Dean's POV

I pulled up to Bobby's house and stayed in the car, thinking of how to tell Bobby that we did start the trials, despite all his warnings. And now Sammy's in hospital.

"Hello, Dean." Crowley was sitting next to me. "Thinking about life choices, are we?" That snickering son-of-a-bitch, I thought to myself. "Get out of my car, right now. Or I swear.." I growled.

"Oh, please. Or what? You're gonna stab me with that toothpick you carry around? Come on, Dean. You know it wouldn't do anything to me. I am here with a proposition." I didn't say a word to him. "You're letting me to do all the talking? As you wish. I can bring back your baby brother Moose. If you do me a teeny tiny favor."

"You're helping us? After we tried to cure you? What, like out of goodness of your heart?"

He laughed. "What? Of course not! As I said, I need a favor. And I don't hold grudges, if there's nothing good coming out of it. Now, before you say no, let me explain. I will help you with getting what you need for it. You just have to do the rest." He said matter-of-factly. I turned to him. "Get to the point already." After a long pause he finally opened up again. "I want you, Dean, to kill Abaddon."

My phone rang suddenly and with that, Crowley was gone. It was Bobby. "What?" I snapped unexpectedly even for myself. "Are you planning to practice your stalking skills all night or are you coming inside?" He asked jokingly. I saw him standing in front of the window. "Coming." I sighed.

I went inside and Bobby was waiting in the kitchen. "You want a beer, Dean?" I sat down at the his kitchen table. "Or something stronger, if you have?"

"Heh, have you met me? Of course I have!" Bobby chuckled and poured us both a drink. He joined me at table and sighed. "What did Crowley want?"

"Oh, nothing. He was just being as he always is. A giant pain in the ass. " I forced a half smile on for him and took a swig of my whiskey, enjoying the burn as it went down.

"What's on your mind? Where's Sam and Y/N?" Bobby asked worriedly.

I cleared my throat. "Well, there's no easy way to say that. We did the trials. I was supposed to be the on to do it but things...well, things got messy as they always do, so Sam was the one who took them on." I couldn't even look him in the eyes, when I said the following words. " We got to the last one and found out that if we're going to finish it, Sam would die. So we didn't. But they had already taken toll on him. He's in hospital right now." I averted my eyes to look anywhere else but him.

"What? You Idjits! I told you that there will be consequences! Did you really think that it would be a easy job? No casualties?" He shouted at me and slammed down his glass.

I pinched the bridge of my nose. "Don't you think I know that? I honestly don't need the lecture right now, I have enough on my plate already" I yelled back. "I was supposed be the one to do them. Seeing Sam in the hospital..I-" I took a deep breath. I was on the verge of crying. "I don't know what to do, Bobby. Crowley actually offered me a deal tonight." I rested my head on my hands.

"Oh, Dean, you're not planning to take it, are you?"

"I honestly don't know. We don't really have any other options left. " I said defeatedly.

"What's the deal?" Bobby's voice brought me from my thoughts. "What?" I asked absentmindedly. "What's the deal, that Crowley offered to you?" He asked again.

"Nothing big. Just wants me to kill Abaddon. Apparently she's after his crown." Bobby just scoffed. "Well, that's suicide mission."

"You don't have to tell me. God, I forgot about Y/N! She's with Sam right now. She must be exhausted. I have to get back to them. I'll- well, I'll let you know if anything changes." I said as I sighed deeply and got up to leave. "Yeah, you do that."

I got into car and checked my phone. Y/N had sent me a text. - Hey, I didn't want to wake you but wanted to let you know that Cas was just here. Cryptic as ever.

I called her back and got her voicemail.

-Hey, it's me, I was just at Bobby's, I couldn't keep our situation from him. Listen. I'll be there in a minute, okay?

The whole drive back to the hospital I thought about Crowley's offer and whether to trust him or not. I needed to know more before deciding anything. I needed to know more before even mentioning making a deal with Crowley to Y/N. But I can't keep it from her, even if I'll say no to him.

I entered Sam's room and Y/N startled awake when I closed the door. I saw that she had been crying again. I pulled her into a hug and tightly held her close to me."Sorry I was away this long. I got your message. What did Cas want?" She rubbed her eyes as I let go of her. "I don't even know. He came here, said to me "don't lose hope, he'll come out of this" and disappeared again. Hey, you were supposed to sleep, you know? How come you look even worse than before?" She kissed me softly.

"Yeah, I know. Funny story. I did sleep but then, at Bobby's, Crowley came to me. He offered me a deal. " I sighed. "What? No! Whatever it is, you know that it'll be a suicide mission in every possible way. I will not let you do that." She argued back.

"Listen, we don't really have any choice, do we?" I tried to remain calm, making a deal with a demon, not to mention with the King of Hell, goes against every fiber of my being. She took a calming deep breath. The exhaustion was clear on her face. I hated seeing her like that. "What does he want?" "He wants me to kill Abaddon."

Y/N POV

After the the past few weeks, this was the last thing I wanted to hear. No way in hell it will be easy. And Crowley knows that Dean would take every chance to save Sammy's life.

"What?" I couldn't just believe my ears.

"I know. Like that will be a walk in the park. But he said he'll get me what I need." I was truly amazed by how little he knew about Abbadon. "Dean. Listen to me. You can't do this." I said calmly. "Don't you know the first thing about Abaddon?" I questioned him.

"What? Our walking Encyclopedia is in a coma at the moment." He tried to lighten the mood with no effect.

