No but book 10 will wreck me. I am calling it, I will be crying at some point and I have only ever cried about a book 3 times, 3 times
The entire plot of Supernova
Jason Grace’s death
And the ending of As Good As Dead

Me, before finishing Renegades Trilogy: Oh okay! This series shows complexities on both sides but over all it echos anti police brutality shown in the "heroes"
Me, after basically reading "the anarchists were completely in the wrong and being a renegade was the 100% path the whole time": I'm sorry w h a t

HOLY SHIT! Evie Artino is Magpie??? Or at least it's super implied. I am throughly in love with Marissa Meyer's writing but boy does it always leave me wanting more of an actual epilogue.

I need someone as obsessed with the Renegades Trilogy as me to rant about it 24/7. Omg I read it three years ago and I haven’t enjoyed a book series so much since I read that fucking trilogy.

Having just finished Supernova, I forgot just how balls-to-the-wall that book is? And I mean this in the best way possible. But like, Nova gets arrested, Nova gets out, Ruby and Simon lose their powers and a third of the council gets killed, Callum dies after living up to his alias in the most spectacular way possible, we find our Adrian made Phobia, Ace dies, every single person on the planet loses their powers and the regains them in the span of 5 pages.
And then there’s the fact that in the epilogue we find out Magpie is Evie??? Ms. Meyer, I love you, but what???? Why did you tell us that in the epilogue of the last book????

does anyone ever ask the age requirement for joining the Renegades??? Like,,, Team Sketch is generally SIXTEEN.... Maggie is TEN and she's being sent to clean up crime scenes. AND, as the "wise" Genissa Clark said, they never signed any contracts or legal files! These kids could join without any of their family knowing!! Like damn
God I hope Thunderbird was also advocating for an 18+ age requirement. That had to be breaking every labor law known to man.

Ingrid: We can bake these cookies at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or 4,000 degrees for 1 minute.
Leroy: No, that's not how you make cookies.
Winston: FLOOR IT!!
Ingrid: How about 4,000,000 degrees for 1 second?!?!!!
Leroy: yOU'RE GONNA BURN THE HOUSE DOWN-
Ingrid: I'M GONNA HARNESS THE POWER OF FUCKING BOMBS TO MAKE COOKIES!
Nova: DO IT!
