Homework is never fun. Especially when it's a math homework. These weird formulas and definitions it seems that you will never catch a break with.

Most of the students are hiring the tutor just to get at least anything from this cursed subject. But you have a different situation- seven assassins as father figures. Who also had no money for tutors.

So of course you don't have other choice them ask them to help you.

Risotto is actually very patient. Although he never liked math he enjoys spending some father/child time with you. But don't get your expectations too high, I already told he hated math too.

"Why do you even need to know this? You never gonna use this in life anyway"

Does not worry much about your grades, so if you fail a test or two he's not gonna tell you anything, just don't make a habit out of it.

But Prosciutto on the other hand is damn serious about your academic achievements. And because of that you rarely go to him with your math problems. Just no. But if there's no one other to help you.. well, you don't have a choice.

Will he be annoyed if you can't get the material? Yes. Will he yell at you for it. Never. Why? So you get more stressed or what? Math is already not the best thing and screams are not gonna do any good anyways.

7. Your favourite tropes to read/write/draw

(I love them all the same, but it is slightly different for each, so I'm making a destinction)

Read: Honestly, kidnapping. I love characters getting kidnapped, and their loved ones worrying/rescuing them. This also includes more-or-less any type of 'going missing'-plot (incl. Char A just running away themselves). Just the feeling of "I have no idea where or how they are, and if they're even still alive", and then the relief when they meet again. Hmmm

Write: 'The world has been cruel and hard to you - therefore I won't be. I want to show you the beauty it has to offer, too <3' This is the best way I can describe it. Characters who've just had a rough time/life being unconditionally cared for and supported. Getting everything their heart has desired for so long. Short: Hurt/Comfort

Draw: While I have yet to draw this myself, actually (because humanoids are hard), any drawing of one character being hurt or scared, while another stands over them caringly and protectively - obviously willing to kick some ass if needed - has me go wild.

8. You hope more people will come to appreciate ___ (a ship, a trope, an episode, etc)

I understand that some people find the market oversaturated by now - that's valid - but still: Redemption

I love redemption so much. I want the story to gently cup a character's face and say "You are broken, but not beyond repair. You can get better, and be happy, and be surrounded by people you love and that love you back." They don't even necessarily need trauma or have gone down a super dark path, I also enjoy: "Character is a massive jerk, and we follow them down the road of being less of a jerk". These are honestly the main reasons both the 'Good Uncle Sly' and 'Apple Cousins' AUs exist.

There are few exceptions I can think of, of villains I'm personally obsessed with, and have not made a version of, where they are redeemed. I look at Reginald Bushroot, and Camille Chameleon, and the Dark Curse - and while for some more than others - there will usually be something at the back of my mind asking: "What if you didn't have to? What if you found love? What if you got to live a quiet, gentle life? What if one day you realized you live in a reality you would never have imagined come true? In a good way? What if everyone could be okay?"

11. If you're a writer or artist, what fic or piece of art are you proud of making?

I was honestly surprised how many people liked that fic. Between 11 fics in total, this one definitely has some of my favourite comments (and it also has a surprsing amount of comments, I didn't expect that tbh). I was a little worried about posting a fanfic chapter-by-chapter, because the last time I tried that I basically (though not officially yet) stopped after one, because I can't write slice of life, it seems.

But so many people got emotionally invested in my writing, and I honestly didn't expect that? But even though I'm forced to take a semi-long break (for exam reasons), it is extremely motivating, and makes me feel that (as vague as it sounds), my stories do do something. How much joy the stuff you make can bring other people, is honestly so cool. Even if it's just a little fanart, or an ask, or a slightly-self-indulgent fanfic :)

I'm proud of having actually got this far, and also having written something me and other people love to read

I'm actually a little embarassed of this drawing, which I know sounds counter-intuitive to the prompt, but I swear, there is a reason it's here!

This is my first, and currently only drawing of the Flim-Flam-Brothers

I had basically no idea what I was going to do with their designs, and I also only had 60min, with limited tools (because Colormari)

But the thing about this drawing, was that our prompt was basically just "New Years Resolutions". And mine was that I wanted to create more art, without getting bossed around by my inner sense of cringe. Because, while I have absolutely no problem with ranting and rambling and talking about my favourite characters all over the place; as soon as I want to put them into any form of art, my organs feel like they'll turn me inside out. It's the reason this blog has dozens of rambles about how much I love Darkwing Duck, and yet zero art of any of its characters (made by me).

