Even through Hiruko, the puppeteer smell the bullshit dribbling out of Kabuto’s mouth. He had known the medic long enough to tell when he was being genuine or not--and this was not genuine. But, he was a spy, afterall, and bullshitting was an essential skill of the business. So, now Sasori had one of two choices, either: he call out Kabuto on telling him porkies, likely pushing him more towards Orochimaru who would coddle him like a newborne babe and effectively ending their concurrence--or he accept the apology and go on like everything was honky-dory so he didn’t lose the best damned spy he ever had.

“ Hmm. . .very well. But don’t do it again. Yer on thin ice with me, boy. An’ since yer in an apologetic mood, why don’t you do apologize to the brat too? Ain’t sayin’ it’ll do much tho’. Brat’s still all psychotic from them ‘ennin’ ‘ormones in ‘im but maybe ‘e won’t be so enthusiastic makin’ you into a bloody smear on the ground. ‘eard ‘bout ‘im takin’ the piss with you with that glitter bomb. He repressed the urge to smile at the good result from this, just like how he predicted. Whether they bought their fake apology or not. Even Kabuto knew that even if they didn't buy his apology and wanted to get rid of him, they still needed him for not just Orochimaru, but for other missions that require both his medical knowledge and his own share of Orochimaru's knowledge of various jutsus and such. Unlike Sasori's other spies, Kabuto was indeed his best one yet.

In other words, Kabuto is too useful as a spy to get rid off and Sasori knew it. A fact that fool Danzo should've realized before he betrayed Kabuto and his mother.

"I understand. I'll go ahead and apologize to them right now. And I'll remember your warning for the next time something like this happens again in the future." It took every ounce of his own self control to not just swipe off their head with his chakra scalpel right then and there. But he wasn't stupid enough to push his luck with them, especially when Sasori is more deadlier than Deidara when it comes to their "art."

He doesn't get up to leave yet till he was dismissed by them, "I'll head back to my next task after I apologize to Deidara. Thank you for showing me mercy, Lord Sasori."

Now that it's all done with that, next comes the annoying part...
