Not only that, but its kinda ironic that this user pirated a copy of a free game, and have the one character who has a history with shady links (or in other words, [[Hyperlink Blocked]]) be the one who's changed... So, what dose ALL of this have to do with the video "Tobias" commented on? Well, you see, in JOJO'S BIZARRE ADVENTURE: Stardust Crusaders, when Polnareff, one of the main protagonist, tries to walk up the stairs to face DIO, the main antagonist, he finds himself in the same loop as the man in the video. Continuously walking up the same set of stares, unable to reach the end.

Meaning, the video that "Tobias", or, as we presume, Toby commented on was in fact...

A JOJO REFFERANCE, AND THUS, MAKES PERFICT SENCE AS TO WHY HE WOULD COMMENT ON IT

...... And so with that last tidbit out of the way, we are left with 3 conclusions that we can come to... 1. This "Tobias" is actually Toby Fox teasing us about Chapter 3 and or some other upcoming scheme of his he has up his sleaves.

2. This "Tobias" is actually Toby Fox just fucking with us

and 3. This is some third party not affiliated with Toby but still making something and teasing it (possibly and ARG or something of sorts) .... That or I've just spent over 3 hours of my life typing this up only for it to be a shitpost by Temmie or something :/

Same Age AUs are so fascinating to me, and of the ones I've seen I really like them. In particular if we have Reigen and Shigeo both as middle schoolers because instead of an older mentor figure Shigeo is ending up with another kid. He gets to have a friend his age who gets to drag him around to do stuff and it's nice, really nice to have a friend he can relate to. Meanwhile Reigen has soooo many ✨issues✨ but hey he's great at bullshitting and is getting Shige to open up some more, while on the flip side he's also getting a friend and can go out and do more now that he has someone to do stuff with. Plus they make great business partners so this is going amazingly :D

Another version I like is if this is the result of some time travel shenanigans, mostly because I like seeing a more stark contrast between kid Reigen and adult Reigen, especially through Shigeo's eyes because... this isn't his shishou, not exactly, because kid Reigen doesn't have the years of life experience that helps his words hold more meaning, even if kid Reigen is still a great talker and bullshitter. He can't say everything right that Shige needs to hear and its a bit off putting, especially if kid Reigen has different views on being "special" and whatnot (considering... "I want to be someone"). But there's still elements there that is just so Reigen in the way he talks and the way he moves that its like. Yeah, this is a kid, but it's the same person and everyone can see just how Reigen is, this is how he started. He's not Shigeo's shishou but he's still Reigen.

they titled this video HNL Control Room so as not to tell us too much too early, but of course we know now that this is NINA and not a control room.

and no, that video doesn't show the same lab footage we see El watching. this is just artistic license for the sake of a teaser and not necessarily actual footage she would've been shown, but if we do take an in-universe view of this just for shiggles, the implications of the footage in that teaser are WACK.

I'd say that only one of these clips could actually be filmed from one of the wall mounted surveillance cameras (the one at 0:22). most of the rest are close-ups someone shot of blood splatters, the door handle (a curious choice) etc.

but the tasty part is that some of this footage is impossible according to the timeline we're shown -

the blood splatters are there, but the bodies aren't. well, this must just be footage from after the massacre, after they removed the bodies?

that's the obvious explanation, except for this clip:

the dead kid whose blood I assume that is, isn't there, nor is Two who should be over on the right. but if this after the massacre, that mirror should be broken. this shot could only have been obtained DURING the massacre.

and I don't see any surveillance cameras in the rainbow room that aren't mounted in high corners, which is not the angle of that footage. those two clips I screenshotted would be filmed more or less from each others' vantage points. someone filmed these on tripods like the one that's sometimes visible in the rainbow room.

or maybe not that specific one, because here it is, but one of the other ones like it (and yes those wall camera lights are both on it's just too small to see)

now again irl this is just to not spoil the massacre for us long before season 4 came out by leaving the corpses in these shots. but in-universe? bruh.
