...they are getting (un)dressed. Too easy, but whether they are putting their shirt on or off, or (un)buttoning their pants, there's always room for a brief interruption. with tickles.

...they are baking. Don't you spill a drop of batter, ticklish little lee! 🤭

...they are playing a videogame. Hmm? Too cliche? Cliche = Classic, so just do it. It can be a game console or just a game on their phone, they are gonna be busy, and distracted, so perfect for a surprise tickle.

...they are making a phone call or having a video call. Professional work meeting with colleagues? Even better, just stay out of sight and make them laugh, let's see how creative they are with making up excues for their sudden giggle fit.

...they are singing or playing an instrument. A few pokes and scratches here and there would make it even more melodious!

Hey friend! :D You absolutely may offer some Dabi headcanons! I am SOFT for this man akljerkjaerjkaekjrjk Him being feather ticklish on his healthy skin makes me swoon- and the chance to write dabihawks is just YEE! *happy dances* I've gotcha covered!

“Now what is this?”

“It’s nothing- gah! Birdie, cut the shihihiht!” Dabi’s attempts to sound tough were destroyed near instantly as his boyfriend dragged fingers against his stomach, staying within the range of healthy skin. His wing had came around from behind, feathers breaking free to dance along his chest and shoulder while he did so. “Stahhahap!”

“No way- this is a discovery.” Hawks snickered before pressing a kiss into Dabi’s shoulder, scooting closer so he could tickle him more. “How long were you planning on hiding this from me, hot stuff?”

“Shut your tra-ahahhap! Fuuhuhuhck, Hawhahhahhawks, doohohohohn’t!” Dabi tried turning onto his front to save the skin there, but that only gave Hawks more room to go for his upper ribs. “Gehahahaha! Nohohohoho fuhuhuhucking shihihiihihihit!”

“You’re so ticklish! Man- why didn’t I do this sooner?” Hawks giggled like a child- all pretenses of cuddles gone as he climbed onto Dabi’s legs. His hands wasted no time tapping along the healthy skin of his torso, scratching against soft spots and sending Dabi into a thrashing fit of hysterics beneath him. “Are you ticklish here? What about here? Here?”

“Pfft-gehahahahhahahhaa! B-Bihihihihirdie, quuhuhuhuuhit ihiihiihihihiht!” Dabi cackled, the skin along his face reddening as he batted and slapped at Hawk’s hands. The feathers- oh those damn feathers- had slipped past the space between him and the mattress, tracing his abs with slow devious strokes. “Sthahahahap tiihihiihihickling mehehehehhehe!”

“Hmm…are you sure?” Hawks teased, slowing down some so Dabi was just lightly giggling. “Do you really want me to stop?”

“Yehehehehehehs!” Just as quick as it came, it ended. Dabi gasped for air as he slumped, squirming some as the feathers wiggled out from beneath him. “Eheheheh..ehehheheh…yohoohoohu’re tehehherrible, birdy.”

“Yeah, but you love me.” Hawks grinned before leaning forward, pressing a few kisses into his shoulder before snuggling into his back. “And you loved it- why else would you barely fight back?”

Dabi had him pinned and cackling like a goon in seconds after that comment.

Worth it.

Me too! I've been meaning to post some more headcanons, especially some for Velvette, so while I'm heeere..

Velvette Tickle Headcanons

Ler-leaning switch

Velvette strongly holds to the claim that she's a ler and nothing else, but secretly she definitely has a lee side.

If she's not comfortable with you and you tickle her, you're in TROUBLE.

If you're a random bystander and witness her getting tickled, you're REALLY in TROUBLE.

Velvette has top-secret tickle accounts, each with a different name/vibe/identity so it can never track back to her.

She LOVES teasing over text and sending her lee tickly posts/pics/gifs.

While in meetings with the other V's or even the overlords, she'll sometimes be rping tickles over text.

When she's in a lee mood, she's a sassy bratty lee most of the time. There is a softer blushier side hidden underneath if you can find it, but she keeps it locked up TIGHT.

She doesn't like to be held down or bound by anything, she doesn't like feeling too vulnerable and therefore likes to maintain some amount of power by being free to move around. Plus it gives her a chance to fight back.

The other V's know of her interests in tickling to some extent, she told Valentino since he's well-versed in fetishes and kinks, and Vox found out one random day by accident and she threatened to smash his screen to bits if he ever blabbed.