But I made this - and kept it around - even though I knew the characters wouldn't look the best.

So I'm getting an evaluation done next month to see if I'm on the spectrum. I'm just so nervous about what to say, I'm so bad at explaining things to people, especially people who don't follow my thought process and I'm worried they won't take me seriously because I'm so scrambled and can't give them any descriptive evidence other than "I have no sense of human identity" but how the hell do I describe emotions and thoughts that I can't even describe to myself?? Will I be believed if I can't?

I was sooooo nervous before my evaluations too (I had to get 2 because the first one took two years to give me my results and in the meantime, I had another one).  I remember thinking these exact same things.  “I mask so well that nobody believes me when I say I struggle, so how am I going to get this doctor to believe me?”

But when I actually went on the evaluation, it wasn’t scary at all.  All they did was ask me a bunch of questions about what I was like as a child, and I answered them honestly.  The doctor asked me what kind of friends I had as a child, and I said “None, I was bullied.” and they asked me when did I start speaking and I said “At 9 months, but I didn’t walk until I was 2 years old.”  And they asked me what were my favorite toys as a kid and I said “Anything with moving parts that I could figure out how it worked.”  I think they would have diagnosed me with autism just after those few answers.  When I got my evaluation I had a very high score, waaaay above the threshold, it was higher than I thought it would be, actually.  

The other test I took was more of an official psych exam, and was obviously geared towards children.  I was asked to read a story to the person from a picture book, and they asked me “What I found interesting on each page.”  I already knew the “autistic” answer was to say literally anything that wasn’t a person.  So I did that.  But it was also the truth, because I’ve always liked looking in the background of pictures to find little details as opposed to looking at the person.  There was a section of the test where they asked me to “pick which object I liked the most”, and the choices were a bunch of magazines with people on them, some kids toys, and one of those pin things that keeps the shape of your hand which I LOVE, and I grabbed that right away because FUCK YEAH PIN THING.

The test-giver wrote a lot of notes on that one, and I’m imagining they wrote something like “Prefers puzzles over humans” or something.  

So, don’t stress about this.  You will convince the doctor, because your autism is actually showing a lot more than you think it is.  Being nervous will actually help you, because when you’re nervous your mask will be full of cracks.  So even if you forget to take it off, the doctor will still see the autism underneath, because unless it’s their literal first day, they’ve seen more examples of autism than most people and they will be able to see it.

And lastly, one doctor’s opinion isn’t the final word.  Getting a second opinion is something anyone should do if they don’t feel the doctor did a good job.  So even if you get a doctor who doesn’t listen to you, that doesn’t mean the door for you to get a diagnosis is closed, it just means you have to try again.  Getting diagnosed isn’t a test, and if you fail that’s the end.  Getting diagnosed is a process, where you keep trying until you get what you need.  

I wish you luck that you only have to do it once, but if not, that’s okay too.

Oh I see... I promise to cook for you, someday. I'm sure my cooking can come close to restaurant cooking ;D I've had lots of practice. Here, there are 3 main cuisines. Indian, Chinese, and Malay. We don't usually eat Indian cuisine (because me and my brother have an aversion to extremely spicy food), and hmmm, I guess we've never developed a liking for Malay food (certain dishes are okay. But those are mostly snacks and can't be eaten for a meal.) So our go-to is Chinese food if we ever go out, since the taste is milder and not usually so spicy, and it's really delicious. Ah I'm sorry that explanation was very long >.<

Well. Okay, I’ve talked about this a lot but I understand people don’t just read all my answers and it’s totally my fault for procrastinating on that faq page so let me just go through this again in an as clear way as possible?

