Made this for the Stricklakerottober prompt "The last time."

Both Angor and Strickler have spent most of their lives beneath the thumbs of Bigger Bads and reacted in their own ways. Angor continues to serve either without choice or under a misguided belief he'll be rewarded. Meanwhile, Strickler knows there isn't a future for him in servitude. It's just that to have power independent from those who only seek to use him, he needs to use others as pawns like Barbara and Angor.

In the end, they both learn that there is a choice to do better, so... while I'm sure it'll take a while before it's actually "the last time" either of them continue old habits, it's a start! Which is great because "the first time" is also a prompt.

Also, I knowwwww how canon goes, but I hope the last bit of this gives a little impression of Angor getting another chance post-finale just like Stricklake did. Maybe just maybe he's on a path to joining them :')
