But also y e s I've thought about what others have said as well, like with skateboarding, but I just feel like rollerblades would fit him so well too. They're great for speedy tricks and also weaving in and out, and with how Xiao is, I imagine that'd work well in his favor (he seems like the type to be able to seamlessly weave through crowds to get to point b as fast as possible).

Also I think he'd look cool with them aoishfoeih like how peeps tend to depict modern Xiao wearing techwear-esque clothes? but then add black and teal skates + probably regular shoes or boots tied together by the laces and hanging over his shoulder?

and yES YESYES TO THE OTHER PART- omg him taking you to the skating rink to teach you (or perhaps you suggest it to him since you know he enjoys it so much but then you can't do it yourself) and then there's like a slower song and he just gently guides you around the rink and the lights are low and he smiles at you NASOIEDHFEOEI YOU CATCH MY DRIFT?

angst??? oh imagine going through all the bonding that comes with him teaching you how to skate because he loves it but then you have a falling through and it's not really either of your faults...it just happened. And since then Xiao hasn't touched his skates.

I wanted to post drawings but I'm much too lazy for that 😔 so have little thingies ..?

- Met through a mutual friend, the Traveler.

- Did not get along very well at the start, but they didn't dislike each other. They were just introverted 😭 With every trip that Althea needs to make to Liyue, and every almost-certain-death moment (Xiao exaggerates this), they kind of got comfortable talking and being close.

- Althea sometimes takes Xiao's words in a very hopeless romantic manner. She blames it on how she was brought up during the past 500 years, but we all know it's due to the novels and fanfictions she has been consuming.

- Talkative with each other, but not the loud, group kind of talkative. More so just between them, the kind that's similar to how you'd control your volume when entering deep topics... Kind of like how Xiao gets with the Traveler.

- "you came" "you called" but it is synonymous with BOTH. (Thea's being is very similar to the Traveler's, and I don't think too much on it, but she can be summoned. She hears it.)

- Althea found out that Xiao loved eating snow, and since then, she's been trying to replicate an ice dessert that she had seen before, so that he wouldn't be eating random snow and die (exaggerated).

- When asked, Xiao would say that Althea reminds him of a cat. This can be the same for Thea. The entire thing stemmed from the fact that Althea jokingly mentioned to the Traveler that Xiao is like a stray cat that you feed every day. They both may not hold grudges but they are incredibly petty (playfully) when it comes to each other.

okay i feel like maybe i push the scara hates things agenda a lot. i don't actually think scara hates this... when he knows that it makes you happy, he's willing to sacrifice his back just for you

maybe at the most he acts as if he's reluctant. dont let it fool you though – he's warm to the touch and actually a relatively good cuddler.

please don't be fooled! he might warm up to the idea sooner or later

it really is a win though, please keep convincing him. he gets cuddles, you get cuddles, and he doesn't even have to ask for it! no more convincing himself that he's fine and doesn't need that

especially when you initiate it. just keep doing it – watch as he slowly inches closer towards you. maybe he even tries to put his arm on your waist, stroking it with his thumb. just maybe.