"Abaddon is a Knight of Hell. There is only one way to kill her kind. The First Blade." His face dropped. "You've heard about that, right? Well, Dean, in order to use the Blade, you'll need the Mark of Cain. And that is a frickin curse and I will not let you do this do yourself! Do you really think that's what Sam would want? For you to curse yourself, to "maybe" save him? Because we don't know if Crowley is telling the truth,you know?"

"How the hell do you know so much about this?" He was surprised.

"I ..read. Sometimes." I shrugged.

"Well, she's a smart one, Dean. But as you said yourself- you don't have any choice. Well. You do. Cremation or burial. But knowing what you do for a living, even there isn't an option for you." Crowley appeared behind us. "We need to get rid of Abaddon. She's a threat to Hell, yes, but she won't stop with that. She would destroy everything and everyone. So here's the final offer for you - and it will expire fast- kill Abaddon and I'll bring back Sammy. Until she's dead, I'll make sure that nothing happens to him. Tick-tock. I'll be back soon."

Crowley left us alone again and I felt sick to my stomach so I sat down on the floor.

"So there really isn't any other option for us?" I asked Dean quietly. He joined me on the floor. "I believe so."

"Dean, promise to me please that you won't leave me. I swear to God, if you die, I'll bring you back myself and kill you dead. You know I would." I said pleadingly and put my arms around him.

He chuckled sadly. "Yeah, I know. But I want to do give you something more than just a promise. I've had it for a very long time, but there was always some disaster happening, so I never had perfect timing. And now I know there won't ever be a perfect timing." He turned to face me and took my hands in his and looked me in the eyes when he continued. "Never in a million years, would I have thought that I'd get a chance for love. I know it's been only like six months for us, but it feels so right. I don't want to waste another minute. I love you, Y/N. " I couldn't believe where this was going but when he reached for his pocket, my heart skipped a beat. "Dean, what are you saying?" I was totally astonished.

"I bought it a month after we started dating. I just knew that you are the one for me. I hope you'll let me be the one for you, Y/N." He pulled out a ring box with the most beautiful single row diamond band and I couldn't hold back tears. "Y/N, when I go through with this deal, I need something strong to come home to. I need you and I promise to always stand by your side. I love you. Will you marry me?"

Netflix and auto playing all the episodes in the disc really does the viewer a disservice. The road so far is always so good. It’s a pain to play each episode individually but it’s worth it to see the road so far

don’t imagine him staying up with his gun, blankets tucked around him, keeping watch over sam the whole night because john was late. again.

tldr for Eclipse:

met a new alien named Venom! Became super best friends.

Introduced him to Silver, Jet, Shadow, Nira and Blight!

Basically have to shepherd him for awhile but soon enough. Venom becomes a member of the Calvary!

Calvary meets Carnage. Does not go well.

Eclipse thinking Shriek is being kept against her will. Offers a hand of help to her. She attacks him.

It's now the Calvary trying to stop Carnage and Shriek. So far, everything has failed and those two just bounce back.

Carnage nearly kills Nira.

Eclipse fights Shriek. Gets a NASTY gash across his back.

Calvary meets another Symbiote. Rascal. Who offers his help.

The fight continues. And everyone is getting exhausted.

Carnage begins recruiting others to his cause.

Eclipse finds Carnage attacking a town and fights him one on one to save a human family.

Carnage gives Eclipse a NASTY gash across his right eye.

Season 11: The Road So Far

That's another season down! And, aside from the month-long hiatus between episodes 4 and 5, I'd say it went pretty quickly. This is your regular reminder to follow the "ashla chick flick moments" tag if you want to see more of my live reactions to Supernatural.

This season was... interesting. I think I'd put it in the middle of the rankings. A lot of "monster of the week" filler episodes, which is great, but the overarching plot was... lacking. (To be clear, I am saying this as a Deangirl, so I may be biased against the whole Amara thing.)

Overall, I really liked the concept of Amara. The bond thing, however... I wasn't really a fan. Speaking of bonds, we got a lot of Cas content. Props to Misha, his performance as Lucifer was fantastic.

As far as favorite episodes, is it really even a question? 11x04 Baby is THE episode Of All Time. Werepires. Bob Seger. Siblings™. The best Impala content of the entire show. No one does it like her. Some honorable mentions: 11x08 Just My Imagination, 11x11 Into The Mystic, 11x14 The Vessel, 11x15 Beyond The Mat, 11x16 Safe House, and 11x20 Don't Call Me Shurley. I don't think this is the first time that none of the finale episodes made the list, but I know it won't be the last (I'm looking at you, season 15).

While there were some pretty solid episodes, I just don't think the season as a whole brought much to the table. It looked good on paper, but (and maybe this is a consequence of watching it too fast) it didn't seem to have the right build and development.

Again, Amara as a concept was great. And bringing Chuck back as God was probably a huge plot twist at the time it came out, and was really a solid idea. I actually do like the way they handled Lucifer, and (I can't believe I'm saying this) Metatron was a valuable asset to the group and did pretty well. We were introduced to Billie this season, and I really do enjoy her screentime despite what I know about her later.

I suppose we should talk about Mary. Plot twist! Of course, I was spoiled for that, but I really am interested in seeing this play out. I already know it's not gonna go too well, but I wasn't really expecting any different.

And the British Men of Letters! I am not excited for them. I mean, the story will be great, but the boys deserve a rest. The whole thing is gonna spiral out of control and I really wish people would just leave them alone.

Anyway, I think I might get started on season 12 tonight. I'd like to get through it before Thanksgiving, but that's not really likely. Happy (belated) Nov. 5th, and Carry On!
