I’m dying because Rhaenyra was really just doing Goofy Shit (affectionate) for five episodes while Alicent was in a constant state of anxiety, guilt and stress. Babygirl was hanging onto her sanity and shreds of agency by the tips of her fingernails.

the thing is i don’t see what belly sees in jeremiah like not even what characteristics he possesses to make her fall for him type of way but i literally do not see what is making her fall for him like i don’t see why she’s romantically interested in him every part of their relationship on her side seems like friendship to me or at the bare minimum she’s only interested in him bc he’s interested in her

the way link click continues to make me care so much about side characters that we have like. three minutes total screen time with. the way their lives feel real and they include tiny tiny details that feel grounded in reality and like universal experiences. a mom trying to carry all the groceries home and she’s getting tired but she won’t say it. her young daughter taking one of the grocery bags to help even though it’s too heavy for her. a mom giving her last two coins in her pocket so her daughter can try again at a crane game. her cheering her daughter on quietly. all of these interactions last maybe thirty seconds total but they did so much to make me suddenly care a lot about this relationship and these people and their everyday life

I wish I knew more about animation so I could properly wax poetic about mob psycho, but I really love that they didn't shy away from ONE's art style because it has so much charm, and I'm glad they used it to both comedic and emotional effect, while still making the action and psychic powers some of the coolest flashiest most dynamic shit I've ever seen
