in the NFL, even better than Kirk Cousins”-Derek Klecker.

This week was crazy for WRs. 4 of them decided to have over 40 points. 2 of them are on the same team. First off Waddle and Hill might be the best WR duo in the NFL. They made the Raven secondary look like bums. I don’t know how a defense gives up so many completions just to two guys,St.Brown is single handedly trying to keep the Lions hopes of more than 5 wins alive. He went out and made Dan Cambell the happiest man in the world. Now for the real GOAT Steffon Diggs. This guy refuses to suck. He is single handedly making every Second he goes again look terrible. I know every secondary he still has to play is praying to god something happens to him. “The Bills easily won the Diggs trade, he’s way better than Justin Jefferson. Also Darnell Mooney is terrible. Actual hot garbage. .6 points. How is that possible? It wasn't raining, he just decided not to play football for ten days because the Queen died.

The RBs this week were back to normal. Cordarrelle Patterson Finally went back to his old self. He decided he wasn’t feeling the top 10 RB anymore. Dalvin Cook decided not to cook. He’s leaving the Vikings offense starving. He made a little piece of toast without butter or jelly. Derrick Henry doesn't want to be king anymore. He’s just a little prince now with Ryan Tannehill. Who woulda thought that team with no QB that only ran the ball would get shut down. If they don’t start Malik Willis soon the Ling wont even be Royalty Even more.

I don’t really know anything about TEs ,but I do know that Mark Andrews is the most consistent one out there. He magically puts up points. Even if you watch the game you’ll check out your team and somehow he has 11 points. “ Irv Smith needs to be cut. I could have caught that ball and I wear contacts and can barely catch anything.

Freud senza forse saperlo, avvalorò ancor più una sapienza antica che precorse i tempi dei grandi trattati scientifici, e che troviamo espressa in Proverbi 20:5

dove leggiamo:

"I pensieri nel cuore dell'uomo sono acque profonde, solo chi ha discernimento sa come attingervi".

Possiamo anche affermare con certezza, che noi stessi possiamo fare molto per mantenere il nostro benessere psico fisico.

Infatti sia abitudini di vita che sociali, sane ed equilibrate, sono indispensabili per crescere in maturità e capacità e mantenere una discreta serenità interiore.
