gonna go see the boom-clap band tonight.

this is the band itself: (from memory their names were kevin, joe, jamie, mack, jack, katie, kyle, and zac, among the billion other members.)

anyway here are some facts abt them:

they formed on july 4 and they usually perform on that day (in americana land only) and/or for special occasions (like new yrs)

their songs just consist of booms n claps

EVERYONE has heard at least one song by them

the boom-clap band is notoriously loud and are HATED by triple-dot demons and people with hearing sensitivity.

they used to go by "fireworks" but since 2017 when i went to one of their shows, i coined their new name and they have slowly started using it ever since. everyone still calls them "fireworks" tho...

all their songs are summer jams /srs

they dont use auto tune, or sing about sex, drugs, or violence - it's 100% talent combining booms, claps, and whistles instead.

here's my new favorite song by them - idk if theyre gonna perform it at the show i'm going to, but it's called "voodoo" where they implement all their gimmicks: booms, claps, and screams.

they're a great band and i am grateful to see them every july. idk why they chose to perform a day b4 LOL