I haven’t stopped drawing for hq! As a matter of fact in the last week alone I have posted one, two and three things for that fandom for a total of five portraits and a three panels comic

That said I understand with the rhythm I update this blog you might think “well, that isn’t much at all, is it?”, which, again, is my fault because - even though when compared to most art blogs’ update schedules eight drawing in one week is more than enough - I’m the one who set the rhythm here

The “problem” with hq is that all my favorite characters are currently absent from the manga and there’s no anime airing, while at the same time my other main fandom (bnha) has both an interesting arc going on in the manga AND an anime season airing right now - I hope you’ll understand if my interest at the moment is mostly focused there, that’s a continuous stream of inspiration I have coming my way

To add to that some parts of the Haikyuu!! fandom are being unrespectful of what I post (this includes reposting, treating my stuff as if it were templates for their own art instead of ship/character specific content, honestly unrespectful comments and tags under a lot of my main ships posts and so on) which, you’ll excuse me, but dampens the joy I get from posting art a lot

Moreover, the creative side of the hq fandom is being, at least for what concerns the zones I frequent, pretty damn quiet lately, so I can’t say I get much inspiration from there either

I haven’t stopped and I can’t see in my foreseeable future myself stopping posting stuff for haikyuu!!, and all things considered I don’t think I’m posting too little for it either? Art and inspiration aren’t things I want to force, if I started I would stop finding drawing enjoyable really damn fast and I can’t let that happen - please be understanding, I first and foremost draw for myself, I can’t help it if sometimes I get stuck on one fandom or another

I still don’t think Kaminari is the traitor - as a matter of fact, I still don’t think the traitor is any of the kids. If that’s how it’ll turn out to be I’ll be sad about it, for sure, but right now I really, really don’t believe it. It’s true that the Kaminari-is-the-traitor theory is very cleverly worded and super convincing, but a lot of the things in it are really stretched out as far as I’m concerned

ie, taking the weird faces Horikoshi makes him make in the sketches and using them as proof that he’s got a double face? Too far out for me; his original design being that of a villain? Deku’s original design was villain-ish too, no one is calling him a traitor; taking the expression he made when Aizawa told him he could go to the camp and making it sound like he didn’t want to go? Might be believable as long as you don’t take into account the fact that he had just had a conversation with Midoriya in which he told him it was impossible Aizawa would let them go and that Midoriya was just being too optimistic, the “what the actual fuck is this” expression makes a lot more sense in that context; the fact that he makes clever quotes and uses a complex vocabulary used to say that he’s pretending to be stupid is unfair towards the very real possibility of him just not liking studying or thinking things through analytically but otherwise enjoying reading and being fairly intelligent in his own way?? - in the theory it’s also mentioned that it’s weird how during USJ he was worried about an electricity villain overcharging him as if that’s not perfectly normal, having an electricity quirk obviously doesn’t stop him from suffering overcharges, and later during the end of term exam they say it’s “weird” he refused to go all out with his qurik from the start, again, as if that weren’t a perfectly sensible decision in that context (you have to keep in mind that Kaminari is also studying to become an hero, him going “wait a second, maybe keeping on going stupid and putting myself out of commission every time I fight isn’t the right choice” is perfectly in line with him growing up and learning)

Now I don’t have the post open in front of me and it’s been a while since I’ve read it, but most of the theory as far as I get it is based on the idea that Kaminari can’t be lazy and an airhead and might talk without thinking now and again (the Stain comment), but at the same time be clever in his own ways, which just isn’t convincing for me. It’s taking this character’s three dimensionality and making it a plot-hole, why would you want to do that

(on a similar note, the Kirishima-is-the-traitor theory doesn’t convince me for the same kind of reason, it’s all based on the idea that he can’t just genuinely like Bakugou for who he is without having second reasons for it, which is just unfair and cuts too much off the personality of a really good, well written character)

As far as the new villain guy goes, I understand why most of the fandom might be weary and linking him to Kaminari, but we don’t know his color scheme nor his quirk and the pattern on his hair isn’t even a lightning bolt - Horikoshi has had to make up unique designs for a whole damn lot of characters, the fact that one random guy might have something similar to Kaminari isn’t really enough to make him his dad (again, it might turn out to be true, but in my opinion it’s still too early to make theories about it). Also, this guy is from the Eight Precepts. Weren’t you all trying to link Kaminari to the League of Villains? Isn’t the traitor supposedly tied with the League? How many people is this boy working for even

By the way, during the USJ attack the villains had informations they couldn’t have gotten from any of the kids aside from Midoriya (the “they told me All Might was getting weaker” comment) and tbh that’s enough for me to not believe any of the student is behind the informations leak, but all of this is just my opinion
