What would TFP Knockout be like if he was in TFA?

Why I'm so glad you ask. ~

I acutally sorta showed this in a "Ask tfa Starscream" drawing where someone asked who'd be a good second in command. I showed knockout in the background because I'm utterly obsessed with him.

Show casing him as being a friend Starscream hadn't seen in a while!

But! To make it clear. Knockout as far as personality i think would not change barley at all. Why change perfection?

His personality i think would fit well in the tfa universe. Though I've seen many ppl interput his design in a tfa style. And many I have liked !

As far as background i see him much like Lockdown in the sense he is neutral, Decpeticon leaning.

He is a back alley Doctor (lenses expired) and yes Rachet knows him. A sleek doctor bot who refused to come form to his medical vechole alt mode and had a much sportier look , who loved racing. And considering TFA cybertron is Functionalist. I'd say he was told to get out of Cybertron.

Decpeticons are more willing to work with him and vise verse. I'd think Starscream would find himself in position where he was doctor for hire here and there and got to know him. Aka KO didn't mind listening to Star rant about Megatron cause he's a drama whore.

I can see Star picking up his signal and being like "OOOO I know Excatly what to do~" girls reunion party let's go.

Cause I need these two dumbasses to scheme together. Please and thank you.

Hell id love to see a racing episode like the ine with Bumblebee and Blurr , with KO included. This KO would get under Bumblebee's frame so bad.

lots of people know KO to be kinda a mad doctor. Mostly for taking parts and selling them around of patients who "passed and totally didn't die on the table". Megatron knows him, Swindle whos he's sold stuff to and Lockdown who he's given augments to.

He's made a good reputation for himself. As to why he's friends with Star alot of ppl don't know. They do get along well enough!

Rachet got some issues with him because he left during the war. But good deep dive into "ah rachet you fought a war and are still oppressed btws" i think they were going to touch on that in season 4 but it never happened.

Have a moment where like Lockdown he's being chased by the prime gang in a high speed chase.

After basically pit maneuvering him "Now come out you have no where eles to go! Stop"

Also Breakdown is there cause I refuse to serpate the husbands. And yes Breakdown is also pretty much the same. But he grew up in a engeron farm like BulkHead and they did know each other.

I mean Tracks is a flying car normally which leads me to.

Interesting TFA Tracks idea to note down. Since Breakdown is flight capable, maybe Knockout was an Autobot who ran off with Breakdown and still a car. They end up with Tracks, who is a car with wings.

The Decepticon babysitters have never known more fear than the day they were watching him thinking it wouldn't be a big deal with tiny car getting zoomies then they hear shhhnk and turn to find wings just suddenly there and now he's flying away.

The goddamn noise i made upon seeing this because oH YEAH YEAH HE WAS!

Is Tracks in tfa actually wait??

One last round of trivia:

"The Stunti-Con Job" exists as both a comic and a BotCon script reading; the plots are the same, but the script reading added a subplot featuring Minerva, a medibot determined to meet Ratchet at all costs, who's somehow dragged Warpath along on her quest. (She does also appear in the comic version - see below.)

The script reading also featured a musical interlude - a duet sung by G1 and Animated Grimlocks. I don't think it went according to plan.

Like the story's title, the comic's original cover pays homage to the classic British comedy film "The Italian Job". (As do the picture captions on the relevant TFWiki page.)

Sideswipe and Breakdown share a body-type (first seen on Rodimus Prime) - possibly a callback to the G1 episode "Masquerade", in which that iteration of Sideswipe was disguised as Breakdown. (The same applies to Jazz and Dead End, and, more or less, to Optimus and the Motor Master.) In-universe, all the Stunticons underwent spark transplants into Autobot frames - except Toxitron, who's a clone of Optimus. Not a very successful one.

Cheetor, meanwhile, is a retool of Blurr - a fact Sideswipe remarks on four BotCons later, in "The Return of Blurr". which takes place at about the same time as "The Stunti-Con Job". Hence Blurr's appearance in the latter, in the High Council box alongside Cliffjumper - still cubified, and no doubt still talking twenty-four to the dozen.

Strika's Team Chaar, seen at the very end of this story, has undergone a reshuffle since "Transwarped" - Oil Slick is still there, unfortunately, but Cyclonus, Blackout and Spittor have been replaced by Mindwipe, Sky-Byte, Scalpel and Blot.

As for Autobot cameos, there are too many to list, but most of them are here:

(Botanica is also in this frame, but further up in the High Council box. TFWiki claims that Tap-Out is somewhere in the crowd; I can't see him, though.)

Fun Breakdown Fact of the Day: in Transformers animated, he was canonically reformatted to the same body/frame as Sideswipe and Rodimus Prime as an Autobot disguise! He's a Decepticon pretending to be an Autobot, but playing a Decepticon in the Stunticon's play.

Very much like KO ,BD is pretty much the same but differences in backstory. He is still the helpful nurse to Knockout and they are together ♡ so Star is a bit suprised KO meets him again but BD is there with him!

BD doesn't mind star and he just more interested in being with his Hubby and helping with his experiments.

He worked in a Energon farm like Bulkhead. They were friends but when BD tried for the elite guard he was rejected which made him angery at Bulkhead and leave. Thats how he found KO.

He still the violence loving lugnut who may have some conflicting feeling fighting an old friend. But as long as he's with KO he knows it will be ok.