She tells the other V's she's a fierce ler with no restraint, never stopping until she wants to. This is just to maintain appearances as powerful, when in reality she cares about the lee's comfort and fun and will show restraint when needed. She's definitely still an evil ler for sure, but in a fun teasey way rather than a boundary-breaking way.

(And of course for anyone who sees this, these are my headcanons for Velvette. Maybe you won't see them as 100% true to character, you don't have to agree with them, but this is how I choose to see her.)

CaitVi Soft Touch/Affection Headcanons

This isn’t a typical type of post for me but after my most recent fic I’ve just got these two on the brain. 😂

Caitlyn is quite enamored with Vi’s muscles and loves to give her shoulder/back rubs. She’s not great at it though; her massages are somehow both too gentle and too firm to avoid accidental tickling, so Vi always snickers and giggles and struggles to stay still.

Cait doesn’t kiss Vi’s forehead; she kisses the short-cut/buzzed side of her head instead.

Vi figured out that tracing her fingertip around the outer edge of Caitlyn’s ear will make her squeal really loud.

Whenever they’re sleeping in bed together, Vi protectively drapes her arm over Caitlyn, just on instinct.

(Vi also hogs the sheets though.)

While Caitlyn greatly prefers showering and bathing alone, Vi always wants the two of them to hop in the water together. This really embarrasses Cait - she can only occasionally be persuaded to do so.

Vi is definitely the tickle monster in this relationship, always poking and prodding. Caitlyn hates it, but only ever fights back if she’s really pissed.

Secrets they’ll never admit: After she spent so long touch-starved in prison, Vi now loves being snuggled tightly like a stuffed animal. Caitlyn wants Vi to give her a tattoo (so they match!) but her delicate skin is much too sensitive and she’s a little scared.

Caitlyn keeps trying to wash & style Vi’s hair to make her look “more presentable.” Vi dislikes the idea and always acts grumpy during this, but she enjoys the attention.

Vi totally does the whole “I’m not touching you, I’m not touching you” routine like a bratty little brother.

They have a Very Serious™️ mutual rule about not touching each other’s feet, because that’s where both of them are really horribly ticklish. Obviously, of the two, Vi breaks that rule much more often (they’ve got a tally going).

They nuzzle nose-to-nose a lot.

Cait is a tender, gentle kisser. Vi is…um…not that.

Furina panicking and finding her way out by proposing a tickle fight because it'll be a way friendlier and safer method to show off her strength and prove her point without having to show the powers she doesn't have - even though Neuvillette literally did not ask or say anything, he's just staring.

Furina getting effortlessly tickled to death by an expressionless yet mildly amused Neuvillette who then proceeds to talk about the business they were discussing before Furina needlessly dug her own grave, and she just stays sprawled on the floor in a heap of shame and embarrassment.

You have no idea what this sentence has done to me. This has permanently burrowed away into my brain. It now lives in my head forever.

Could you imagine. Leo starts wearing pants, obviously not because he's ticklish or anything. He just started wearing pants. But! His brothers all see it as a playful challenge.

Like imagine they're all sitting at a really long and boring meeting. Leo is listening intently but Mikey is feeling that urge to move and just do anything eats away at him. So he reaches under the table and finds Leo's knee. He's doing that crawling spread out tickle over his bent knee.

Leo jerks violently and it takes another moment for Mikey to find his knee again. He keeps flinching away but Mikey keeps it up. You would never tell anything is going on with Leo since he holds a strong poker face.

But he's slowly going nuts since, little does Mikey know, Raph is doing the same to his other knee. No choice to sit between two ticklers and not show anything's wrong. Desperately hiding his wobbling smile under his fist. Desperately bouncing both his legs but unable to move too much or else he'll look rude.

They all want to be the one to break down Leo and punish him for daring to hide such a prime tickle spot.

Donnie one day just latches on to his leg like a little kid and uses that to tickle away at the back of his thigh. Like Donnie is the massive hulking turtle just sat clasped around his leg. Leo cannot shake him at all. He can only weakly slap away at his hands while trying to maintain his balance. That was the first time in a veeeeery long time that Leo was tickled so much he teared up.

Raph pinching at his thighs as he relentlessly mocks him for wearing pants "only to hide your ultimate tickle tickle spot! Aww poor baby Leo is too ticklish? You only started wearing them to hide from Raphie's tickle tickle tickles!"
