Would c!Technoblade be an avatar of the Hunt or the Slaughter?
I could see an argument made for either, and honestly I think it depends on what aspects of his character you want to highlight.
The best arguments for the Hunt comes from the DSMP, where he’s specifically stated to only really wants to kill those who pose a threat to humanity as a whole (ie: his belief that all governments will become tyrannical and will only cause harm in the long run) or those who have hurt him and/or his allies (“Those who have treated me with kindness? I will repay that kindness tenfold. And those that treat me with injustice, that used me, that hunt me down, that hurt my friends? I shall repay that injustice a thousand times over.). It could be argued that he rarely, if ever, kills people for no reason. He also has the animal association with his hound army (and by being a pig).
The best arguments for the Slaughter comes from his reputation in MCC, MCM, and similar pvp focused games/servers. His ability to enter a battle outnumbered and outgunned and still come out the other side victorious cannot be understated. Anyone facing him in battle knows to be afraid. In any game where he is on a team, he almost always has the highest kill count, sometimes more than his entire team combined. No one can dispute the amount of blood on his hands, all of it gained with a laugh and a cheer.
Also Chat could be argued to be the call of either the Hunt or the Slaughter, although the phrase “blood for the blood god” does feel more Slaughter leaning to me.

Oddly specific, mundane things that are aligned with the 15 fears:
The Eye- Making deep eye contact with a stranger on the platform as the train pulls away.
The Hunt- Wanting something so badly that you can't stay still anymore.
The Buried- Trying to get your phone back when it falls between your bed and the wall
The Vast- Being a child and hearing about how unknowably large Chuthulu is for the first time.
The Flesh- Looking in the mirror and realising your body's changed since the last time you really looked.
The Lonely- Realising you're the only customer at the supermarket.
The Corruption- When you see one ant but once you've focused on it you can see the rest of them.
The End- Holding an antique object and knowing that it's original owner is long dead.
The Desolation- That gut wrenching feeling when you've lost something you know you're not going to be able to get back.
The Stranger- Looking into the eyes of a loved one and not being able to see anything you know in there.
The Spiral- When you say something loud enough to be heard and absolutely nobody processes it or responds.
The Dark- Straining your eyes to try and see something at the end of an unlit corridor that you swear you could almost see.
The Slaughter- Ripping up a letter with your full name and address on and throwing it in the bin.
The Extinction- Being the last player left alive in a survival game and realising that in another life that could happen for real.
The Web- That burning, guilty feeling after you're manipulated into doing something you didn't want to do.

Mundane things that feel like TMA entities
The Buried - When you cover your entire body in blankets but have to poke your head out a few minutes later bc you can't breathe.
The Corruption - Being anxious about opening a tupperware from the back of the fridge, the contents of which have probably been rotting in there for months.
The Dark - When you turn off the lights in a room and walk just a bit faster than normal back into the light.
The Desolation - Burning paper, tossing something into a bonfire just to burn it.
The End - Trying not to think about how the elderly people you know won't be around in a while.
The Extinction - Anxiety about not recycling a singular plastic bottle.
The Eye - Looking at yourself in those little surveillance monitors that show customers in a store what the cameras are seeing.
The Hunt - Playing tag or any other chasing/being chased game.
The Flesh - Picking at your skin, in any way.
The Lonely - Driving at night through the suburbs.
The Slaughter - Killing any sort of bug, stomping on ants just because.
The Spiral - Losing something small, upturning everything around you, only to find the thing in a pocket or a place you don't remember putting it.
The Stranger - Not liking your voice in recordings because it sounds different from how you usually hear it.
The Vast - Looking out the window on an airplane, watching the world fade away beneath the clouds.
The Web - Going through a bureaucratic procedure like renewing a passport or filling out banking paperwork.

