i’d like to think that despite their opposing sides on things kunikida and chuuya would be unified by a lot more then their mutual distaste (and perhaps love) for dazai and i can support my claim with the following banter

chuuya: “it’s a damn shame dazai’s new partner gets to be tall.”

kunikida: “it’s not as fun as you think it is…”

chuuya: “yeah well it’s better then being my height…”

Kirishima's flirting method of choice, at least in Kaminari's eyes, seemed to be acting like an entire dumbass. Which he thought could work, sometimes, but not to THIS degree, and especially not towards Bakugou, who had a tolerance for dumbassery of -1.

Good morning! Yep, AEAL anon here. Thanks for your answers! (U made me read Cigarette Daydreams and it was brutal but very good, thanks!) Just curious, if I may ask, why did you end up not using any chapter titles for AEAL? U don't have to answer if it's too personal or not at all significant. Oh, and would you mind doing 42 again but for Beck in those 3 fics? If u think it could be fun to have like a trifecta, T,J and B? Dunno, as u wish. And how about 2, 16, 20, 21 and 34? Good morning! You’re quite welcome- and yeah, Cigarette Daydreams is absolutely heartwrenching.

I didn’t end up using any chapter titles for AEAL because I actually come up with them after I post the chapter! They started out as a bit of an inside joke and aren’t all that serious, so they remain behind the scenes.

2. How do you spend your time when it comes to fanfiction? Are you primarily a fic reader, writer, or a perfect 50/50 split of both?

It depends, honestly. I went...oh gosh, five years without writing any sort of fic, so I was primarily a reader during that time. Now that AEAL has basically taken over my life for the past 9 months, I’m probably primarily a fic writer, but I do try and keep up with some fics on the side. In the end, I’ve probably read more than I’ve written.

16. Do you research for your fics? If so, how deep of a rabbit hole have you gone down by accident when researching?

I do do research for my fics, when it’s applicable!

In regards to AEAL, when I first started writing it, I spent a few hours falling down a wiki hole of articles related to the University of California system...and then decided that I was going to make up a college instead because I didn’t feel like dealing with the already-established system.

20. What’s your favorite part about the fanfiction writing process?

My favorite part of the fic writing process is probably when I sit down to edit the chapter that I’m going to post. Editing isn’t exactly the most fun part of the writing process, but there’s something about reading the things that you wrote, usually weeks before (in my case), and realizing that it doesn’t actually completely suck. It also allows you to make last minute decisions that you might not have made otherwise- little additions that you wouldn’t have thought of before that end up being some of your favorite lines in the chapter, perhaps, or small changes to words that make the whole thing feel a little more coherent- and there’s just something about the feeling you get when it finally all comes together.

21. What’s your least favorite part about the fanfiction writing process?

Writing.

I’m joking, mostly.

More specifically, my least favorite part is probably when I’ve spent hours/days on a chapter only to realize that it isn’t working, and that I need to start over. This happened a lot with AEAL (the sheer number of outtakes I have for this fic is fucking ridiculous), and there was so much time that I wasted just trying to figure out how to proceed in a way that didn’t suck.

Something that goes along with that, too, is that whatever you’ve written doesn’t even have to be bad. There are so many scenes that I wish I could have used in some way; lines that I wanted to use and situations that I was attached to, but that I just couldn’t end up putting in the final version because it just didn’t work for whatever reason.

So yeah, that’s my least favorite part.

34. How much of yourself and your life experiences do you put into your writing? What do you think your readers’ image of you is?

I think I’ve partially addressed this in the past, but it depends on the fic, really. With AEAL, there are a lot of things in it that reflect life experiences that I’ve had, and there is certainly a lot of myself in the characters. AEAL has been, up to a point, a very personal fic and that’s been kind of weird, if I’m being honest! Most of my other fics are just...well, fics. They’re not really reflective of myself in the same way, which honestly is probably because the majority of them were written when I was much younger (the quarantine AU and a few others excluded, of course). But even then, I think there are pieces of me scattered throughout everything I’ve written.

Oh gosh, what do I think the readers’ image of me is? Honestly, I have absolutely no idea. Maybe you could enlighten me?

Ok, ok, it's been a while since I’ve written. I've had some requests to let out my feelings (which are always ridiculous & very strong!) and honestly, it's definitely long overdue, so I am finally gonna write and it's about the ridiculous crap going on out here with some of these ridiculous women.

(It's no coincidence that most of the time, they're liberals.)

I had to write because we're reaching peak libtard. Seriously, these next examples are just from the past 7-10 days. One, one jackass liberal woman compared the #JamesComey testimony to trying to file a rape charge.

Huh? [Rubs temples.] Second, there's the lunatic Kathy Griffin. This batshit crazy liberal did a video of decaptitating Trump, the president, pointed that out just to tweak you moronic #notmypresident liberals, rightfully received a bunch of backlash, gave a half ass apology, then after that didn't satisfy us rational, sensible people, she did what every sane person who makes a video of decapitating someone does, she BLAMED the victim! Duhhh. Oh, I failed to mention that Trumps 11yr old son saw the video & thought it was real AND this isn't the first time she's attacked a kid!
