Time, when Legend's hair falls over his face during a fight, he almost instinctively calls him Sheik on reflex, or feeling like he's being transported right back home when he sees Legend playing his harp... it's such a good concept and I'm thinking about it so hard. Time obviously has a connection with Wind and Twilight because both of them are his known descendants (even if not by blood) but he has no idea where Legend falls. But then he looks into Legend's eyes and he sees Sheik/Lullaby, and he knows there HAS to be a connection there. Has to be.