TMA Entities as Colorado Gothic things
The Buried - Do not explore the mines alone. The mountains are hungry, the gold rush gave them a taste for blood and they want more. They have not been fed in years.
The Corruption - Pine Beetles turning once green mountainsides grey with the corpses of the trees they devour.
The Dark - Have you ever been camping in the depths of the Rockies? You'll want to keep a lantern with you.
The Desolation - The summer and fall wildfires and the smoke that wafts over the front range from them, sometimes swallowing the mountains and burning your eyes.
The End - The coffin races in Manitou Springs.
The Extinction - The alleged bunkers under DIA.
The Eye - Have you ever been in a grove of aspen trees?
The Flesh - Greely. Need I say more?
The Hunt - Do not investigate the yowls of the coyotes at night. No matter how human they sound.
The Lonely - The open plains of the east. Don't bother with the few and far-between farmhouses, all you'll find are splinters and mold.
The Slaughter - There's a reason the rocks are such a bright red here.
The Spiral - The Stanley Hotel isn't haunted. Oh boy is it not haunted, but trying to understand what lurks there will simply twist your mind further.
The Stranger - You're not sure if the person who went to the four corners is the same person who came back.
The Vast - Be careful when you visit Rocky Mountain National Park. The sky might just snap you up if you get too close to the edges.
The Web - Ever notice Buell theater's show attendees never notice the strings?

Here's some notes I've compiled for trans people seeking to become fear avatars:
-the flesh- classic, we all know what's going on there, body image issues, additional limbs, twisted bones, general body horror, a lot of toxic masculinity and way too many gym bros in the space. Very popular with trans people in the fandom, because it's relatable but for me it's mid at best. 5/10
-the corruption- you can transition into a cool bug of your choice or a hive and noone could tell you shit about using they/them pronouns, very accepting community, but there's no place for privacy or personal space. 7/10
-the beholding- somehow I doubt the Magnus Institute's insurance policy covers gender affirming care, but maybe you could get someone else to pay for your transition via blackmail or sugarbabying, don't be surprised if your scars open to reveal eyes though, I think body hopping via eyeball exchange is only for Jonah, but maybe you could figure it out. 6/10
-the lonely- not gonna do much for you, unless you wanna transition into mist, also you easily cut off all the bigots from your life and send anyone who tries to mess with you into the fog realm, but it's gonna be really difficult for you to get a solid support network. 4/10
-the dark- go ahead and disappear from your old life if you want to, noone's gonna find you even if they try, you could also dabble in body hopping via black goo, the religious aspect might not be everyone's vibe though. 6/10
-the end- fake your death and live your best life, you could also shed your mortal vessel or perhaps become a skeleton, no notes. 9/10
-the web- if you want to transition into a spider this one's for you, very specific, but better than corruption imo, also web binder/tucktape anyone? 8/10
-the hunt- you might transition into a werewolf, very badass, be careful not to transition into a cop though. 5/10
-the stranger- literally just steal any face you want, frankenstein your perfect skin, it's that easy. 10/10
-the slaughter- there's no place for gender in war, sorry but you're getting ptsd, not hrt. 0/10
-the desolation- you get to sculpt yourself into any shape you want, kinda like the flesh, but without all the baggage, it's gonna hurt like hell, but you'll get used to it, be trans, commit arson. 9/10
-the spiral- your gender is literally unknowable, also you might become a maze-like structure or it may become you, if you ever felt gender envy while looking at a door, this one is for you. 7/10
-the burried- if you ever slept in a binder get in the coffin, I don't make the rules. It does give you a feeling of safety and cool dinosaur fossils, so why hide in the closet when you can hide underground? 3/10
-the vast- not a lot in terms of gender affirming care, unless you get gender envy from like space or something, but you get to fly, live really long and feed your enemies to the sky. 2/10
-the extinction- noone can question your gender if everyone is dead, I guess. But also there's trash everywhere. 1/10

