IT'S HER!!!!!!!!!
OH GOD WHAT CAN I SAY.
I remember being last year at Celebration at the High Republic panel. When Leslye Headland showed up and said that Vernestra Rwoh WAS GOING TO BE IN THE ACOLYTE I just started sobbing.
Because yeah, us asexual people have shit representation. I didn't expect for this character to be brought to the screen. A CANON AROACE CHARACTER, just... It was an indescribable feeling.
So, thank you to all The Acolyte team, Leslye Headland, Justina Ireland and Project Luminous (@claudiagray, @danieljose, @cavanscott)for this character. I know that the Acolyte is still months away, but this already means a lot.

There is just something so sexy about jedi (and force users in general) fighting without their lightsabers. The force pushing, using the force to interperate their opponents next move. Stopping weapons in midair with the force. 11/10

VERNESTRA???? IS THIS MY VERN????
i think so:
“Vernestra Rwoh opening a door might be my favorite part of the trailer,” showrunner Leslye Headland tells StarWars.com. “It's like ‘What's up? Listen, I haven't opened a door in 100 years,’” Headlands says with a laugh.

There was a rare pro-Jedi moment for a Dave Filoni produced show on the Bad Batch this week. Which I guess goes to show that he's not the main writer or director this time.
Long story short for those who don't watch it; the characters Crosshair and Omega were both held captive and experimented on (mainly Crosshair) by the Empire for six months. Now Crosshair's hand is shaky (he's a sniper so that's a big deal) despite nothing being wrong with it medically.
Fortunately, Omega met the Jedi Padawan Gungi in a prior season. So she teaches him how to meditate, explicitly telling him that it helps heal your head. Which, sure enough, shows signs of working at the end of the episode.
In other words Jedi teaching was shown helping even non-Jedi recover from trauma. So that was nice.

Cult of the lamb au…….,.. Narinder is Lucifer and instead of freeing him so he can take over Charlie’s borrowing his power to free their former people from the bishops. (And ultimately, him as well) (he’s super depressed and has given up on this) (keeps trying to talk Charlie out of all of it)
Razzle and Dazzle are Aym and Baal. Lil guys
Vaggie’s the first sacrifice she saves- she’s actually a former acolyte/would-be miniboss of Adam’s sector that betrayed her cult.

Take with a huge grain of salt BUT
Penn: “cgi male alien”, “political and mystical”, best friend to the to protagonist and fellow sith acolyte who teams up with her? 👀
iirc Plagueis in Legends was once described as “a mystic”
