Grocery store meet-cute for my timeskip Asanoya ^v^ I love them so much they are soooo love-at-first-sight to me. ASANOYAAA :D soulmates !! Yin and yang !!! I feel like they don’t get enough attention. Kinda similar to the series actually,, after their fuckin. Breakup drama first appearance they get back together and then just continue to be in love in the background for the rest of the series :) i love when they r in love in the background all day all the time,, but i do wish more ppl put them in the spotlight!

And as anyone who follows me knows, t4t asanoya is so sooooo important to me. Healing and joy and love 4ever. Transmasc noya and transfem asahi is so important to me - complimentary opposites just like in everything else. They straight up adore each other, and id love to see more people explore how they navigate their differences while being totally over the moon for the other’s idiosyncrasies. (Example from my hcs: early bird noya who gets up at 6am on a saturday, has breakfast, goes for a run, comes home, showers, gets into a clean set of pyjamas, and jumps right back into bed with the love of his life who is still fast asleep like a big bear in the wintertime. True love) ALSO i wish ppl would explore the long distance aspect of their timeskip relationship !! I think it could be really interesting. At the risk of this becoming a fic synopsis i must end here but ye asanoya true love and i wish more ppl focussed on them more

To avoid being totally cheesy and just saying ‘personality’ I’m gonna do one physical feature one not-

Asahi: Loves Noya’s smile!! Going with that, his brave attitude and how he’s always ready to try something out or tackle a challenge! It inspires him because he’d like to be more like that

Noya: Loves the quiet strength that Asahi himself doesn’t seem to realise he has. Noya knows now that he can get knocked down more easily than most people and how strong he has to be to build himself back up !! And physically uh. Its uh. Not to be crass but its the tits

7. What’s the first thing that changes when they realise they have feelings for the other?

Oh man I think not much changes ?? At least from an outside eye. I think Noya might have a crush on Asahi for ages before he realises that’s what it is (he’s just cool !! He’s the ace!! It’s not like I lie awake at night THINKING about him-), so when he realises it’s a crush he tries hard to stay acting normal at least at first? While he’s kinda panicking on the inside. And then when he accepts the crush he just,, turns their usual interactions up to eleven in terms of enthusiasm and compliments.

Asahi I feel like is likely to be pessimistic about a crush (noyas So Cool and he doesnt think of himself that way) so he also tries to not let anything change on the outside

29. One headcanon about this OTP that breaks your heart

(Manga spoilers) I think stuff could get angsty in terms of long-distance and Noya’s globe-trotting, but mostly in the sense that there could be misunderstandings if they don’t talk about it? Thanks @lilac-writes for breaking my heart recently with the idea of Noya making himself miserable by thinking he has to choose between Asahi and his dreams, and forcing himself to stay put when he’s not happy. It would also break Asahi’s heart to think that he’s holding Noya back.

30. One headcanon about this OTP that mends it

The solution to that !! Them being long distance but talking about it and making it work and being happy!! Noya flies all over the world and he loves his adventures but Asahi? Asahi’s home. And one day while he’s away he’ll wake up with this ache in his chest and know it’s time to go home <3 (I may or may not now have a fic idea based on this)

Oh, and also just anything to do with them being t4t and so supportive and loving of each other <3 Nishinoya “i love my very tall wife” Yuu

19 - What’s one pairing you want to explore more next year?

Oooo… I’ve been thinking about it and maybe kagehina ?? Like, I don’t write about them all that much but they are the heart of the show and such SOULMATES and just such like. Stupid fun. And I think I’d like to explore them more. Or asanoya, I want to write more of my t4t angle on them. Or ukatake bc they make me crazy and don’t get enough appreciation. UGH there’s too many good ones !!!

20 - Which work of yours have you reread the most?

oh MAN that’s hard. I reread my own fic a lot rip. It could be ‘Grapes from the Vine’, (very very soft poetic ukatake first time) because writing ukatake really brings out the Poet in me and I’m so proud of a lot of the descriptions and metaphors in it !! Or maybe ‘just how far I can go’ (tsukkiyama at karasuno faux-prom) because writing all the team antics was so much fun and I love them being little funny bitches together <3.
