Garage Sale
Well, when the Fentons decided to have a garage sale Danny didn't expect many to be interested. His parents were looking for a way to get money quickly to build more stuff, and he jokingly suggested they could sell some inventions, they took it seriously (Jazz made sure to remove all the lethal inventions, she tried with the ones that might be risky but then they wouldn't sell anything).
Danny knew his parents were strange yes, but he wasn't sure that justified millionaires in his backyard. Millionaires, he'd like to clarify, had never set foot in Amity Park before. He raised an eyebrow at the sight of Bruce Wayne and his sons checking out the appliances. None of them seemed to be interested in the "ghosts" but they hadn't backed down from taking some things either.
So yes, Danny was suspicious. Of course he had made sure the inventions in the sale were safe (although unlike Jazz, he simply decided to make them safe, a few modifications here and there), but the fact that they looked genuinely interested made him uneasy.
Were the Waynes interested in hunting ghosts?
He decided to try something, he crossed eyes with one of them and let his green eyes show before looking away, the boy looked alarmed. He approached him and asked, but Danny feigned ignorance, commenting that all the inventions were green and maybe he had been confused by the reflection (to be fair, most of his parents' inventions were green because of the ecto).
For his part, Bruce had received an alert from Justice League Dark, it seemed they had detected a strange energy, similar to magic, so the bats set out to investigate. They didn't expect to find a garage sale in a house in the middle of nowhere (Amity Park wasn't even marked on the fucking map). Nor did they expect advanced technology or mad scientists.
Bruce decided to pretend he had stumbled into town as "Brucie Wayne" and buy a few things. He shuddered to see that many inventions worked with Lazarus water. Jason, who had strangely agreed to come along, was also upset about the son of the scientists.
Bruce questioned whether he had found a family of villains in the making.

one of the absolute most infuriating things about resellers is when they get an item from goodwill or a yard sale but then they list it as "comes from a clean smoke free pet free home" because THEY don't smoke or have pets. but they got it FUCKING USED from who actually knows where!!! it's so annoying!!!!

Another opportunity to own Frontier Town, b/c it's on the market again. This is a former old west town theme park attraction built in 1948, but it's been a residence since 2001 and is being sold as a home. Located in Helena, Montana, it has 4bds, 6ba, plus lots of stone and wood. $1.7M.
Imagine driving thru the gates of your fortress town and the first thing you see is your jail.
Continue down the the road past the old souvenir stands.
And, arrive at your log cabin style residence.
You've got some pretty serious stone walls in the living room. Is that a wooly mammoth tusk in the wall?
The kitchen. The property is being sold "as is" and the owner will go over with the buyer the things that will be staying.
Look at the fireplace in the kitchen.
The dining room is very rustic.
This is the primary bedroom and en-suite. I don't know what I would do with this house, it does need so much updating.
The property has a total of 42 rooms. This floor has a huge crack.
This looks like it was part of the attraction with a restaurant area and seating.
Here's a miniature town display. Everything is so dusty, and these were photos from when it was last on the market, so I wonder if it's deteriorated further.
Remember, before it was a home, it was a business. This looks like a dance floor. Look at all the things!
It's like a museum.
The old commercial kitchen stuff is back here all rusty. There're even some old spices on the shelf above the stove. There's a lot of clean up needed here.
The old game room. The owners really let this stuff deteriorate.
Looks like some wagons back here. Even if I didn't want to use the place as an attraction, I'd still want this stuff in good shape.
This looks like part of the Pioneer Town, also, there's a display kiosk with souvenirs.
There're some great things here, and they should've been kept clean and preserved.
Since it's a town, it has a church, too.
There are so many buildings that need attention.
There are 41 acres of land and, we don't know how much it's deteriorated since these photos were taken. Currently, it's been on the market 110 days already.

I know I've talked about it before but having another person(s) presant helps my executive dysfunction and deal with the lack of spoons I've got when it comes to getting things done whether thats in the form of a friend on call, in person or live streaming just a little aesthetic stream of me packing envalopes for a few hours because the brain suddenly goes "there is a person i must do tasks i must preform tasks for persons" and it works
no idea what that method is called but its working and appreciated

You can have your own wild west fort. The current owners bought the old Frontier Town attraction in Helena, Montana and turned it into a residence. It was built in 1968 on 41 acres. So, you’d get a frontier town, too. For sale for $1.7M.
Right inside the gate is the jail.
The residence.
Made of logs and lots of rocks, it’s being sold as-is, b/c it does need some refreshing.
The kitchen has this cool oven.
There’s a large dining room.
Main bedroom.
The bath could use a little updating.
There’s a total of 42 rooms on the property, all made of stone and wood.
Some of the rooms look makeshift with curtains instead of doors.
There will be some antiques that will convey, but the owner will point out which ones.
This looks like a huge bar. What a party property.
I wonder if they’ll leave this little town display.
Check out the stone stairs.
It also has a restaurant and a dance floor.
Looks like the industrial cooking equipment hasn’t been used in years.
Look at all the stuff- even commercial refrigerators. I wonder what they’re leaving.
This place is amazing.
The owners clearly didn’t use these games either, and they’ve deteriorated. Look at the little merry-go-round in the corner.
There are all different displays on the property, but it looks so dirty- the owners just left it to collect dust.
There’re a couple of old wagons in here.
The frontier church looks like it can be rented out for weddings.
It even has a choir loft.
These look like a couple of former souvenir stands.
I would think that they’d leave the outdoor antiques.
The property is so vast there are roads thru it and there’s this small lake.
And, this big ol’ buffalo and tepee. Somebody wants it, b/c there’s a sale pending. I wonder what they’ll do with it.