ranking tma entities by sexiness as an aroace person
15 the lonely - not very sexy. for. obvious reasons.
14 the extinction - kind of a bummer, doesnt have any sex appeal. radiation poisoning is kind of sexy, but its just the end of humanity.
13 the eye - its just. its just voyeurism. it doesnt do anything fancy, it just watches you.
12 the vast - simon fairchild bumps this one up on the list. insignificance and existentialism is kind of hot, but also like the lonely is so distant.
11 the end - its got tentacles. the tentacles represent horrible fearful deaths, but it has tentacles. also there might be something to the inevitability of it all.
10 the dark - could be sexy if you put in the work, but similarly to the eye, theres just not a whole lot there on its own. if you ever wanted to fuck the monster under your bed, this might be for you though
9 the slaughter - grifters bone is VERY hot. being violently killed, also very hot. however trench warfare is less hot.
8 the buried - i wanted to rank this one higher, i really did. its being crushed, smothered. inherently sexy.
7 the spiral - losing your self and your mind, what is up and what is down. twisted beyond yourself in cosmic madness. also michaels fingers are very long. do with this what you will.
6 the hunt - what is sexier than the thrill of the chase? being pursued.
5 the corruption - the corruption is canonically a milf. everybody wants to fuck the bugs.
4 the desolation - literally hot. theres a lot you can do with molten wax. being burned alive. jude perry is very hot. loss and purposeless destruction is also very hot in its own right.
3 the stranger - the mannequins can look like whatever they take. they will skin you. theyre big on moisturizing. and the ringmistress has a whip. dance the world anew. hot.
2 the web - the web has a LOT of sex appeal. everyone wants to fuck the spiders. it loses points for the consent issues, and your mileage may vary about the manipulation, but its still very hot.
1 the flesh - the flesh has everything. it respects consent. you want your ribs removed, and the flesh will oblige. 100 mouths, arms and legs. Cannibalism. anatomy is whatever you want. the flesh is the sexiest entity.

HELLO MAGNUS ARCHIVES FANS I NEED HELP!!
Okay so I’m making book marks for all of the entities and I’m putting quotes for all of them!
For example: the sky ate him, dig, take her not me, etc
However I don’t know what quotes to use for the hunt and the slaughter!
Does anyone have any suggestions?

GOD DAMN IT THE FORESHADOWING WAS HERE THE WHOLE FUCKING TIME HOW THE HELL DID I NOT SEE IT
"But here, the bullet hole simply opened like an eye"
EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED IN THIS DAMMIT
also i love the implications that the Slaughter is just Scottish with the bagpipes and the fact that its domain was in Scotland during the eyepocalypse

The thing about blood is that once you've seen it you can never really get it out. It has a tendancy to linger, to drip into those places impossible to reach, a slow unnoticeable movement breaking its stagnation. Even if you think you've got all of it, chances are you haven't. The smell lingers, a sickly sweet fuzzy smell tinged with iron that somehow sticks in the back of your throat.
Imagine how much blood there was when Jared Hopworth attacked the institute. We know the boneturner is capable of removing bones with no blood at all but why would he when what he wants to cause is fear? He says that they undid the institute staff for parts, so I'd say they took a hell of a lot more than bones.
That's not to mention Melanie's attack with the knife, God knows how much blood Jared and his "perfect" friends had in their eldritch bodies, but if that knife hurt I'm willing to bet that blood was spilled. A lot of blood.
There's something uncanny about a place where something that awful's happened. Something in the foundations of the place. In a place with a history as messy as the institute I'm sure there was always something on the air, but that amount of bloodshed never really fades.
Even if you can't see or smell it I think there's something in the soul that knows it. Growing up there was a small park near where I lived, I always knew of it, walked past it, but never once had any desire to go near it. I don't know if I avoided it, but I never wanted to go into it. I found out a few years back that a girl died there. I won't go into detail but it was the kind of death that leaves that mark, and when I did eventually end up in that park the weight in the air was palpable.
I wonder if Jon could feel that sense of something when he came back to the institute after his coma. Does otherworldly sight stretch into the realms of the metaphysical? Could he see the residual fear of an entity so different to his own lingering in dark corners and clinging to his coworkers? Or could he simply sense it, that slight wrongness that would be so easy to attribute to being away for so long.
Jon didn't get a warm welcome, and perhaps he returned to a place that didn't even feel like the prison it'd been before. There's a comfort in the horrors we face daily, and even positive changes can make it feel even worse than it did before. The behaviour of his friends changed so much, and somehow so did the behaviour of his workplace.
It begs the question, is it better to know or to be oblivious? To be blind or to seek knowledge relentlessly? That feeling, that slight instinct that something happened here, there's something to know; how could one bear that after six months of knowing nothing real at all? Jon didn't know about the attack, and him knowing didn't help, but did he feel it? Was it there in that sea of knowledge the whole time but he couldn't bring himself to reach out and grasp it?
Because the thing with blood is that it lingers, and once you smell it, it never really goes away.
